*VERY Disppointed - VERY HAPPY *I call this store to see if they had Kelly Meats ( I am from out of town), I was told that they did however, when I got there I couldnt find it. I spoke to the store manager Alonzo, and he found it for me. Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail.

We understand that things have changed since the covid-19 and I have been giving them most of my business. When I was here the other day the manager told me they moved back their closing time to 10pm. I was surprised. Online it says they close at 10pm & I pulled up at 8:50 PM just now and the rude rent-a-cop Security guy said, “They are closed” and so the now close 10 minutes before 9pm and they have a rude guy who wants to make sure you don’t come back? I am going to guess that PW many stores may lose customers & have to close too. Is it too much to ask to understand that the customer keeps you in business!

They have products I cant find other places. Outstanding meat department. Always friendly.

Nice and clean. Im giving it only 3 stars due to the lack in variety compared to all of the other location. The general manager was very nice and courteous to me and explained that they do not offer the items of other locations because they view the area as lower income which is just not true. Perhaps if you stocked your store like the other locations you would see that people here want to buy the same items offered over the mountain. Although they do offer an excellent variety of Hispanic foods.

Cost plus 10%, I feel like they are being paid to allow you to shop there. Even take an additional 10% of your food stamps. Prices may be lower but it all adds back up for them when you pay the 10%

Clean. Friendly staff. Good prices. Delicious rotisserie chickens. Great prices on deli meats. Nice produce. Not overly priced like other local grocery stores...*cough*...publix.

Decent selection. Good prices. Meats and produce are always fresh. I only gave 4 stars though because the layout doesnt make sense to me and management is rude.

Great with everything but wish they had an olive and cheese bar like Whole Foods.

Check your receipt, they charge double tax. Dont be misled by the banner outside.

The Pig,is really my go to store! They have what I need. My only wish is that, they would stock up on more oxtails, sell them less than other stores and better selections of ice cream

Shop here every other day. Stopped in today for a roll for of quarters and it was a problem(never a problem before). Maybe the manager was having a bad night because he had to play cashier... which is still not the customers fault. Customer service goes a long way.

Costs too much with the extra 10% added to the overall total plus tax.

The Pig has done a great job with this former Winn Dixie store. They have very nice selection and very attractive prices. Plus their employees seem genuinely glad to see you shopping there.

I buy all of my meat here!! Great selection of fresh inexpensive meat!! Be informed that you pay an extra 10% on top of your final price. Thats the only downside. But its still a good deal on the meats.

I went into the store and found everything I wanted. I was asked by the produce staff if I needed help finding something. When I made it to the check out, all registers were open making it a speedy trip to the store.

We purchased steaks here on Saturday April 6, 2019 and cooked them on our grill. They were the MOST HORRIBLE STEAKS WEVE EVER TRIED TO EAT. They were gray, and smelled funny after we cooked them. Not only was the color and smell off, they tasted awful and no one could eat their steak. TO ALL HUEYTOWN RESIDENTS, DO NOT SHOP HERE, ESPECIALLY FOR MEAT!

This is the best Piggly Wiggly in west Jefferson county. The staff is professional. The floors are clean. Buggies and bathroom are decent.

Some of the produce is a little tired looking at times, but the prices are great and check out is almost always super fast and easy.,

I really,really LOVE this place Im in there every week I wouldnt miss a week they always have more than they already have on sale and there r so many other sales going on at the same time I always leave with other great deals its make me very Happy also it a good feeling u REALLY get your MONEY worth......As I say again I wouldnt miss a Week going threre.

I go there sometimes. Most often it is a good experience. I have had a number of cashiers who were not very friendly as well as some who were. My main complaint is sometimes the produce people will have their carts all sideways and you can not get by and they are oblivious to the fact that people are trying to get by. Sometimes 2 or more are talking and they have to see you, yet wont straighten cart to let you by. One pulled up & blocked a short narrow little isle they had created which I was in the middle of and paid no attention to me and she was on cell phone. I was trapped and asked her to excuse me..She was not friendly...Maybe I have bad luck with timing re: produce people...But they just seem to have no awareness or care that people are trying to get by. It has been awhile since this has happened, as I do not go as often or have not gone to produce dept. Maybe it has since improved.

Every time I go to Piggly Wiggly in Hueytown I enjoy my shopping there quality food at fair market prices keep up the good work!!!@

I went in looking for some chicken wings I asked the guy in the meat department do you think your going to get some wings in today asked three time and also said excuse me excuse me the manager heard me went and asked the employee and I was told he couldn’t hear me because he had his mask on, mask had nothing to do with his hearing . The manager was great .But the guy was rude
