I ordered on a Thursday they said the shirts should be ready on Monday of next week. I thought was a good time. She stated she call me when they were done too, so I waited for the call. Is Friday a whole week I call to see if they are ready, and expecting to pick them up,a week and 4 days later and she said the lady who makes them is out of town. Wont be ready until another week. I never got a call at least to inform me! Just very upsetting I was not notified and they never planned to call me either by the looks of it since I called, That is a long wait time . never going back.

If I could give them zero stars I would.I’ve had the worst experience at Exstreme Vinyl Supply in Humble. I took in two shirts to be embroidered with my business name. After a few months of not hearing anything I went up to the store and found nothing had been done. I than spoke to the lady who does the embroidery and she said she would get my shirts done ASAP. I waited another few weeks. No call or email so I went back to the store to find my shirts sitting on the shelf. Spoke to another lady who said oh sorry she couldn’t embroider them. My response was ok let’s do vinyl. You guys should have called me. She says ok I’ll get these done ASAP and call you when they are ready. I also gave her my contact info again as well as logo and business name which she could not locate in their system. 4 months later no call from Extreme Vinyl. So I go up there again today. I walk in the door with my child and husband and there looks to be no employees in sight. Mind you there are bells on the door that ring when it’s opened. I stand at the counter for a few minutes and no one approaches me. So I go in a side room not far from the front door and ask a young girl who was very sweet for assistance. She goes into another back room to find my shirts and someone that could help me. While I’m waiting another lady comes to the front desk to pay and the lady who was only 5 feet away from me the whole time who I thought was a customer turns out to be an employee and rings up the lady. Still she has not acknowledged me as a customer at all. The younger employee comes back to say my shirts are still not done and they could work on them now. I said no thank you I’ll take them and leave.I’ve waited over 6 months for a service that was never completed!!!!What a horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible attention to detail. I will NEVER use this business again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
