Steve is the most customer-oriented shop owner Ive ever dealt with. He is so friendly, personable and he will NEVER rip anyone off. Honest & trustworthy to the core. Great value. Fair prices. Sammie is so friendly and helpful too, shes very professional and hardworking. If I could give 10 stars, I would.Steve helped my friend in a pinch a while back. A girlfriend of mine was getting married and her car was in the shop the day before her wedding/honeymoon. The other shop was jerking her around with getting her a loaner car in time. I recommended her to Steve and he got her a loaner car she could take on her honeymoon while Steve replaced her transmission. All with very little notice. You guys rock. Thanks for being a shop I know I can trust.

Fast and friendly service at the parts counter at a good price

Ive been going here for years, originally recommended by a coworker. Steve is helpful and friendly; knows me and my cars. Gets the parts I need. If something goes wrong after a visit (rare), they always make it right. I drive 30 minutes one way to come here for work that I dont trust other places to do.

Great place for repairs. Very knowledgeable. Buy all my parts from there. Was sick of others close by giving wrong parts and cheap junk

Very horrible place to visit! I was at the Hugo location with a very bad experience. Stay away from Steve as he will misdiagnose your vehicle, and try everything to wreck your business as long as you are a person of color. He lied to my customer that my car has no airbag in it lol as his scanner would not read it, I took the same car to the dealership where they confirmed all of my airbags are intact, and fully functional. It’s unfortunate that there’s no way possible to give them a zero star rating If possible. May God punish Steve for his bad deeds!

Convenient location for those in Hugo or White Bear Lake, not as big of a selection as OReilly or AutoZone, but good enough. Service station is attached so parts should be on hand or quickly delivered. Staff are friendly.

First person on the phone polite and courteous, transferred to service shop; cant even finish informing and asking a question; get cut off and hung up on. All I wanted was an inspection of my vehicle.

I have attempted to shop at this store about 5 times. Never have they been open when I needed them despite their posted hours showing that they were supposed to be open.

Every time I stop here they dont have what I need in stock, higher prices than any other parts store.
