Paul, Nick and John always do their best to find me what I need and for a reasonable price. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I have been buying parts from them for the last 6 years or more. They also help me load everything into my truck as well.

Bought a transmission for my 2002 Ford Ranger and paid a professional shop $940 to install it. It started at $700 but the front seal leaked badly so paid an extra $240 for repair. The transmission immediately threw a code and slipped badly. I contacted Regal and explained what happened and they did get me another transmission. I asked them to please make sure that I got one from a good running truck which they promised they would. After paying another $732 to the same shop to install the second trans it essentially started to do the same thing but not as bad. It runs ok under 65 mph but slips badly over 70 and sometimes won’t go into overdrive. It also started leaking badly after a month. By now I have well over $2000 into the truck and I can’t afford to take a chance on a third bad transmission with installation charges between $700-$950 a pop so I just gave up and will drive the slipping leaky trans until it quits. Very disappointed!

I came here with my friend Rob and Atria. This place is really amazing! You never know what you can find in a scrapyard until you go to one! We go in looking for a specific part and find lots of odds and ends. Its also a great place to look for rocks if youre a rock collector!!!! Overall! Excellent outing and place to go get lost in for hours.

I really like going to the U-pull yard to find various parts for cars and trucks.

I needed a part asap for my Jeep. I called and spoke to Justin, he was very helpful, was able to find the part I needed and also was able to decipher exactly what I needed even though I didnt know the name of the part. Overall a great experience and Justin was awesome. I will be coming back in the future.

Then people answering the phone and working the counter at the U-Pull yard are probably some of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anybody looking for parts to search at a different yard location to not be treated with such disrespect.

Called for a specific part. Used parts, Dan, said they sent two to the U-Pull area. Called U-Pull and Todd said they had the part. I drove 2.5 hours to discover Todd didnt know what he has or even the year of cars in his lot. And he did not have the part for me he claimed to have. On the upside one young man behind the counter was willing to order me a new part at cost.

So I had previously given this place a 2 star rating because of my 1st experience here. Ive since been back about 20 times and have had very good experiences each time. They are very reasonable on prices and will direct you where to go. They u pull section has much more friendly employees than the other yard. My old 2 star rating iwas for the other yard next to the u pull yard.

Ive never met a more rude staff at an auto salvage yard. I went to pull a steering wheel and a tire cover for a 2000 Impreza and as what the price on things would be, seeing as I didnt see any kind of prices listed anywhere. The guy behind the counter proceeded to make stupid remarks and be sarcastic the entire time I was dealing with him and then proceeded to say he made the price book and doesnt need to have a printed version. There are a hell of a lot more junk yards in this area that I can go to besides this one I definitely will not be going back to this junkyard and I will tell every person I know not to go here either.

Hit and miss with customer service. Sometimes its great, sometimes its terrible. Generally if you end up dealing with the old man in the ball cap, you should just go elsewhere, because if you spend the time to pull the parts you want he will likely try to charge an unreasonable amount. This guy wanted $30 for a USED ignition coil that no one could prove worked. I told him they are $40 brand new with a warranty and he wouldnt budge on the price... I ended up wasting my time pulling this part only to be totally irritated afterwards. I went to another salvage yard and they gave me the part for FREE because it was mostly plastic anyways.Regals, please look into this guy... its a shame to have to rate you 3 stars and drive across the street for parts!Another suggestion, try to bring in some super duty trucks!

Went in for a radiator after seeing online they had multiple vehicles matching the interchange. They said they would pull one for me, which was fine, however they would not let me inspect it first before I paid. The last yard I checked had missed a small crack in the exact area my old unit had one, so I wanted to take a quick look.I agreed to let them pull it and paid. I was told it would be done that evening or early the next morning. I called twice and was told they had a couple orders ahead of me. 3 days later I stopped by and still had a couple orders ahead of me. They reluctantly gave me a refund after I told them I was leaving town and needed it when it was originally promised it would be ready.

Great experience at the You Pull center

Do not go here unless you get a name of who quoted you a price on a part! Called yesterday and was quoted $15 on a radiator fan. Guy told me he has few on the shelf. Called back today cause i was going to have father Inlaw pick it up for me. He lived 5 mins from there. And the guy i talked to have me a price out of nowhere. Which was $40. I explained that i called up yesterday and was told $15. And he said hold on. Came back and said that’s if you go pull it yourself. Which is not true. The part brand new is $35. I told him that. And he said he would give it to me for $30. He wouldn’t give me his name. This place is a scam! I know it’s a junk yard. But there are better more professional ones out there. Stay Away!

One of the best places to get automotive Parts at a very reasonable price

The worst service, we ordered a part from them, they said they had it in stock and would UPS it to us and we should get it in 3 days. We paid for it and the shipping waited 8 days and called them to check on the status on it, only to find out they never had the part to begin with. Why would you accept payment for a part you NEVER had??? Why not just say you dont have it, I just dont get it.. I would have given them 0 stars if it were possible. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DONT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY HERE!!

Regal is basically a junkyard, there are 1000 or more to get used parts from. Regal has a large selection of the more common parts already removed from junkyard cars and on shelves. They will also remove parts wanted for a fee, or you can remove parts yourself and skip the fee. Their repair facility is mainly for internal use, not for the general public. Everything is dirt, no pavement, so rain means mud everywhere.

Sold me a bumper that was hand-painted, and dented, cracked, and said it was good. Well luckily I got a refund I guess, but I wasted $50 just getting here.

Went to purchase a cradle for van which i told them i wanted the entire assembly and they cut off the steel plate on the bottom because they were to stupid to figure out how to fish the rack and pinion out. Didnt buy it, wasted 2 days waiting for them.

They do not have a set price list their prices vary depending on what they want to charge normally a U Pull junkyard has a standardized price list so people can see what they are going to pay before they even go there this place does not I strongly suggest a different junkyard one with a more standardized set pricing.

A Junk Yard With Worthless Workers...Dont Waste Your Time Or Money...Very Poor service, told to come in the part will be ready when I get there. Drive hour to yard, no part available wrong year car they looked up. They had my phone number to call and tell me part wasnt there. Instead they let me drive all that way for nothing.... What kind of business are they running. My incompetent worker was Justin.... If the owner cares about his business maybe Justin would be a better worker in the Yard cuz hes useless at the job hes doing....check out the rest of there reviewers, we all cant be wrong...Youve been warned....

If I could give zero stars I would. Called them yesterday looking for parts, said they had all that we needed and it would be pulled off the car that night or this morning. Called them this morning and they said they were pulling the parts as we speak and to head out.I live 2.5 hours away, get a call from them as we are 20 minutes away to them saying they scrapped the car and there is no parts available. Dont go here! Save your time, gas and money. Awful, they lied to us.
