Had an amazing experience with Jackie. I came in looking for a truck and while we weren’t able to find my truck on the lot we were able to discuss all the features I would love on my future truck. She was very professional and fun! Usually I’m not into buying vehicles but I honestly had a great time! Will definitely be coming back to see Jackie again once they have more inventory.

Bought a 2019. Already having problems. Tried to get it looked. Called service. No answer . Left message. Guess what no call back! Too to tire pros . They called asking questions. No help.A call would of been nice. Now just ignored with a 70K vehicle with no heat and no warranty!

This location does not perform multipoint service inspections for vehicles that come in for a repair. These guys are great at cutting corners and doing a sub-par job. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and then found out they didn’t even bother to perform a full inspection because I wasn’t worth their time. I think they would have done an inspection if i was driving a nicer cadillac but I wasn’t worth their time since I wasn’t rich by their standards. If you want to be treated like dirt due to your income status and if you want a half-ass job done, this is the place. Sad establishment, should probably be shut down. There are many other dealerships nearby that know how to run a business, avoid this place at all costs.

Very friendly, responsive, fair pricing

If you are going to break down on a cross country trip, you want to be near the people of Luther Hudson Chevrolet when you do. After being stranded early Sunday morning, I had a tow truck take my vehicle to the closest GM dealership, which was Luther Chevrolet. I was there when they opened up first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. Although they had a full schedule, they managed to get the vehicle in and diagnosed by 9:30 AM. I was convinced it was an expensive alternator problem but their tests showed simply a bad cell on the battery. They put in a new battery and ran all the tests again and assured me that I didnt need the much more expensive repair I thought I needed. By 11 AM Monday morning, I was back on the highway for the last 850 miles of my trip with a washed and running car. Thank you Luther Chevy for the rescue!!!!
