I had never noticed the store before but it stood out just went I needed it. I am downsizing and decided to make my queen into two twins since I had the metal frames. I popped in spur of the moment to window shop with no intentions on buying anything. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with any and all questions. Even my random questions about their hot tubs. He didn’t skip a beat on any question I asked. He went into great detail about every mattress and frame in that store. I walked out a very, very happy customer with a new mattress and amazing bed frame. My mattress was delivered next day with phenomenal customer service from scheduling to complete set up and removal of old mattress. So I was scrolling Facebook Market and the internet for a robotic massage chair I saw one on the Facebook Marketplace site for Mattress Firm overstocked items I sent a message and well responded he gave me a location of where they had chairs at I visited the location today and met with Robert who was phenomenal and answering all of my question given me full details about each chair he even helped research find me a great deal on a chair I was so impressed with the chair and with his knowledge that I ended up buying the chair cash. Came in looking for a bed for my elderly grandmother. Victor (store manager) was in the store and greeted us promptly. I explained my grandmother’s situation and he listened intently. David Pratt was EXTREMELY helpful when I called to ask questions about a hot tub we recently purchased at the Texas State Fair. I have been diligently researching and was given this store as a resource. Although I did not make my purchase through him, David spent over an hour educating me on the Copper Cove hot tub. HORRIBLE experience don’t go here if you are expecting mattress to be delivered soon I was waiting for scheduled delivery they messed up twice gave me 2 different days I was waiting on both but they were a NO SHOW even after Manager assured me I would have my mattress ... Nothing was delivered, very upsetting I had to cancel my order.

My expectations of customer service, product pricing and quality of merchandise are admittedly high and I have been known to be picky. But this retailer exceeded all my expectations. Victor and Tyler are 2 of the most genuinely service minded professionals I have met. I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Victor truly knows his product. Not just one but all his products. Because of Victor my wife and I went back yesterday to look some more and talk a little more about the massage chair and stressless chair. Will greeted us while Victor was on the phone. It did not matter that Victor helped us before. Will was willing to help us. He was able to breakdown the difference between the massage chairs. With both of Victors and Wills help we are excited to say we bought another Infinity Massage chair to replace the one that Harvey took out, also purchased a stressless chair. Inventory was impressive. Purchased a great base to my mattress that has a under light, can elevate the head and foot and even vibrate me to sleep. That base even has a USB port and an electrical outlet. Crazy technology. Victor listened to my concerns about being a nurse and having so much pain that he showed me the massage chairs. Guess what, I bought one of those too. OMG pure heaven.
