My laptop needed repairs and I selected Digital Garage as my choice after I looked at the excellent Google reviews posted on this business. I took my laptop to Greg on Monday, he looked at the laptop and indicated he had to order a part. He told me he will do his best to get it back to me asap. He called me 2 days later (Wednesday) At 1:00PM and indicated he completed the repairs & I can pick it up! It was only forty eight hours from the time I dropped it off until when I picked it up! Greg was professional, very knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Digital Garage!

Great, reliable service from Digital Garage. I had a keyboard and hard drive replacement on a laptop from Greg at Digital Garage and it was done quickly at a great price. When I had questions related to the installation he was helpful and knowledgeable. More recently I purchased a backup hard drive for our business computer. We received our sturdy backup drive quickly and at a competitive price. Two thumbs up for Digital Garage.

Ive been buying Macs from Greg and taking them to him for upgrades and service for nearly 15 years. Obviously Ive been happy with his work, or I wouldnt keep going back. But this past week, he solved a problem that Id spend about six hours talking with three Microsoft tech trying to solve--with no luck. I did as Greg suggested (it wasnt that hard), and now everything works the way it should. Im so grateful. Greg is the best!

Greg has helped us numerous times over the years. Weve purchased lap tops, iPads and software. If you buy a computer on the Internet or at a box store, youre stuck with the Microsoft Windows version (remember Vista and Me) but he can load a past version that works better. (Hes fixed our computers and made recommendations. I love the location - parking is easy.

After explaining what we needed 3 different times only a portion of our requests were completed. Very disappointed at communication and at how much we were charged for such poor service.

I brought my PC there to have Google Chrome fixed. I picked it up a few days later. They charged me about $150-200 if I remember right, they said it had some bugs to fix and clean it up. Brought the PC back to my office and it did not work. I emailed to let them know, here is their response Bob,Sorry, this is still causing you problems. After doing some research it could still be a lingering malware/adware or there are Chrome settings that could be changed.I dont suppose you have time to drop it off for us to look at again?It worked fine here so I am not sure what happened. I wont charge you again.I dropped it off again and a couple days later they said it was fixed again. I brought it to my office again and it still didnt work. I emailed Greg to let him know and did not get a response back. I took it somewhere else.

I brought my MacBook Pro in to get repaired. It was done the next day and seemed to be very resonable as far as cost. Especially for what the Geek Squad quoted the repair for. The Mac specialist Andrew on the other hand is probably the quietest person I have ever come across in my life. He is very hard to communicate with because he not only speaks very very quite but doesnt really say anything at all. I am sure he is a whiz with Mac computers but he definitely needs to learn some people skills seeing as though he has to deal with people. Oh and he had a hard time figuring out what change to give me to boot. But all in all it was a pretty good experience there.
