Excellent customer service! Very professional. We loved our entire experience. We wish we could have taken it the same day we signed but other than that Nick did an amazing job answering all of our questions and being very patient and professional. Nick, from finance, was also great. One thing stood out a ton and it meant a lot and it’s the following. We got there to pick up our truck and it was 1/2 hour before closing and just seeing how Nick wasn’t in a rush to leave and focused on all our questions and showed us all the awesome features the new truck had meant a million. While I was waiting to have my vehicle serviced, it was rewarding to sit in a very clean waiting room and have free coffee, water and popcorn. It was also nice to have some reading material to look. Every one of the employees that came by would say hi, or good morning. I was especially happy when I got ready to leave, I was surprised to find that my vehicle had been washed. Luther of Hudson is a great dealership to go to. I am also very happy with the truck they sold me.

The service team was able to squeeze my truck in for a oil change and a tire rotation when everyone else was booked two weeks out. Everything went well except they forgot to put the service mileage sticker on my windshield.
My salesman was recommended to me but I was disappointed as my purchase wasnt important enough for him to make our appointments and process timely. What really bothers me is the used vehicle I purchased had some blemishes. I said Id be interested in it if it didnt have these. The response was that they were planning to but it had just come in. Said they had a guy that did great work. Less than a year after purchase the areas that were touched up are visible. Appears their expert body man uses white out or water based paint to cover chips in paint. I saved long and hard for my truck and didnt and still dont have money to fix this. 2 years out now and Im really seeing that the expert touch up work wasnt very honest. Very disappointed that I was mislead. Will not return or refer others.

Superb service! On Sunday my engine warning light came on and I needed to leave town on Monday. So I went to Auto Zone on Sunday night to read the code. It showed a misfire on cylinder 4. On Monday I went to Luther Chev at 7:00 AM with no appointment. Marti read the code again and confirmed the problem with cylinder 4. The tech found a bad plug. I had them replace all the plugs and I was on the road by 8:30 AM. Now thats service!! No appointment and my problem was fixed in an hour and a half. Marti, the Service Representative and Steve, the Service Manager, are simply the best!! Both deserve a raise immediately. I recommend this dealership to my aquaintences frequently.
When I came to this dealership, I was on my honeymoon and had some major engine issues. I cant say enough as to how awesome the service team here is. They got me in right away, and were able to finish the car extremely fast for what it ended up needing. Marti and her service team are absolutely the best that I have ever met, and made what could have been a really big issue to deal with into something easy on us, from shuttling us to our hotel and back, finding a rental on short notice, and just being great all around. When I am in the market for a replacement, I will definitely be stopping back, even if it is a few hour drive away. Thank you guys so much for everything that you did for us.
I was not sure if I wanted to stop by at Hudson Luther to look for a car. But anyways I did stop in and was greeted by this amazing sales person Jackie. She made sure I was comfortable and offered me water right away. Then she sat down asked how me about my needs and wants in a car and showed me the perfect vehicle I could buy. Unfortunately we couldnt really find the color I liked and it was missing a couple, options. Jackie made sure that if she finds anything she would definitely. Let. Me know. Minor repair, completed in a reasonable amount of time, price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. Did not “find” anything that needed attention in the future as some repair facilities seem to do. Even washed the vehicle!

Service advisor NICK was really helpful, friendly and professional. They found the problem area and replaced the parts. However, the vehicle still had a vibration in the ride so I called and they took it in right away to try to find the problem. Still have car so I don’t know results yet.

I must say Ive worked at Larry Reids Buick GMC, purchased my Sierra from Walser Buick GMC, I work at an independent shop in Hudson and I wanted to get some warranty work completed since its so much closer and convenient...not to mention not hearing back from Walser. I scheduled my appointment with Luther, drop off was painless I was in a rush so they had a driver come to my work to sign paperwork...WOW... Next after hearing all of my issues have been diagnosed and repaired in a few hours they delivered my vehicle to work without even asking.. after a stressful Friday at my own job wondering how I would pick up my vehicle.... it was amazing to see my truck drive up cleaned and working like brand new again! Called down and spoke to Steve and let me say what a great team you must have! Great communication, great service, overall amazing experience I will most definitely purchase from Luther next time!

Want to give a shout out and 5 star review to Nick in the detailing department. When we went to pick up our new truck the exterior detail was not quite up to par and it just so happened that Nick was off the day it was worked on. The dealership called him up specifically and asked him to re-do the exterior of the vehicle. He spent several hours working on our vehicle the next day and it definitely showed. When we picked it up there were no wax marks or surface scratches to be seen. Thanks Nick!!

They truly mean nice when I buy a brand new truck but after my truck have some parts not working. I setup a appointment. They call me back saying my truck is fix. When I got home is not fix. This happened three time. It still the samething. All Im saying is that they will be nice to you because u buying there car but once u have they car they dont care anymore.

