Awesome service, and very knowledgeable. I stopped in late the other night. Josh was there to help with purchasing a new battery. Josh came outside to assist with the replacement. Bought a floor jack for my vehicle. Jack states it is low profile, but still too tall to fit under my car. Store would not accept as a refund/exchange for a product that would actually work as I had discarded the packaging. If you want to return something to Autozone, apparently packaging is completely necessary.
Just another large chain store that has no idea whats actually in stock.I called before I came to make sure that the part I needed would be in stock. I was told they had it and it would be put on hold for me. Not 15 minutes later I show up to the store. The guys wander around for 10-15 minutes just to tell me there is no part.What a waste of time. Dont even know why I made the phone call. Stick to the local part suppliers youll do much better.
Highly impressed with manager Andrew. He always has a genuine smile and hello as I am entering the store. I am confident in his knowledge about cars and the right parts to correctly complete the job and get me back on the road.

Went in to find an oil filter, out of stock on the shelf, thats fine. The employees working around 6 pm on 4/24 never looked up from the YouTube videos they were watching behind the counter to offer help, so I left. The employees were both not wearing masks, one had a red shirt and one had a black coat on. I have had good experiences with this auto zone but this behavior from these employees was opposite of what Im used to.
Ordered parts for my car in the late afternoon, the guy said they would be in in the morning. assoon as the store opened they called me and I got the parts needed. Good people, very helpful and knowledgeable
Very helpful. Had my check engine light come on. Went here to get it checked out and got the item I needed to fix it. Employee even took the time to explain to me what exactly needed to be done.

Dont ever shop at this place absolutely 0 communication with their customers. They dont care about what your problem is because its not theirs. Gave me an attitude just for asking them to install a battery for me & refused to change a blinker because its not what they do. Even tho Ive got it changed plenty of times at other locations.

Based on a single visit: staff was friendly & helpful, parts were in stock (as shown on web page), & prices competitive for local stores. Dont care for AZs web ordering options, but that is not fault of local store.

Love that the employees know their stuff although they dont always remember to get my phone number for my auto zone rewards. Would have gotten $20 off if they had, from the last 2 times I visited, which would have been nice to be rewarded for giving them my loyal business. Bummer.

Just average, is about the best I can say about the one located in Howell, Michigan! I recently stopped and ask if they could hookup their Scanner to my truck to see if any Code problems registered, and this young guy at the counter made every excuse he could think of not to go out and do it! It was very evident that he just didnt want to do it, so I just left and went elsewhere! Im sure that his thinking was probably that because hooking up the Scanner is free, this was not going to be a Sale of any type, hence, his reasoning for not wanting to do it. However, little did he know, that I keep up with maintenance on all 4 of my vehicles and take good care of them, so consequently, I actually make a lot of purchases at Auto Zone on a regular basis, but after this incident, I will definitely take my business elsewhere!

I dislike going to this store, as I often experience poor customer service. Employees are always doing other things while customers are left waiting in line.Brought in a broken tool I brought at AZ years ago with a lifetime warranty. Sent away because I was told they only sell Duralast and this was a Great Neck tool. Funny, Great neck tools still show up on your website. Ill try another store, maybe they will be more helpful.

Im from Wisconsin and my car died in Howell on a Sunday while I was driving home. After diagnosing the problem as the alternator Jamie saved the day by installing it on his lunch hour right in the parking lot! Got me home, thanks Jamie,thanks Autozone!!
Anytime I have a problem with my car they are quick to help. Whether it be finding headlights or completely replacing my battery. I will continue going anytime I have a problem because I know it’ll be taken care of.

Called in the morning about a part that I even had a part number for, said yes we have one in stock. I asked if he could hold it for me, said sure and asked for my number. I showed up after work and walked in to three of them at the counter not helping anyone, the one closest to me ignoring the fact that a customer had walked in and is cleaning the grease out of his finger nails like hes bored. I have to initiate the conversation like, hi..hello.. there is someone standing here... The guy was rude and seem put out that he had to actually do somthing when I said I had talked to Bryce earlier and he has a part on hold for me. NOTHING WAS ON HOLD, no number saved and Bryce had looked up a total different part than the part number and description I gave him. What a waste of my time. I work in the customer service world and the automotive one to boot and I cant believe the inconvenience and incompetence I witnessed today. The only reason I came to this place was because the parts store I use didnt have it in stock and you said you did.NEVER AGAIN!

Brought in my core when buying a new caliper. Got charged a core fee still and wasnt given a receipt. Immediately went back in after noticing my bank got charged the $40 core charge. When I asked why I wasnt given a receipt they said it wasnt finalized yet. Funny... pretty sure hitting my bank account means it was finalized. I run a retail store, it isnt that hard to charge people correctly. When i asked her how much i got charged she said I dunno. Dont go here.
Get your parts quick, next day if ordered. i had a coupon and the lady tried 3 times still didnt get my 15.00 off and my coupon was valid but i had to get to work so i didnt have time for her to try again.
Never have had a negative experience at AutoZone! Everyone has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go-to place for auto parts and information.

They had the doors close before 8. We just needed to return the parts we got from them not even an hr before. Whats the point of saying they close at 8. When they closed the doors 20 mins before. They also argued with me, that I had rear drum brakes. When I have all disc brakes. I had to tell them, to go look. Just because Im a female, does not mean I dont know anything about my own car.

This place just flat out sucks. Any time I need a part, they look it up on the computer, get it bagged up for me, I get home, and its wrong. I go back and theyre like yup, we made a mistake. This has happened at least 3 times. I have switched to OReillys since, and I am much happier. The staff is nice, but they just cant get it right.

Rude and ZERO help! I asked if I could buy a part and walk out the door, and hold it up to my vehicle to see if it was the right fit (not even opening the package). I was told it would be a waste of their money for me to do that. I went across the street to Advanced Auto and bought the part.You lost me as a customer!

Told me they did not have the ability to look in their system for a different length universal exhaust flex pipe. Even though it had a barcode on it from a manufacturer that every other parts store in town carried and was able to search it. Laziest workers I’ve ever encountered. Multiple bad experiences here, this was the tipping point for never returning.

Bought a caliper with a core charge. They charged me tax on that core. When I brought it back, they kept the tax. They said you dont get tax back on that. Going to contact the state. You ALWAYS get tax back REGARDLESS of what youre returning.
