Their carwash ripped the mirror off of my wifes vehicle. They divulged that this had just happened to another vehicle and it had been worked on the previous day. They did not offer to help or give satisfaction of any kind. Not so much as a sorry.... Unacceptable.

This car wash broke my passenger side mirror off...which will cost over $250 to replace. The manager was rude and is oblivious as to what goes on in her store. A joke! Will never come back here.

This bp car wash and gas station deserve a higher rating ! Hands down best car wash ever they do so good before ya go in. And the guy was so nice that took my card gave me a discount they do for there customers on weds.Car looks amazing they changed it up in there . Super friendly staff at wash and in gas station the lady was so sweet and welcoming asked if I needed help few times made sure I got what I wanted .I’ll deff be going here more 👍😁Good job guys.

Best car wash around town. We pass two car washes to go to these guys. They spend quality time washing your car truck suv before you even go through the car wash. Fantastic job!!

Place is awesome. I pass two other car washes to go here. They always do a great job and even sit there and stray your vehicle for a few minutes. Great work

Wonderful staff and car wash. But your parking lot is disaster. Do you care about your customers? Ankle busters, trip hazards and I feel Im driving my car in the sticks down a dirt road. Fix this issue for crying out loud. Shows you dont care or given up.

Prices are high compared to other gas stations. Other then that, from a costumer stand point, its a friendly atmosphere. Other then that, as an employee you dont get treated well at all. 10 hour shifts, no breaks, can barely use the bathroom. Yeah the pay is $12 an hour but more money dont mean more happiness here . POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS

This place used to be a 5 star for me, but after the car wash ripped off my rear window wiper and broken my side mirror I’ll never go back. Since they claim they aren’t liable for damage, be aware that you’ll be out of luck too if something happens to your vehicle.

I came here to buy some snacks with 2 of my friends, we stopped to look at the winter hats and the worker came up to us and VERY rudely told us that only one of us can be in there at a time. (ive been in here plenty of times with friends and that has never happened) he then asked my friend what he was looking for and he responded “we were just getting some snacks” and the worker yelled at my friend “well thats not where they are.” i assume that the man probably thought we were minors which is why he felt okay treating us that way. i will never ever shop there again. and will do everything in my power to get that man fired. they also sell cigarettes to minors so theres that.

Been coming here for years great wash, manager gave me a free wash since just purchased a new vehicle.

I always thought a car wash included shining the rims. I spent 8 dollars on a car wash and my wheels were still dirty. I went back up there and the guy tells me the package I bought doesnt include the rims.... he did courtesy wash. Him knowing i came back for my rims youd think they would wash them... got home and they looked the same. I wont be going back there again. Very disappointed

Prices are typically higher than other gas stations in the area. Prices for food, drinks and cigarettes are quite a bit higher. Staff is only a little friendly ... sometimes.

Prices are a bit high here compared to other gas stations and convenience stores in the area. Some of the staff are friendly, but some of the other staff are really apathetic.

Let me start off by saying this. My job entails a lot of travel. So Ive visited or have traveled on round trips through every state in our great country close to three times. I met a lot of people and Ive certainly been to a lot of gas stations. I have just had the most bizarre, horrific, unprofessional experience ever in my 44 years at the BP gas station on the East Grand Boulevard in Howell Michigan. I had simply went in there to buy a pack of cigarettes. A female clerk in her late thirties or early forties came out texting on her smartphone. I walked to the back of the store to get something to drink but then soon remembered that I already had a beverage in the vehicle. Store was well stocked in liquor. I dont want to put too much time into it but this set her off. She did not look like your average gas station clerk, she was kind of dressed well had makeup on, fake tan, describing her as histrionic would be an understatement. Her remarks were ill keep my comments to myself, this is my livelihood, I take it you dont drink, the next time you see the sign LIQUOR maybe you shouldnt come in. She got the wrong brand of cigarettes I wanted and then said “this is why I dont like talking about this stuff it distracts me from my work. As she was collecting my change and speaking gibberish under her breath, she looked up at me and was about to give me a lecture. After the first sentence I just said thank you very much and have a good night. She then responded I look forward to never seeing you in here again. I dont know why she was angry I dont know why she was being passive aggressive she was speaking very fast and not allow me to respond when she was talking. All I can say is I have never been so horrified and shocked by any person I have just met. And the liberties and freedom she took in thinking that she could speak to a stranger, let alone a customer, like this gives this place 0 out 5 stars. Fire her immediately, she is mentally and emotionally unfit to be dealing with the public

Paid for the highest carwash yesterday. Walked away with a $6 wash. My door jams were suppose to be cleaned out, they didnt do it at the beginning, so I thought perhaps at the finish of the was. Nope, I was in a hurry and didnt have time to go back and have them do it the right way. Waste of my money.

Most horrible experience I’ve EVER dealt with! Guy Named “miles” should NOT have a job if he wants to treat customers the way he does. Pretty bad when you don’t even deserve a car wash job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he’s pocketing cash from the company!!! JUST A FYI BP! Get rid of him!!!!!!!!!!!