Marti was great! I left my car on a Wednesday and it was done by the end of the next day, and it even was an extended warranty claim. It sounded like it could take up to a week! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Luther Hudson Chev.

We were told we needed new tires, that the tread was low and they were wearing uneven. so not only did we need 4 new tires, we were also in need of an alignment on our 2018 Suburban with 63,000 miles. Convenient that they didnt fill in the sheet with actual tread depths... You see, we had to replace all 4 tires 20,000 miles ago and purchased Continental tires that should be good for 70,000 miles. When checked elsewhere - they are wearing exactly the same (because we rotate the tires every oil change) and are not low in tread depth.At one our first visits, the service department would not honor our free oil change in the first year when we purchased the vehicle thereWe currently have a bubbled front grill. When I spoke to Nick about this, I was told there was nothing he could do. Once again, another dealership took pictures and reached out to Chevrolet only to learn GM would cover some of the cost.As you can see, this isnt the first time weve had issues with the service department. Its too bad too, because we were happy with our sales experience. We will not be returning for service at this dealership, I have and will share or experience with everyone I know and am filing a complaint with the BBB and Chevrolet.
Horrible experience!! Was in the area for a week.Drove from Denver Colorado had a few issues with my car that I wanted fixed or looked into before I drove all the way back. He kept my car for two and a half days and never looked at. When I came in to pick it up all I got were excuses so I had to drive back to Denver worried that something might go wrong with my car. I will be moving in the next couple of months to Baldwin, Wisconsin and I will not be using your company to service my car.

I took my vehicle to the Chevy dealer in Menomonie WI and got an estimate for almost $1,200. Was told the entire battery pack needed to be replaced. The service tech in Hudson troubleshot and found that the coolant level sensor was the actual issue. Its worth the extra drive to bring it to Hudson Chev in the future, great work!

I first set up a appointment for a factory recall. The parts needed to be ordered it would take a few weeks. Appointment was made for 03-12-2021 at 7:45. I then requested a quote on a oil change and a alignment. I have been at the dealership before I though I could get it all done at the same time. My alignment and oil change were quoted at $145.00. It needed a 4 wheel alignment and additional $75.00 in parts and of course an up charge for awd. They did it without my approval. When they called it was done. I paid the additional money, then to find out they didnt have the parts for the original appointment. No one told me the parts were on B.O. So now I need to come in again for the recall.Not real happy,Peter Hintze

Kind of felt like I was treated like a number. I called to see if they could schedule work in the service department. They would not discuss any appointment availability until I set up a profile over the phone, which I kindly declined. The sales staff seems to be pretty responsive though.

One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a new car. My sales rep, Scott S., was on top of everything from the moment I first made contact. The dealerships pricing was very competitive and presented to us in a clear, easy to understand format. Our finance experience was also great. Nick B. in finance made everything very easy to understand and we were in and out of his office in less than 15 minutes. During this time of COVID-19, I was impressed with how much I was able to do over the phone and internet before arriving at the dealer. Upon arrival, literally everything was all ready to go for me and all I had to do was sign and pay. An excellent experience!

Initially it was great, we signed got the price we wanted for a lease. When we got home after signing paperwork, we noticed that the monthly payment was wrong. It was more than what we had been told it was going to be. We had to contact the dealership to get that fixed. New paper work has been sent to us, but it doesnt make sense. It says the amount due at signing is more then what we agreed to and paid. Not sure what is going on, still trying to get all paperwork figured out and signed. Sales team was very friendly and no pressure. Truck was ready for pick up a day earlier then initially arranged.

I stopped into the Service Dept. to set up an appointment to have a recall notice for my car checked out and to have the oil changed while it was there. Steve helped me with this. He said there was a cancelation and if I had the car there they could get it in right away. That was SWEET! I found both Steve and the front desk person to both be super great to deal with. I initially had tried to schedule the appointment on line through the wed site but found it way to difficult and frustrating. So I chose to make the Appointment in person and it worked out better for me in the end.

I am utterly disappointed with the customer service and with the work done on my 2014 Chevy Sonic. I needed a simple fix and three days later the problem returned. I scheduled an 8:15 appointment on 3/26 due to my OBD light on. The diagnosis was the car needed a new gas cap and a solenoid. I agreed to a new battery, as well. Didnt have the solenoid. Part would be in by 12:30-1 p.m. And I would be called and informed. I had to call at 3 p.m. to find out the progress. My service agent said he would call right back. 20 minutes later he called and said my car was ready. I got the feeling he forgot about me and the job was rushed to replace the solenoid. If I didnt call my car wouldnt have been worked on at all that day. It was a simple work order. 3 days later, on the 29th, my OBD light is back on. Not satisfied at all. Bad customer service and poor professional work. I am bringing it back and expect immediate service and no cost to fix it right.
