Great Customer service the Gentleman was nice enough to put my new windshield wipers on without me even asking. I know in the past Ive been told they dont do this anymore but he gladly did it!

Most of the staff at this location is rude ... They have broken my battery cable which I had to replace an buy gave me 3 out of date batteries that were rebuilt bad battery .. yet still I have an out date battery were very rude an gave me the extreme run around that they cant replace a life time warrenty.alternater I went to midfield an they we helpful ... not all the staff just few

Battery was bad in my truck. Salesman was very courteous and recommended the correct battery for my vehicle. He right away pulled the battery from stock and installed it in a very professional manner. Great job, left there a very satisfied customer.

I had my alternator tested at the Auto Zone in Hueytown. I didnt have to wait very long at all. The service was great up until that point then it all went south after that..... I was initially quoted a price of $285.00 for a brand new alternator (not remanufactured). The man even said to the female clerk wow thats cheaper than a reworked alternator Then said to me you are getting a really good price for a new alternator I said great do you have it in stock? He replied, no but I can have it here for you at 8 a.m. tomorrow. (Saturday morning) I told him my husband was on the way to pay for it. (5 minutes out). My husband gets there to pay the price we were quoted but at the time of purchase my husband was told it was $305.00 for the alternator and it would be coming from the Hoover store so it would be ready for pickup in the morning at 8 a.m . So we purchased it even at the higher price.... My husband goes to pick it up around noon on Saturday morning and its not at the Hueytown location. (We live about 30 minutes from the store) They look it up in the system and apparently Hoover did not have one in stock. So they tell him they would get him another one the same day from another location. My husband calls back up to the Hueytown store to inquire about the order and a male clerk says he will call my husband back with the info. That call never happens, my husband calls back and that male clerk has gone to lunch and no one else knows anything about it. My husband is helped by another female clerk that says they cant actually get the alternator for my car that day so according to the her the best thing they can do at that point is refund my husbands money to him. He said Great will the credit be applied to the debit card that I used at the time I purchased the alternator? The female clerk said no we cant do that you will have to come back into the store so we can issue the credit back to your card. What, why? So my husband HAD to go back to the Hueytown store to have the credit applied back to his card & we still didnt have an alternator for my 2013 Hyundai Veloster. We ended up getting a less expensive remanufactured alternator from Advance Auto in Midfield later on that afternoon with zero problems!

Excellant and helpful service. Employees wore masks and gloves. I really appreciated that common courtesy.

They need to get people at the counter to be a little more polite and care about there job. There just a bunch of time riders . Been three time to two different store for a water pump and still got to go to advance to get it . Want be back

These guys and gals at Hueytown are “super” folks.I re-roofed this property in June of 2010.So far, no leaks.I have shopped at this Auto Zone since I moved to that side of town in 2006. A really great group of people, employees, friends, etc.I’ll be back soon for more parts, etc., I still have two more vehicles to work on.Sincerely,Doug Austin

So I’m not gonna assume they were trying to scam me, it could have been faulty equipment or a bad connection, but I went here last Sunday to get my battery tested cuz I was having issues, everyone was friendly, they tested the battery said it was bad that I needed a new one. They were out of the battery I needed, made it back home to Mobile on the battery got it charged and retested and turns out the battery is fine, so all I’m saying is maybe get a second opinion if you get your battery tested here.

This is the most friendly AutoZone in Alabama. I was having issues with a coil pack on my 2014 Ford focus. #NeverBuyAFord I bought one coil pack from AutoZone and it was the last one they had in stock. I put it on my car and I was still getting the same error code. I talked to my mechanic who was too busy to fix this for me and he said go to the store and get another one. Of course this store was out but I was able to find another part at another store. When I went to return the part to a different store because it was close by, the guy behind the counter said we don’t have to give you your money back because it’s electrical and you installed it. So of course I came back to my favorite AutoZone in Alabama at 3010 Allison Bonnett in Hueytown and the manager kindly refunded my money. I have been shopping at this location for over 12 years and I will never go to the Bessemer Alabama AutoZone location ever again.

The only problem with this particular AutoZone is have them double check pricing on everything on the shelves. I got charged around 20% more than the shelf skew said that the items cost. Their computer didnt even show a relay I needed for my truck. Had to go down the street to OReilly.

The service was awesome, and the store was easy to navigate. The prices seamed average. I could not find the bolt I needed in there, but found plenty of other things that I could use.

Staff are rude and not knowledgeable. Person didnt even know what a spark plug gapper is. Everytime I go in here there is some kind of idiocy.

Ran in there for a car battery. I called ahead and they were able to give me several options for my make and model. Once I got there the staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable and got me in and out in under five minutes.

Needed a battery. Pulled up, bought battery, they installed, I drove away. That simple and I am forever grateful.

With all the personal information they ask to purchase, they couldnt return $75 headlights without my lost receipt. Instore credit = Awful service

Customer service is fabulous. Cashiers are very friendly. Beautiful displays of fruit and vegetables. Love the clearance rack. All the fish says where it comes from.

Really helpful staff, easy to find and they will let you use their tools to fix your vehicle in the parking lot!! Great for those fixes you really DONT need to buy tools for because you wont use them often, or for fixes on the go!

All workers are unknowledge! They will make you travel all around the world to their stores saying they have the parts then when you show up they look at you like your an idiot when you ask for your part because they have no idea what their talking about. At one location they were racist towards me. I will NEVER GO back! If I could rate this place any lower I would! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE Ive had from an auto parts store!

I bought new stuff to fix my a/c in my truck and the evening that i had it fixed 1 of the new lines busted and i went by and let them know and see it so they ordered it and had it for me the next morning so i would have my A/C back working cause the heat index has been over 100 all this week and they didnt charge me anything for the line so i will definitely do business with them from now on

Everything is way overpriced compared to lets say Amazon but these people specialize in car parts and know what they are doing, there was fast service we were in and out in 15 minutes, the cashiers also help you look for the part you need which is amazing when you dont know a lot about cars
