They did a FANTASTIC job with the interior detailing of my SUV. I wish I had taken a before picture because it was so so dirty. My two little kids and German shepherd really make a mess, but after the cleaning it looks like new! I am so happy with it!

If youre looking for a car/truck wash that is going to be open, this is NOT your place to go. Ive started in May 2021 to do the Unlimited Car/Truck Washes on their Unlimited Plan, thing is, this place is never OPEN or doesnt abide by their posted Open Hours. If it is not that, there are cones are always blocking the entrance to the wash line during operational hours. Ive had my truck washed on the Plan 2 twice since May, not for lack of trying, but lack of the place being open or operational. Went there last night around 5:50 PM, stated it closes at 6:00 PM, 2 other people at the location too, wash line was closed with cones and the lobby was closed too. You could see the irritation on the other peoples faces as they likely saw mine. Decided to go in today around noon, so I knew they should be open, only to find out that the cones were in place again and the washing stations were out of service. Went in and canceled my Unlimited service, this place is a joke, better off getting the Holiday Washes after you fill up your tank, most of the time theyre open at least! Would definitely NOT recommend this place, unless you speak to the Owner, make sure they are there for the service youre expecting, and show up 30 mins before they suggest your appointment to make sure you actually get in. Huge disappointment, in my opinion. Hope this helps the next people make their decision on where to get a wash. Never had the Detailing, but heard it was good.

DO NOT GO HERE. Received an email of my appointment confirmation and the notice that the location of the wash had changed (photos attached). Showed up to my appointment at the new location and they did not have me in their schedule and said I couldnt make an appointment for another 2+ weeks.Nowhere in the email did it say id have to make another separate appointment. I had driven out from MN to WI and took off work for this appointment and they were completely unorganized and unhelpful. When making an acquisition, notifying customers should be a priority.

Made an appointment online for car detailing. The appointment before me canceled so instead of being professional and honoring my appointment they let their workers off for the day...canceling my service.They said they attempted to contact me but I never received the call...so I drove all the way in for my scheduled appointment. They offered me another time slot 6 days later! No thanks!Poor costumer service!

Getting on my last nerve... as a monthly subscriber, I value the service of unlimited washes. However, about 2 of 6 times Ive visited theyve been closed! :(

Bought the top unlimited monthly car wash plan. $24 not bad at all and you can add on other options such as cleaning interior.

I can’t say enough about how great our van looked after the inside detailing. We periodically have our 3 young grands with us, their dog and ours. So it is definitely used! And I never can reach deep enough to clean all the cubbies. All were nice and clean! Thank you Regal!

Apparently one of their new rules is that you have to schedule an appointment to have any interior services done. Prior to this, there was never an issue with getting a vacuumed, hand-dried, etc. I really should be thinking them. They saved me an extra $20 I was going to spend on their services.

I went here because they were recommended by multiple people. This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to. I paid $90 for them to just vacuum the car. The gal didn’t even wipe down the inside of my car. On top of that she cracked the plastic on my dash and didn’t even tell me. I noticed just before I left. I went in to tell who was in charge and he acted as though he didn’t care. I explained to him the crack was not there before I dropped the car off. He just sat there then finally said he’d have me fill out a report. So I did and he said the owner or main manager would give me a call by the next business day. This was 4 days ago. Yesterday I tried to call them but the phone kept ringing and I got a message saying I did not have permission to contact this number. I called the same number I called the day of my appointment before all of this happened so seems kind of sketchy to me. I only gave them 1 star because I had to.

Tried their service from Groupon deal. They forgot to call when detailing was complete, so we had to scramble to pick up the vehicle. Noticed the roof had a bunch of spots, so asked why it wasn’t waxed- was informed waxing the roof is an extra charge. They had already charged extra for the hatchback. Then found mud spots on the lower part of the car and mud inside the wheel Wells. Representative said the machine just missed the areas (well, so did the person who did the detailing). - overall, disappointing product. We canceled the 2nd vehicle we had scheduled.

I was a little worried getting my car detailed here today because the review rating but I was very happy with how well of a job they did. My car was very dirty and now it looks like a new car inside.

Had the inside and outside detailing. They were overbooked and understaffed but they honored my appointment time. SUV looked amazing at no additional costs. Didnt give 5 stars because the front grill was missed. Overall, completely satisfied and I would not hesitate to frequent this establishment!

Best car wash in the area. Several levels of clean which vary in price. Unlimited car washes in the winter are the way to go! Two washes in a month and it pays for the monthly cost.

Bought the most expensive car wash and they did a terrible job. Didn’t even clean the dirt off the doors. I expected more for the $35 I paid to have it washed and cleaned.

