Purchased an elite 2 controller from this location. Upon getting home opening the box and my son being so excited so havent received this for his birthday we realize that it was not an elite to controller it was very similar it had paddles but it was not the product that was labeled. We attempted to return the device and was turned away at the desk. It says clearly in the refund policy that incorrect items that are purchased from a store maybe returned within the grace period so be exchanged!
They have the undisputed prices for PC graphics card since they are at msrp. However, no one can get them. Best Buy would be so much better if they prevented everyone from buying them online, so that customers would have to come to the store in person and show ID and Best Buy can then take record of those buyers ID w/ address and only allow them to buy one card per month for all Best Buy chains. Best Buy could learn a thing or two from Microcenter way of doing business.
Caleb in the appliance department was awesome! It was a spur of the moment decision to replace our appliances today and he made it so easy every step of the way. We had everything picked out with his help and expertise and checked out within 30 minutes! And we dont even have to wait a week for delivery! If you need new appliances, go see Caleb Wilrich!

I got what I wanted but not enough people there to help or answer questions. I had to walk around and try to find someone after talking to 2 different people who just pointed me over there . I went then that person pointed me back over just made my big purchase and got out. And I love it!
The employees could learn to be a little nicer, and more helpful at that. I was standing at the customer service line waiting while a group of them were talking by the entrance doors. When I was finally helped, the guy processed my return wrong and I was instead charged twice.
To start I maybe bias, I love electronics so Im like a little kid in a candy store. This store has plenty of parking the store itself is clean and well organized. The selection is pretty good. All in allIf you cant wait to order what you need Best Buy usually has it. It may be more expensive then online retailers but youll find what you need.
Just horrible no help at all, only me at the cash out and no cashiers in site waited and waited. When employees saw me they just ignored me. I know im just one person and I wouldn’t affect business but this was the worst experience ever at Best Buy I felt insulted, because best part was when one employee walked by me they helped the person that came after me and I get it, it was the pick up line but there was already one other person there so just to ignore me the one that has been waited for a longer time just get ignored.
They may have good deals but HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order online for AirPods and they shipped it late. Come to find out they didn’t update the tracking information and my AirPods have been laying in the middle of the road. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and my husband ordered a computer, they didn’t have it in store so we had to ship it. Once again, didn’t ship it on time and no one knows what’s going on, we literally have to hunt our package down and finally we get off of hold just for them to hang up on us. I will never do business here ever again when it comes to shipping unless I am desperate but maybe not even to save me such headache.
I woke up to a laptop this morning with all my files gone. Everything gone. Came in to Best Buy, and Justin with the Geek Squad determined what the problem was within about a minute, and recovered all my files and corrected the issue in under 10 minutes. Big thanks to Justin, very relieved.
The customer service at the HUMBLE, TX location was absolutely atrocious.I purchased a $800 TV at the Woodlands location with my father-in-law who lives there and has a truck. Upon arrival to my apartment in Kingwood (about 35 mins away), the TV screen was cracked. Looking up the policy and calling in advance I thought I could simply exchange the TV here at the Humble location. Instead, we had to unload the TV, for them to turn it on (we never had turned it on yet), and the customer service rep said they could not do the exchange. The manager came by to whisper in his ear, but never spoke to us directly or even looked us in the eye knowing we were visibly upset. No reason explanation was given beside the fact that it would disrupt their inventory. The manager was less than 2 feet away and never said one word to us. This is what upset us the most. We understand policies, but at least have the manager talk to us.We drove 30 miles back to the woodlands location where they took excellent care of us. The manager (Travis) at the woodlands location actually acknowledged us, apologized and took great care of us. We had a great experience here with the customer service.There is a gray area in terms of the exchange policy. It says that the customer can return a purchased product to ANY location. Instead it is “manager to manager” basis.
I purchased the wrong game console online and was able to return it (and obtain a full refund) at the store with no problem. I was offered the option to exchange it for the correct one, but sadly they didnt have the console I wanted in stock. Cashier even tried searching for it at other Best Buy store locations, but no luck. This location has great customer service and helpful staff.

Best Buy did a mobile install in my vehicle. They did a great job, however I am finding things around the vehicle that no longer work. Im going to have to take it back so I can try to see if this was part of the installation

The shelves often look picked over, and with such a diverse selection on hand it can be difficult to find what you are specifically looking for.The upside here is that team members have more incentive and initiative in helping customers than most other retail stores these days.I found what I was looking for though and despite limited selections I was able to get the perfect one for my needs.
The store had everything a Best Buy should have, it was clean, the security guard at the front door was friendly and greeted us as we came in. That is where the niceitys end, I walked around the store for 30-45 minutes asked 3 different employees for help, they were all to busy messing with their phones to be bothered. Unlike any other Best Buy I have ever been to.So I went back to the hotel and ordered my new dji phantom 4 from Amazon. I will not return to this store.

Seems the day of customer service is fading. Went in to use my elite points certificate to buy a DVD. When I was ready to purchase at the back register the rep advised go the front to check out. Strange since he was there already by the register task less and just roaming. He seemed tired and frustrated. He could have easily checked me out. Seems a lot of places have lost the sense of serving the customer.
They had just what I needed great location friendly employees very helpful.

I have tried countless times trying to get some human being on the phone to help me. Each time the voice assistant comes on and just puts me on hold for 30”. Then they just hang up. I have total tech support but can’t get any help. They never answer the phone. I’ve been at this for 2 weeks. I can’t even put a complaint in to get my money back.
Early morning so not everyone was clocked in yet which caused a small wait for help. But after asking someone (not in the section I needed help in) they were able to assist and everyone was friendly.

