I wanted to take a moment today to let everyone know what great employees they have at the Vision Center location in Humble, and I’m particular, Andy. However, Lucy and Maria were awesome as well. I believe they all exemplify, great professionalism, customer service and a customer-centric overall attitude .Andy, went over above what I expected, to make sure I was not only educated on the product, but your industry as a whole . I personally have over 25 years in retail and hospitality management, so I personally know what great employees and service looks like. As a matter of fact they are the kind of employees I would often try to recruit to come work for my organizations in the past.I highly recommend everyone give this store a visit, because you will be very satisfied with the staff and product options.

Everyone was super nice and helpful from scheduling the appointment to the exam. I love that the doctor makes sure you can work with the contacts. Andy, the optician, was excellent he helped me choose some frames that fit my face shape. I love him. He was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about frames. Would definitely recommend going here.

My experience has always been great. Waiting time is very short. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Amy Parker is so sweet and detailed. Jason helped me pick out my sunglasses and case. He was so patient with me. Always a great visit!!!However, Im very disappointed that I did not receive a notification regarding my contacts had arrived. Per receptionist she stated that I received a text message that the contacts were in. This is inaccurate. They need to follow-up with the patients to confirm text messages were received.

Vennoka was able to give me just a little bit better answer than receptionist due to experience Im sure. Nothing against receptionist she was very nice. Ms. V was very helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect pairs of glasses for me. She was attentive, patient and very personable. She also was extremely informative and poinent when determining what the best options were when dividing the coverage options for my two insurances. She made sure to break down all the options and possible features for my glasses. In the end, I walked away with two pairs of glasses and a year supply of contracts. Ms. V even gave me a pair of contacts to supplement my needs until my order comes in. A great reminder of why I continue to come back to Vision Source year after year!

Starting at the entrance, desk staff was friendly and I appreciate the fact they’re taking COVID precautions. My wait time was short. I saw Dr. Amy Parker, upon her arrival into the room, her demeanor was warm and welcoming. She took her time doing my eye exam, and explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. I never felt rush, she allowed me take my time to choose which one was clearer, making sure my eye glass prescription would be perfect. I will definitely refer my family and friends to her.

I had a very good experience with my children, everyone was helpful. I was even able to get the appointment last minute for my kids. I will definitely go again.

This has been my go to optometrist for 3 years now and they have never let me down. Vennoka was very helpful and even while training a new employee she was able to multi task and make sure I was taken care of. She even made sure my frames came in before I left town for 3 weeks. This is your go to place.

Even though it was early morning on a Saturday, they were all in a good mood, kindly gave me information about my results and were always willing to listen and respond my questions. They did I great job answering all of my questions, and everyone was very kind and polite. Thats why I gave it five stars.To have everything you want on your lenses gets pricey. I think you would sell more glasses if the prices were so expensive. I would buy 3 to 5 pair for fashion if it was more affordable. Having a 90 period to go back in to get an exam for contacts I think was ridiculous. I felt everything was about money. Get this new test for $40 otherwise we will have to dilate your eyes. Seemed like everything had a price. Maybe inside of piecing it separate. Maybe offer packages that include the different choices.On a positive Im looking forward on receiving my new pair. Havent had a new set in 17 years.

I recommend Vision Source Deerbrook to everyone with children. Today we had the best experience at this location. Felicia was very friendly and welcoming and had a beautiful smile on her face the entire visit. Dr. Parker was friendly and very informative and gave my 10 yr old great information about her vision. Jon was the absolute BEST with helping my daughter pick frames that were affordable and fit her perfectly. She was so excited to also learn Mr. Jon had her frames in stock and whipped up her pair for her before we left. I am grateful for these people who truly love what they do and it shows! The staff is always welcoming, Dr.Kells saw me for an emergency due to an eye injury and she explained everything to me about my treatment. And now I’m fixed up and back to normal. I brought all 3 of my kids back to get there exams and they had a great visit!

I just left there and I love the way the staff was so cool and polite. I went in and used my pay flex card and they automatically itemized my receipt so I could send it to my insurance if needed. I didnt even have to ask them.I definitely would recommend them. And they are super clean! So that also was a plus!

We had an amazing experience here! Felicia at the front desk was so nice and inviting, we felt very welcomed talking to her while we waited! The doctors and other staff was also very nice and helped us with whatever questions we had, not changing the subject and telling us everything we felt we were missing from previous appointments at other Eye Care places. The Optician entered my order for glasses at my reading RX instead of my driving RX. The office manager says - technically, they are not the WRONG prescription...******BEWARE***** They will refuse to issue a refund, even if it is their fault!!!Its been a more than a month, too much money, and 3 trips to go into the office, and I still have nothing usable to show for my money.***********************************************UPDATE*****Here’s the best part; I take another days lunch to drive back to the Deerbrook store AND GET THIS.The MANAGER tells me “Well, It’s not TECHNICALLY the wrong prescription. It IS IN FACT ONE OF YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS”. And “We can’t refund them if it was made to your prescription”.