Poor quality wash. Only a small pre-wash, no additional soap or rinse. My van came out full of spots once it dried and my tailgate was never washed. No dryers. Waste of $12.99.

I was nervous about using Regal because of low ratings but they did a great job and the staff couldnt have been nicer!

I bought a detailing package for my fiance for his birthday. His car was pretty dirty, but, I expected for 150$ that it would be perfect. It was smeary on the dash, the floor mats were thrown in the trunk dirty and the inside door frames were filthy. I noticed there were several dissatisfied customers that day so not sure I would go again.

Very happy with the service! I dont set my expectations super high when I get a Groupon, but I was very impressed! I got the interior detail and my carpets and leather look like new. Took about 2 1/2 hours. Staff was all very nice too!

Took van through and cleaned vehicle. Floor Rails for middle seats were damaged beyond repair and immediately brought to their attention. Filled out form and manager does not call back after several attempts to reach him. Finally I try on July 1st and he answers the phone . He says sorry, we trust our kids cleaning the vehicle and they would never do that. This is not a huge deal, but will cost about 300.00 at Toyota to dial in. Poor management and they have lost a loyal customer. Beware!!!!Reply to your response:Was not damaged before the service and got into the vehicle to the damage you left. Open and shut case.

I used a groupon for a full interior detail & my SUV has never looked so clean! He even got out all the dog hair which is pretty hard to do! Im impressed. Ill definitely use their detail service again.

The outside was great. The inside needed to be a little cleaner than expected. They left streak marks on Windows, left dirt on running boards and only vacuumed the front and not the hatch.

The car wash is OK. The detailing service is pretty good. My wife and I take our vehicles there every summer to be detail cleaned and have the interiors shampooed and while its not cheap, I have always been happy with the results.I have only used the mid priced drive through and go wash level or the complete detail clean, leave it here for the day level, and nothing in between, so I cant speak to the hand drying and such..

Paid for the most expensive service they offered. They did the crappiest job ever, truck was still dirty. Didnt wash floor mats or do any detail inside which should have been all wiped down. Would never reccomend the Hudson location to anyone

Great car wash in town! If you have anything that needs extra attention when you come in, just let them know and they will take care of it. They are full service too!

Best car wash by far in the Hudson area. Friendly staff, great auto wash, pre-wash is done by hand, vehicle is dried by hand...just a great place to have your car, truck, SUV or limo washed. Remember to tip the folks washing or drying your vehicles. I often help dry my SUV and I am surprised that these young folks laboring over these vehicles get stiffed on tips. Open your window, tip and say thanks.

Better than no wash, but they never clean the the center of the rear of the car. Their machines dont reach it and the attendant does less than half of a job. Same price as the better unattended car washes.

It was my first time at this car wash (5/7/19 at 12:30pm) The service I received from the gentleman in the car wash (the guy who helps you get your tire on the track to get through) was unbelievable. He was so rude. Not to mention the vacuuming job was not worth my money. I could have done it myself. When I brought my car back to work all of my coworkers were laughing how horrible it was. I have lived in Hudson all of my life and will be letting people know they should not be going here. I would have been fine with the job not being done too well but receiving the rude service I received was really uncalled for. I hope others don’t have the same experience as I did!

Line was very long, I probably waited for a half hour. The attendants didnt seem to have have any sense of urgency. You would probably get a better, faster, and cheaper wash just going to one of the nearby gas stations for a wash.

Absolutely terrible. I Walk in employee is on his phone. No hello, or smile or friendly!Ive never been and asked for a bit if guidance. I told him what I wanted he just said its on the wall. I wanted an unlimited package, but he was of zero help. I was obviously interrupting his texting time. I asked where to go and he pointed. Didnt tell me I needed to show the next person my receipt (that alone would of been helpful)Took over 30 minutes and not that busy. BUGS still on the front, a spot of pine sap still there, windows horrible. I paid almost $40 for absolutely nothing. I was lied to when I wanted to see the manager (he was at the bank and would be a half hour) NOT he was eating and approached me with his mouth full.Told him I want my money back and he told me he had a bad day. I dont care! Your at work be a bit professional! When I looked around the building weeds all over not well taken care of that should of been my first sign to leave.He said hed run it through again, I told him youre not touching my car. He was rude, everyone moved at a snails pace. Just a BIG turn off never to return or say 1 thing positiveId love to drop the names of these twoOnce he lied it was over!I did get my money back went home and CLEANED my vehicle. My truck came out with all the dirt left on it they just smeared it around. When I looked at it after it dried they used very dirty water no way a vehicle will get CLEAN with dirty water. It really wasnt much cleaner then when it went in for the 14.99 wash.THE BEST DEAL WITH THIS PLACE IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went here for 1st time 3/19 and I was not expecting on getting my car scratched when I got a car wash and wax! Interior cleaning was sub-standard. Had to finish the job when I got home. Would not recommend and I wont go back.

