Mike and Tim are very respectful, down to earth, caring gentlemen who are extremely easy to work with and really have the best interest in the customer. Best buying experience, pandemic notwithstanding. Came across Stellar Motor Group because they had the exact BMW coupe I wanted. Mike is a really good guy and gave me a very fair deal. Four months later, Im very happy with the car and have had no surprises. A small paperwork issue came up after purchase, which could have been a major headache for me, but Mike picked up the phone and resolved it within a day. Go to Mike.

Highly recommend, even if out of state. I purchased an imported RX-7 w/extremely low mileage. Living in AZ I thought the paperwork and transport for this vehicle would be difficult but to my surprise it was simple. The staff (Mike F.) made set up a breeze and inspected before living NH. He kept in touch with me through the process and went above to mail export documentation ensuring they wont get lost. Car even arrived one day early, which was great.

I was hesitant to drive into a used car dealer to look at a car Ive had my eye on. (Much to my surprise), without hesitation, I was greeted by the owner (mike) with kindness and respect as a fellow man, a brother. Not as a potential profit opportunity. Mike saw me lingering around and opened the door early for me and greeted me even though I was there before hours. Friendly and respectful he allowed me to see the car and offered his assistance if needed. I appreciated the respect and found that Evans, and every other employee that showed to work there after were just as nice and friendly as the owner. Needless to say, I felt comfortable and welcomed with no pressure from all the staff. Mike was able to listen to my needs and issues for a new used car and was able to help me in my time of need. I am happy to say I am enjoying my new used car from Stellar Motors (2007 SAAB 9-3 aero wagon) and would recommend all to visit them when you need a vehicle. Got a 2004 Tundra from Stellar. They were accommodating from the beginning. I requested a new muffler as part of the deal for the truck, they had no problem in putting a new one on. The truck was missing a interior plastic piece, along with power seat switch. They ordered both for me and covered the cost. I got a check engine light 75 miles after i got it. I was thinking...A Lemon! but NOPE. Called Stellar up and they took care of everything!! Just an old O2 sensor. They had their local exhaust shop install a new one in 30 minutes and again Stellar covered the cost! 700 plus miles later everything is running GREAT. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied and I sure am.

Bought a 2004 Ford F150 truck from the dealership. They were very accommodating on the entire deal. They gave me four new tires and new brakes as well as guaranteed my MA inspection and my own mechanics assessment. Truck passed inspection and my mechanics review with flying colors. Price was great and pickup was easy too. All in all, a great experience.
I bought a 2008 F250 that needed work from the beginning and these guys have been great taking care of me at one point I thought I was going to fix a turbo leak my self cause I haven’t heard from them which is partly my fault I got a new number well I called them today and they still want me to bring it in so they can repair it you find another place that has this much customer service good luck THESE ARE GREAT GUYS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL I will be buying another car from them
My experience with stellar has been nothing but, well, stellar. The owner and the staff have always been attentive and nice the times I’ve contacted them to purchase a car. I just purchased a Mercedes Benz GLK 2010 and it has been amazing thus far. Passed inspection, it was clean upon purchase and it runs amazing. Highly recommend!

This place is the best Mike is a stand up guy and does what he says. Wont just sell you a car to sell it make sure it is what you want and the car is in good shape. The shop rate to fix your car is great and they do a great job fixing your car a must goto place.

Mike the owner is a business man from Boston. Careful hes a good salesman. Quantity not Quality with this guy. He know the AS IS laws in NH for a reason.MIKE gave me 600 bucks for my 04 Jeep Liberty trade 174k miles. Family jeep ran good, but was worn. Needed a radiator.I test drove and bought a 06 Honda CRV with 166k for 6k cash around May of 2018. I drive it off the lot at closing. its late waited for him to put the inspection on even giving him a ride to his car. before we get out the driveway. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Mike Really I said. so we back up he clears the code and says call me if it comes back on.Next day CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I go to Midas with financing. Oil change yup new car YAY. Nope 1k worth of work. So I call mike and tell him the STRUTS AND CAT W/ Sensor . PLUS SOMONE added AC Freon so high the AC compressor was gone. Mikes reply those guys charge you retail. Come by the shop tomorrow. Mike fixes the struts that wouldnt pass inspection and the Cat converter setup. charges me like 300 bucks for labor. COOL right NOPE. Its been a year The CAT is rattling. I did front breaks and tune up 600 bucks at MIDAS. This HONDA had the original spark plugs at 166k. SO what did mike fix before he sold it to me AS IS.Who knows you hope an oil change right. I would even do that private sale. SO 1 YEAR INSPECTION TIME . My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT has been on for two months. Midas has replaced the Intake manifold sensor to try and fix it NOPE. Today the tried the RUNNER inside the manifold. Nope No charge at Midas sitting from 10 am to 3 pm for a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Tomorrow I go to Honda For the Computer.SO I HAD THIS CAR FOR A YEAR AND CANT GET IT RE INSPECTED. AS ISCHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF THE LOT BUY. Great GUY .... Stellar experience with Stellar.

