Its 6:30 on a Friday night and they had zero customers with 2-3 people working. As Im standing with my 6yr old teaching her about all the flavors and toppings a girl is standing there listening to everything were talking about. Never once does she think to say theyre closed 2 1/2 hrs earlier than it says online. Just lets me get my daughter excited and waits for another employee to come tell us. This place is a complete joke.

It was pouring rain. Could hardly hear. No big deal. Cant control that. I asked for a small cookie dough in a bowl. She refused to give me a custom order in the drive through. I had to come in wearing a mask. Had I ordered a small cookie dough with a cone, well, that would have been ok. Unreal. First time and last time l will ever go there. Get bent.

Update your hours on here. Tired of driving here and its always closed.

Closed an hour early. Sucks to drive 20 minutes here, only to have to turn around and go to ann arbor where they actually follow the hours listed.

Currenty closing at 3pm, but the website doesnt reflect their hours. Drove out there and they were closed.

It seems like they close whenever they want. Last week we showed up at 9, because it said they closed at 10 online. The sign on the door said they closed at 8 o’clock. We came in tonight at about 7:40 and were told they close at 7:30. Next time we go they’ll probably be closed at 7 or something. I’m suspecting the staff just decides when they want to go home and closes.

What a shame! Watched a young family get discriminated against and refused service!

Wouldn’t serve ice cream without a mask . I asked if I could order through the drive through instead and they said no. Last time I will ever visit this store.

You guys should probably update your hours online.... was extremely disappointed after getting off work and driving all the way out here, showing up at 8:30 only to find out the store is already closed although the hours on here say you are open until 10pm.

Always good. Staff is always friendly and in a good mood even when they are slammed with customers. They never disappoint. Second favorite place to get ice cream, but favorite place to get ice cream for all year round. Just please bring back cookie dough soon my heart can’t handle it.

I was told they stop serving ice cream at 7:30. It was 7:45 and their sign says they are open until 10.

Delicious ice cream with a wide variety of flavors, including seasonal ones. Their smoothies are also pretty good. This cold stone is also connected to a Tim Hortons, so theres also coffee, doughnuts, and breakfast food available.

What a bunch of power trippers. Wont sell you ice cream without a mask but you can eat it inside and when I went through the drive through the refused to sell a half gallon of German chocolate cake because it was not pre made.

Love this place! They always my daughter and I with a friendly smile and typically we are approached by two or three employees who are trying to help which is nice that they want to make sure their customers are probably taking care of! They always give us a little extra to which is greatly appreciated!

I love Cold Stone ice cream and the employees at this location are usually pretty friendly, but the staff needs to be better trained. The last several times I have been to this location (I always get a Mine size to go) the container is barely 3/4 full and the add-in ingredients arent actually mixed in. I almost always have to take it out of the container and mix it myself when I get home.

What good is a drive-thru ice cream place if you cant order drive through ice cream? This place was rude when I went there. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. On top of that who wants to get out of a vehicle in sub freezing temperatures to eat a delicious tasty morsel that is also Sub-Zero? My mind is blown.

Ive got to say, amazing food AND ice cream, some of the best Ive had.

The ice cream was good, lots of toppings to choose from. Its a bit pricey, but every once in a while its great to go too. Staff was a bit unfriendly, but we did come here late at night.

Great ice cream and service staff every time I have been at this location. Only one complaint that is unfortunately significant to me.They do not have a working credit card chip reader or Android/Apple pay terminal. Without this technology what guarantee is there that an employee is not skimming my banking information for profit.

Cold Stone sent me the buy one get one coupon for my birthday, with the Latson Rd address. Manager, employee, told me too bad, they arent a corporate store. Wouldnt honor the buy one get one coupon. It wasnt even a get one free. Wont be back. Shared the story with my co-workers, at our office in Howell

Stopped in tonight and had horrible customer service. The girls working were talking to each other the whole time and messed up both mine and my husbands orders. I understand they are high schoolers and its an ice cream place, Im not expecting outstanding service, but when your job is as simple as scoop the ice cream into the bowl, I expect you to at least scoop the ones we actually ordered. Other than the service, the location was clean and you cant really mess up ice cream (other than getting the wrong flavor), so wed probably go back again.

The ice cream taste great and will significantly lighten your wallet. Good thing because your waistline will get much heavier!

The service by one of there older employees is appaling at best. I was a regular customer of twice a day!! Rudeness at its best is displayed by her. I wont recommend going and using their Tim Hortons anymore.. Can anyone say BIGBY COFFEE?!! LOL

Horrible service.

Its ice cream from Coldstone. Its good, and replying to the other review about bad customer service and it being slow; the customer service is fine -- it isnt a car thats gonna explode if its not fixed (GM/Ford/Toyota), an airline whos going to beat you or leave you stranded for hours (United/Delta) or a hospital thats gonna kill you (every hospital, ever). Ive eaten here multiple times and Ive never had to wait, and Ive never gotten sick.

This place rocks. Coffee and staff are my morning routine. Always fresh coffee and food and smiling faces!!

Very rude young man working the counter. He was in a huge rush with no one in line behind us. Wiped his nose with his hand, slide our ice cream to us and continued pacing with his cell phone.

Portion was very small. Maybe they should weight each serving. Staff not friendly and didnt care when I mentioned the unusually small size. Overpriced.