Came today to buy a 500 dollar TV. Nobody helped. We stood there for a good while and then decided to pick the TV up ourselves and carry it through the store. I kind of wanted someone to talk to us about the TV we were buying and help me make a decision. Anyway we carried it up to the front and managers walked right by us and nobody helped. Nobody spoke to us. If I wanted to buy a tv and talk to no one I should have just bought it online. In this pandemic time when people are tight with their money you would think that Best Buy would appreciate a big sale or at least acknowledge it. I’ll probably be calling corporate. Sucks because I’d like to be the person that supports brick and mortar.
Advertising specials online go to store not in stock so buy more expensive brands. Ask for help from employees and they say theyll get someone im like ok but you work here so look for it and then no one ever comes to help. Honestly only went cause of the false advertising cheaper online but wanted item same day which wasnt even in stock.

They were a but slow getting my laptop back to me. 4 days I believe and all they were doing was checking for viruses & making sure everything was up to date & booting up properly.
Went in to buy a new laptop and the sales lady directed me to an item different from what I told her I was asking for. Acloser came to assist and we talked, but he knew about as much as she did. I settled on a laptop and he informed me he had to order it and it would take about 5 days. I asked if he had something similar and he showed me something totally different. Both sales people knew nothing about what they were selling and they really needed to be working at Walmart or McDonalds. They had no people skills at all.
Easy in and out purchase in under 5 minutes! Clean store, friendly employees, went straight to the Switch accessories, found my joycons and went to pay, I am very impressed!

The actual store was fantastic and the 3 people I dealt with were wonderful, especially the manager! He was awesome and helped me figure out the problem with the CC that brought me to the customer service center in the first place as well as the memory card I had to get.

I went to pick up an order for my daughter. They loaded a 50 tv in my car. When I got back home my daughter said it was suppose to be a 24 tv. I went back to store. They didnt seem overly grateful I was back. Next they brought out a 32 tv I said that is not my daughters name. Finally I got the right tv. I suggested I should get something for my time and gas and was totally ignored about that. Not sure they are the brightest people on the block

My wife and I were in looking at spending around $1000.00 on a new OTR microwave. It was 6:56pm, and they close at 7:00pm. Rhonda which happens to work in appliances approached asking if we needed help. We explained we wanted to see the appliances in person and then we would be out of their hair. One microwave in particular. Then she snarled, and immediately said well we can get out of here as soon as you get out of here. But very brash and with a sarcastic attitude. This is no way to treat a customer that is about to spend money in your store. There are other ways to handle it. I understand you want to leave right at 7:00pm, but if you don’t want to deal with customers, find another line of work. My wife and I were very offended and a little taken back. We will be purchasing from somewhere else. It is a shame, because we have purchased a LOT of items from Best Buy over the past few years. If you want to purchase something, it is best to steer clear of this place, if you want to be treated like your business matters. Unacceptable, and very disappointing.
I had a great experience at this location the staff helped me pick out the best speakers for my car and worked with my schedule to find a day to install them now I just need to wait untill the scheduled day.

Come on Best Buy, try harder. What a market to be in. Amazon, Covid. I went in for an HDMI to mini HDMI cable. Selection was poor and prices were three or four times higher than Amazon. I feel like cables and other small necessities to hook up you home system is overly inflated like a convenience store inflates water prices. Well I just bought this TV so I need an HDMI cable...... Plan ahead and buy the cable somewhere else.

Sat in the geek squad line for 25 minutes to be told thay are taking appointments only for the next five hours. They could have let someone know or out up a sign they are doing appointment only.
We for the most part always received GREAT service at this Best Buy. We have visited other however the service is not the same as this one.
Guy at door didnt speak when I enter then employees didnt ask if I needed assistance they were in a huddle by a desk in the appliance section. If thats normal is guess it was ok huh lol .

Sold me a lemon yesterday. Id give them one star but the lady at the desk was friendly and kind.Got a refurbished computer through open box here. Shoulda seen it coming when one of the side panels had to be taped shut.It kept shutting off due to overheating. Opened it up to check fan and lo and behold, one of the heads of the fan power cables was broken off.Dont get refurbished items here, if they check them, they clearly dont do it hard enough.
They are always friendly and eager to help. This visit we bought a tv and we were able to get the last one they had in stock even though someone else was interested because our sales person moved quick and checked us out once we told him what we wanted. Usually our go to store for electronics

I love Best Buy. I am a big tech and gadgets fella and cant get enough or have enough time to possibly be inside these mega electronics marts. I went a couple of days after the Samsung Galaxy Note20 was released to experience it and see what I thought of it. They had a working model of it as well as a working model of all the latest Galaxy phones of which I believe I still prefer the S20 Ultra 5G but had a good experience and will most definitely go over and over again.

This is the reason best buy is closing, along with all other brick and mortar stores.You carry nothing in stock and your prices are twice as high as Amazon. You refuse to change business practices thus youre going out of business. Oh and your associates are ignorant fools who speak to customers as if theyre stupid. Half arent even out of high school yet. 😤
So never been a big fan of Best Buy. Im an old-school Circuit City kind of guy. I previously had a negative experience with Best Buy. But I decided to give them another shot.Bryan at the Humble store was a massive help, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Answered every question I had never got annoyed, and no pressure.Because of Bryan I will return to the Humble store to finish out my home theater.Thanks again.

Went to get a new phone yesterday. Gentleman inside was happy to answer any questions I needed.
I ordered curbside at 3pm and waited at the store for 2 + hours. My order was not ready. I went in to speak with an employee. They shrugged their shoulders and stated that I just have to wait. I lingered a little longer. Order was never processed. If an associate acted as if they cared, I would not have to write this. Find another Best Buy to shop at. The Humble store is/was a waste of time.