This could be a great car wash. But no matter when you stop there you have a 45 min to an hour wait. And your car doesn’t come out clean. This company could seriously benefit from some lean training.

Great automatic car wash that gets your car clean

Its a hit or a miss whether they do a good job. Always have different people working there and seems to be under new ownership all the time. Whoever owns it now must not want to put money into the place because its starting to get run down.The first part of my review was from 6 years ago. I still feel the same way about this place. I really wish this place would take a turn for the better some day because it’s conveniently close but it never seems to with different owners. The last time I was there I asked if they could wipe down the middle counsel area where the cup holders are due to drinks that splash and spill in that area and they said they don’t wipe it down but they vacuum that area? Well that doesn’t do any good. I’m tired of this place.Go to Sudz Carwash is Oak Park Heights. They do a great job. I was very impressed.

As the previous reviewer stated, its hit and miss. Been there twice. First time they did an excellent job. Second time in was really substandard. Unfortunately Im out $170 plus whatever it takes to finish the cleaning, so its probably not worth rolling the dice here. Ill be finding somewhere thats more consistent.

They were just not very good. They didnt vacuum the trunk even though the back hatch was open as if they were. They point blank told me they were going to armor all the tires tires and did not so I had to go and get it done myself. The dash wipe & window wipe down was shoddy. Shame on me for not checking before I left & just getting in & going. Now I have to go and spend some extra money on vacuuming & getting tire shine. Wont be going back.

Since they open I tried to get a good, not even great service. I tried many times to see if there were improvements. Did not happened. I wasted every time there 25.00. Not going back and I am not recommended it.Drive 12 minutes to Woodbury and you get much better service at Paradise Car Wash on Woodbury Drive (19). For the same money.

I was very happy with the cleaning inside and outside of my SUV.

Car was not clean. Bought the most expensive package. Carpets were not all the way vacuumed, streaks on the instrument panel, and finger prints all over the outside (asumming from the detailers). Will not be going back can do a better job myself.

This place is a hole, gas pumps (or pump card readers) work like 1/4 of the time. will never bring my car to get washed here ever again!!

I got a groupon and paid $135 for an interior and exterior cleaning service. It was a joke! They had my car dor 2.5 hours and didnt clean the cup holders, still had dirt and hair everywhere. They chipped my paint!

I recently rented a uhaul at this location. The employee who could check uhaul equipment out was over an hour later because he forgot to set his alarm per the employee who was working. The employee who was there and working proceeded to say I dont know what to tell you and maybe just call uhaul and see if they can do something, I dont know. When the employee who could check equipment finally arrived, he did not apologize for being late. While checking us out, he continuously took phone calls and did other work as well. When we finally got to the trailer, an hour and a half after my reservation was scheduled for, he could not get the trailer to connect to my 2 ball hitch. The trailers lock was stuck. We finally got it on and locked. We then realized the trailer was missing the electrical cord. We finally found one that was useable from another trailer. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I will never use uhaul or Regal Car Wash services again.

Way bummed out, didnt even clean the dirt off the doors or the wheels off a truck with 450 miles on it. $10 wash not very good.

I just pulled away from having my car done. I paid for full service plus an extra $10 for the extra dashboard and rug work. They essentially did a little vacuuming and the windows. They didn’t wipe down the seats at all. The first thing I did was drive to Home Depot to get cleaner and wipes to do the rest myself.

Was also left in 4 wheel Low when picked up (damaging to 4WD).

Came in on Saturday for a wash and to get truck cleaned bought the premeir wash when we got back in the truck only half of the windshield was washed the dash wasnt wiped off the council wasnt wiped off the floor mats were still dirty vacuum half of the truck never seen such a poor job said something to the attendant and he shrugs his shoulder really really poor service been going there for years service has steadily been going down now its poor

Tried this place for the first time this morning. $25 wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down for my work truck was a joke. Just tried to get my car washed here for the first time cause it was the only place around open. Waited 20 minutes (which is understandble) but when the door finally opened for me to go in I got up to about my windshield and the damn garage door started to close! Barely got backed up all the way! Never again.

Im giving you 2 stars because youre closed today. Yes, its snowing. But you guys also sell gas, cigarettes and other things you can find at a gas station. Now Im late for work because Ive gotta back track. You do know you can update this and post that youre closed due to weather right?

They never get my car clean! I go there just because its close to home. I always come home and clean what they missed!

They close down the wash randomly, without any information posted. This causes people with a monthly wash package to waste their time driving to the car wash, and paying for a wash, without receiving a wash.