Vision Source at Deerbrook! Great experience! I went to order frames for my lens. I was informed that my lens prescription was good for a year, so I didn’t need to do that!! The lady ( I’m so sorry, but I forgot her name) at the front desk was so friendly and informative! The Optician; Carrie was AWESOME! She was so helpful! I didn’t feel pressured and she gave me good advice AND I found great frames under my budget! Thanks Ladies! I can’t wait to get my new glasses!!

Extremely helpful and fast... fixed insurance issue and got glasses extremely fast. They worked with my 12 year old and helped her find glasses that she liked and fit her face. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience for my first eye visit at Vision Source. Felicia which is the doctor’s assistant did a fantastic job on my exam and made my exam as comfortable as possible, John the Optician did a wonderful job helping me choose the frames that best suit me, as well as explained in depth about having eye glasses, and the store manager Ms. V provided terrific customer service and made me feel very welcomed. The doctor whom was working there (Dr. Parker) was exceptionally amazing. The optician (Janet H.) was very helpful with selecting my glass frames. Everyone was very nice and gave me an enjoyable experience. Everyone was even nice after hearing my story about crabs. Very cool.

The eye doctor was great and the tech who help my son Lazarus was a great person. I forgot her name but they need more like her .She, the doctor, and the service was five star service. I will be back .

Dr. Parker is great! She takes the time to explain things to you. I am interested in lasix, she explained that it would probably not be an option for me and she explained why. The optician, Vennoka, was really AWESOME!! She was extremely helpful while helping me find framesI have a small face, and a broken nose, so it is a challenge to find frames that fit correctly. She took her time and she also shared stories about her dogs with us! Very personable! I have been a patient here for years and it is people like them that keep me coming back!

Veronica and Ida are absolutely amazing! I needed assistance on finding two pairs of glasses. What would have taken me over an hour to find, only took me 30 minutes because of their help. I love what glasses were recommended... they learned my style quickly. Much appreciated! I love the customer service these two women provided and thats why I keep coming back to this location.

Overall a Good Experience, initially I went for an eye exam, did not purchase the hardware because I wanted to shop around. I determined that they were the best price for what I was getting. I revisited the store three weeks later to purchase my hardware and was disappointed because the estimate of cost sheet had been purged and I wasn’t sure of all the details.Ultimately, at that point I was ready to go elsewhere because if I had to start the process of purchasing all over again I might as well do it somewhere else. The office Manager came out and assisted me with everything and even offered some helpful suggestions. Needless to say I left a pleased customer.

This place is so expensive I paid $625 for a pair of glasses this people is trying to get as much money they can I think they working by commission cuz the lady in the frames area didnt help much she just wanted me to pay like $800. I really dont trust this place also Erika at front desk was so rude when I asked her a simple question. It was my first and last time cuz Im definitely not coming back.

I got every question answered. I got a thorough exam. I bought two pair of glasses. I haven’t received them yet but I am optimistic they will perform well for me.

Only reason Im giving a 3 star is because of the doctor she was great. the front counter staff was horrible just slow about everything. i arrived on time for my appointment signed in año and wasnt greeted until 35 minutes later after the two ladies sing behind the counter had finished their conversation. then once I had completed my eye exam I was left waiting almost 40 minutes to speak with a consultant in reference to picking out frames and lens. finally after 40 minutes i left. wish i had went elsewhere to complete the exam.

This is the best office weve ever been to I started coming here about 8 years ago and now bringing my wife and children here the office staff is excellent and the doctor knows aal the In and outs of her field and within her expertise!!! Chance is a wonderful addition to Vision Source he helped me with my step daughters glasses. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with her glasses. I will definately be returning for anymore of my families eye care needs. People at the front desk use to be welcoming and helpful now all they like to do is state you are wrong while being rude about it and offer no assistance. Ive never had so much trouble with getting contacts before. Most of my issues could be clarified and fixed if they actually took the time to call my insurance and vertify information instead of depending on their faulty system. This place has gone down hill wont be comming back

You dont see a biker rocking frames on the road, but when your health asks for glasses you get them and I was blessed enough to have Tianna to guide me through this journeyShe took her time and helped me find some dope frames and why not boost the confidence just a little. Came in for my appointment, but I was not in their system (for whatever reason) however I was still seen with no problem. From the front desk to the selecting a new pair of glasses was great. I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name, but I finished off with Vennoka, who helped me select my final pair and had me out the door with my new pair of glasses. That’s the best part of my visit, being able to wear my glasses..NOW!

My eye prescription is pretty high but they were able to get my eyes to see 20/20 with trial contacts. Usually other places I go to my left eye would only be able to see 20/40. The staff are really nice and contacts are affordable.

I got my glasses in less then a hour and I was on my way home after I got my eye exam. The quality is top of the line products at a very quality price they even fixed my old glasses for a spare pair.
