My back window was busted out, and I called to make an appointment. I honestly thought that I was going to have to wait a week before anyone would be able to fix it because it was so close to the weekend. Nope!- Had an appointment the very next day! They came out to my location, which was extremely helpful! The tech that came out was very nice and helpful, and on time! I appreciate your help!! I hope to not bust out my window again, but if I do, Ill call you!

Great service. We have Freightliner Cascadia semi truck and we got hit by a big bird on Sunday morning, so we were stuck for the whole day. But they were the only one to respond positively out of several companies on Monday. They resolved our issue and replaced the windshield within couple of hours after the order placement. The guys who came to work were really nice. Really appreciate their work. Keep this good work up guys. Take care. Much recommended place.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a Tesla Model 3 windshield replacement. I called last week to double-check and make sure you could do the job. Surprise!! I get a call 24hrs prior saying you have to cancel the appointment! You not only wasted 2 weeks of my time but another 3 weeks of my time until Tesla can fix it. I will never use your service again!

I have gone to this location twice in one year not because of poor service, but because I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I love, but is prone to windshield cracks and chips. On my first visit I had to replace the windshield as there were several cracks. My experience was great! My windshield was installed quickly with no issues during or after install. On my second visit, which was today, I needed a dime sized chip repaired in the center of my windshield. BRIDGET was my repair specialist and she was SOOOOOOOO AWESOME!! I was late and she still greated me as if I was on time. She was so quick and thorough with the information and after care that I did not have to ask any questions. I felt safe leaving this up to her as she demonstated exactly why they call her a specialist with her knowledge and AMAZING WORK! I can barely see where the chip even was. Of course it is still there, but it is not noticeable and I could not be happier!! What a Awesome technician!! If I need anything in the future I hope to work with her again! :)Thank you so much!! :)

Had them replace a car windshield and a rear SUV window. Contrary to some of the other reviews the staff were knowledgeable and polite. They did not damage any paint or trim- that would be a show stopper for me!The car was done when they said it would be.

When I went to pick up vehicle they had somehow put my keys in another customers vehicle and I had to wait around until they found them, ultimately making me late for work. They said they would compensate for trouble but still havent heard anything.

I would give zero stars, but the technician was super sweet and the replacement was fast. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, the paint above the windshield was bubbled up and the check engine light was on. Now while driving there is a rattling noise coming from the dash area. The business has been contacted and Ill update as this plays out.

I have been here before and they are great. This was before the covid hit. But now since covid they dont pick the phone up to talk to you. Its a computer and there are no options to talk to a real person. What about the people who dont have the internet and are older who just want to talk to a person? I even broke down and went online and started a chat but was in line and had 21 people ahead of me. Once it got to 18 it just quit and disappeared. I gave up and called another company. I wish that they would fix it so you can talk to someone live on the phone.

Great Experience. The Safelite website made it easy to schedule my appointment and take care of the insurance, very easy to use. Once the replacement was scheduled it went very smooth, was on-time and staff was very courteous. Once the replacement was done they also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed out the car. I got a stone chip in my windshield while driving my new car. I took it in to Safelite in Hudson, they repaired it in 30 minutes. It looks flawless. Great job! Even cleaned my windows. Very professional place.

Came in on Saturday and was greeted by Holden Olson. He was so friendly and hard-working!!. I was able to see him put the windshield on the car looking through the door. so it was nice to see a young man do a professional Job!. Alot of people kept coming in as well this Saturday so I hope Holden was at least able to get a break working by himself!. At the end he even vacuumed my car and topped it off with coolent!. When you people woking on replacing my windshield you need to make sure that you use the right tool so that you dont damaging my car. You guys are very disappointed me and this is the last time i will be using your service and i will not recommend you guys to anyone else.

The worst place in Hudson WI. They cancelled my appointment when I came to the appointment. The employee was disrespectful.
