This place knows their stuff. They have kept my 12 yr old Acer laptop updated & running like a well oiled machine.

I took my desk top in on a Monday and asked if it was possible to get it back before the next Monday as we have homeschool.I called on Friday to check status. I was told it was done yesterday. The prob was it was 30 min to closing on Fri and there was no way I could get there in time to pick it up. I was then told they were closed on weekends; something that would have been good to know upon dropping off.So now, no way to get it back in time.Severely disappointed. Do better. I will never use you again.

I went in today to get my computer repaired since I did not remember the password for it. Devin helped me out immensely and got my computer up and running right away and for a reasonable price. I had been previously quoted $130 for my computer to be repaired and this place was way more reasonable. Definitely recommend going here!

Last week, my PC suddenly would only let me see my google apps (mail, calendar, ...). I could not see web pages for my bank or any other web site.Rolando diagnoseD the problem and fixed in 5 minutes - while I waited. NO CHARGE.Awesome friendly service. Ill definitely be back when I have a more serious problem.

They Worked Magic on a Computer that got submerged during a flood.I got all my family pictures back after the flood! They where very understanding and empathetic to how upsetting it was loosing everything.And we at last got our pictures back.

I took. My computer to them and paid my bill when I picked it up. When I got the computer home it still wasnt working right, it was very, very slow. 2 days later it died completely. I had to take it somewhere else and it cost my $411.00 to get it fixed right. I disputed the charge of $118.00 to w they have turned me over to computers but they paid him anyway because the credit card representive said they didnt-know enough about computers to take it off. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency for something they have been paid for. I would not step foot in that place again. EVER!

I needed a video card and power source installed. The technicians were friendly and got the installation done in 24 hrs! They went above and beyond to spend time answering questions that we both had. Will definitely go to than again for computer help.

NOT only does it take what seems like years to get your computer back to you but its almost like they dont even know whats wrong with it themselves. after telling them what we KNEW was wrong with it and that we had already tried what they were suggesting, they literally did it anyways and made a mess with coolant all over the inside of the computer and sent it back claiming it was fixed, well guess what? it wasnt...at all...still the same. after we realized they didnt fix it (which we knew from the start they didnt anyways), we had to take it back again. after discussing prices for the part we needed...they didnt even order the part for another week, it took a phone call to basically remind them to do their job. Youd be better off fixing it yourself because it doesnt seem like they care how long you wait.

I took my laptop to Atascocita Computers to have an intermittent Wi-Fi problem diagnosed, most of the time it worked but sometimes it wouldnt. One week later and $117, I got my laptop back with the same problem. They didnt know what the problem was but charged me anyway. I took it on the chin and went home with my still broken laptop.When I got home and booted it up, I discovered that my laptop that had been Windows 10 was now Windows 8.1!I took it back to them and left it for another day. After providing proof that my laptop was registered to Microsoft as having Windows 10 installed, they agreed to try and restore it. They successfully reloaded Windows 10 but the Wi-Fi will not work at all now and the Bluetooth that had been working was now inoperative.I called them and requested a full or even partial refund of the $117 that I had been charged and they refused. I had paid to have a problem diagnosed and they failed. In the course of their failure, they created more problems and subjected me to great inconvenience. I can’t recommend Atascocita Computers; they will take your money and not deliver the service you paid for.
