It was ok experience. I found the base I wanted but it wasnt in stock. I was sent to the warehouse to pick up the base for my mattress and 25$ per each discount was applied. Spend about an hour in the warehouse just to find out they did have what I wanted. No worries. She called the store and they agreed for the other base that was msrp price. The bases work fine but if you have a customer who wanted something else and you cant provide it to them although it was promised, Well I think I should be upgraded not downgraded.

Yesterday me and my wife went to purchase a Queen box spring and mattress for my daughter. We worked with Carl and he’s simply awesome . I went in to purchase a mattress for my mom who was visiting me after her chemotherapy and I was looking for a form mattress. The staff there was awesome I was in and out within 10 minutes and I was able to pick up the mattress from the warehouse the same day. When I went to the warehouse same experience the staff was great I had no problem getting the mattress pick in my vehicle. So I will definitely come back when looking for a mattress.

I was very satisfied and impressed with the service and customer care I received from the mattress firm. They had the product of which I wanted, they were cheaper than all the other furniture stores and they allowed me to use lay a way with an extended expiration date of longer than 30 days. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at this location. Before going inside I was almost sure the salesman were going to push us or insist we purchase something out of our price range like another salesman had done at a previous furniture store we were browsing at. Luckily that was not the case. When we arrived, the salesman greeted us and one of them approached us, introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for in a mattress and what we were looking to pay. Once we told him what we were looking for he directed us to the area of mattresses that were within our budget. He showed us different types of mattresses, the difference between them and was very knowledgeable about everything they had to offer. My husband and I were undecided between two of them so he gave us time to talk to each other about it and agree on one of them. Once we decided we let him know which one we decided on and he helped us complete the paperwork to finance it. We are very happy with the customer service offered at this location. We will definitely return to this location, as we are looking to continue furnishing our new home in the coming weeks/months!

Good customer service. Sale associate that took care of us was Mr. Carl Boley. Reason for not receiving 5 stars is because he failed to mention it was a final sale. It was mention AFTER the payment was processes. Other then that he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

What a great experience. After the worst storm that Texas has seen in decades, we needed bed supplies. Jesse made sure he found us what we needed and we were able to get it the same day. Also, the people working at the warehouse were great. The gentleman working the forklift noticed that we didnt have anything to tie down the bed in the back of the truck. When I stopped by to purchase a mattress the salesperson was friendly and very helpful. I was told that I could pick the mattress up Tuesday When I called on Tuesday to see if they had the mattress at the store the person on the phone was very rude did not look up my order and told me there are no deliveries and no pickups for Tuesday I go to the store I was told the same thing in person I asked for a refund shortly after that they miraculously found my mattress on their showroom floor but by that time I did not want the mattress anymore. I went and bought a mattress elsewhere

Great customer service, we spoke with a manager on Sunday evening who was amazing and super helpful and when we arrived Monday morning the 2nd manager to help us was even more amazing. No pressure, very informative, no hovering and didnt make empty promises. He told us there could be a delay in delivery due to covid, which I appreciate, rather than setting up an expectation that probably wouldnt happen.

When I went to purchase at the store they treat me well but when I went to the warehouse to pick up my frame the people in the office were just sitting there didnt greet me or anything and there were like six people sitting there and all of the were not wearing any mask on. I went to mattress firm in the midst of the pandemic because I needed two mattresses for my kids. Young lady Regina sold me two mattresses and advised that I could pick them up from the warehouse the same day. I got to the warehouse only to find out the mattresses wouldn’t be available for pick up until May 20th. This clearly upset me because that’s not what I was told in the beginning. I called the store back and spoke with Regina and she said the mattresses were unavailable because someone else had bought them while I was in the store. Long story short she was able to find another mattress set with great quality and deliver it to me same day! That’s awesome customer service!!! So I’ll be receiving my mattresses today after all!!

In a crunch looking for a mattress set for a bed that arrived earlier than it was suppose to for my daughter, has been really more than I would have liked to be dealing with right now; However once I talked to Regina, she was willing to see what i was looking for and when I needed it and even compared prices so I would not have to go to multiple places which was absolutely the best of all. It feels good to know that even though the world is going through what it is, people are still compassionate towards others.

I purchased a mattress from this location which was in perfect condition. When it arrived being delivered it was severely damaged. They asked me to see Jesse to resolve because the manager was not there. When I asked about a mattress we were interested in, he questioned why I wanted to check inventory & yelled at me, wouldnt let me speak. He was rude and needs to be trained on how to treat others with courtesy. Do not waste your $ or time at this location. He has no business working with the public.
