Well I ordered a new heat exchanger under warranty for a customer of mine. was informed it would take three to five days okay so I wait and I call and I call finally it arrives. Go to pick it up its the wrong part so I gotta wait and explain to my customer that Ive already took their furnace apart and it wont go back together because of certain parts that are broken the wait three or four more days till it arrives so I try to get ahold of manager to get a little rush on the thing and it comes in two days so go to pick it up and theres missing parts an hour and a half to get in and get out of there and I still had to dismantle the old heat exchanger to remove a part so that I can finish my customers issues I have never doing heating and cooling for 16 years Ive ever dealt with any crap like this. so upset that this even happened. I will never use Williams Distributing for anything if I can get away with it only way is if I have to deal with them and trust me it will hurt the company we do a lot of business with them so Ill make it known to all my service text to go somewhere else because its not worth the headache or the loss of money that I have dealt with because of their mistakes