Less than stellar!WALK FIRST!!!Bought a car and thought we got a bargain, only to drop $600 *in the first two weeks we had the car!*Had trouble with brake lamp switchCar alarm started blaring every 30 minutes beginning at 10pm on a Saturday nightKey doesnt open door - need to install new locks and ignitionFob questionable (we found this out at 10pm two days after buying the car, when the alarm started blaring)Wrong battery was installed in car before we bought itAC crapped outAll in the first two weeks!This has been the worst experience with a used car Ive ever had. I get cars in this price range have issues, but they should last more than 12 hours before the trouble starts.Id seriously consider walking before buying a car here.
The wrong kind of battery was in my car. So the alarm system kept going off for HOURS at a time overnight for days. During this, I was completely locked out of the car because the wrong locks were on the doors and my remote couldnt work. AAA had to be called to break into it and tow it. This was the first time the car had to be towed. We thought the problem was a faulty electrical switch so before we realized the battery was the issue, I got stranded. I had to call another tow truck and waited hours before eventually abandoning my car. Stellar Motors keeps claiming that they offered to fix it but they offered to fix a DIFFERENT problem at a reduced price with used parts. Besides how am I supposed to know if theyll put the right battery in this time? Or fix it the right way? Or even fix it at all? They never told us about any of these problems upfront. Our mechanic even told us that this car should not have passed inspection. I understand that the car was bought AS IS and we expected the problems he told us about but the battery, the faulty switch and the locks were not mentioned to us at the time of sale and all of this happened within a week of taking the car home. Thats not right. He hasnt sent us a check to cover repairs or even apologized. This was my first car and its been an incredibly stressful and horrible experience. Dont go here unless you want a similar one.

I purchased a truck from stellar motor group and it has been nothing but problems. When I went to test drive the truck the power steering was whining and the tire pressure light was on and the salesman mike told me that the truck didn’t have any sensors in the wheels and that’s why the tire pressure light was on. I am a mechanic myself so I told him that the power steering was whining and it needs a new power steering pump and he went on google and found that somebody else had the same problem in their 2008 Dodge Ram and they replaced the pump and it still made noise. Very unprofessional. I still agreed to purchase the truck and I would call him back when I was ready. Fast forward to the day I pickup the truck and when I got their the truck had a flat tire in the back which he didn’t offer to fix and the gas tank was almost empty. He then proceeded to tell me that there was a gas station down the street. Also the truck was not cleaned whatsoever and was very dirty inside and had a bad smell. Fast forward a couple of days and this is when the worst problem came along. I was driving to work in the morning and it was raining out and all of a sudden water started to leak in from both of the A pillars at a pretty fast rate. I then texted mike and he told me that he would assist me when he gets back from his vacation and also said that “ YouTube has great videos on how to fix”. Again very unprofessional. I work at a new car dealership and YouTube is not how we fix things. Mike told me that he would come back on monday the next week. It has now been 2 weeks since then and he has not texted me or called me. I fixed the water leak problem but found out that the truck had been leaking for a while and mike told me that the truck had never leaked which is a lie. I pulled up the carpet in the truck and the entire floor was covered in water underneath the carpet. Now I need to replace the carpet which cost about 700 dollars. Also the blower motor in the truck only blow on the highest setting so I also had to replace the blower motor resistor. Overall the truck wasn’t worth the price that I paid and the experience was very unprofessional.

I receive a text stating they would not be selling me the car because “they like it too much”
