One of the best arts and crafts stores around. I remember coming here when I was a kid. It was one of my moms fav stores. She use to get me (what I like to call) professional colored pencils here and they werent cheap. Plus we would always get our pictures framed here. Love this place!

Well stocked with plenty of christmas decor. Each season they have loads of decor for that season. Never a disappointment in variety of decor.

Having worked for the competition I give their stock crew props and the POG crew props for a clean and well stocked store.On the flip side, I dont understand why not even 1 employee asked if I needed assistance. I roamed aimlessly tring to figure out where anything was. It took wandering every aisle to find the things I needed.If you intend to just roam then you definitely have lots to look at and plenty of options for decor or crafts. It may be next to impossible to find anyone to help though.This may be a tactic to get us to buy stuff we didnt need. IE...see picture

Awsome Place for you diy projects, jewlery, decorating and whatever you have on you to do list....Nasty: found chocolates at the cashier line that was open: definitely from mice or rat, i have pets and know how that looks when they bite on cardboard.....manager said ...NO NO. THAT MUST HAVE BEEN A PERSON.....didnt do anything about it.DONT BUY CANDY OR CHOCOLATE THERE!

I always find more than I need or knew I wanted. I love this store. Sometimes you get a bad product but store has always accommodated and replaced or refunded poor products. Loyal customer.

Very great customer service, this young man Jacob was very respectful and extremely helpful when it came to recommending items and helping find them. Along with this other man Jeff very helpful and patient when it came to fixing a defective item and very respectful . Very well trained employees and hard working 🙌🏻 I recommend visiting the Humble area hobby lobby!!

Ive never been in a Hobby Lobby. I was in awe at how huge it was. Theres everything you can imagine in there. I bought plexiglass for my picture frames. They had great prices and plenty in stock. This store will be my new addiction.

While the products are catching to the eye, customer service is extremely poor. Many employees were walking around, passing us several times, and not one asked if we required help other then using their pheripheral view to pass by swiftly. We were initially attented to at Customer Framing and understandably if another customer needs assistance then a colleague or a co-worker should have assisted, especially if the product is visibly on the opposite side of the building. Another customer approached us and asked if we were waiting at the counter and I explained that we were also waiting but that the employee would return shortly. She remarked 20 minutes later that she would try Michaels Arts and Crafts for some help and left the store. A second customer heard her comment and walked away. As a current manager who provides customer service, I recommend using your current resources and provide some training to the 8 to 10 employees I observed in one area, not counting the cashiers, rather than utilizing one employee who oversees custom framing. The floor manager who clearly noticed us in the area was present but made no effort to approach us. Please train the employees to observe and ask the customers if they require assistance.

Customer service was horrible! I see why they are still hiring. I was ignored at checkout while 4 workers worked with one customer. After standing there for a while, and I asked to check out, I was given attitude and someone was told to come check me out. Why be going back, unfortunate.

I went to this store to find some mod podge. I asked the lady that was working there which one would be best for the materials I was working with and she had no idea. So I left to go to michaels because I know the employees there know more about the store and materials they have.

Like I said before Hobby Lobby is a great place for home effects, and this one is no exception. Have yet to be displeased with a Hobby Lobby.

Great shopping experience Friday. Lots of Christmas items still available. Christmas is 50% off some 60 % off. When you walk in Christmas stuff is to the right of the registers. We bought Christmas Cards for next year. Tissue paper and all frames are 50% off great selection to choose from we needed 3 picture frames and bought some. Happy shopping.

Giant store with beautiful home decor craftables and much more ! This was m first time going and lets just say i felt like a kid !super clean and organized and the workers there are all very helpful!

I came here today to find a blank journal to write in. Although there were very many there I was pleased by the one that I did purchase. also I took a little bit of time and looked at the model car section. I have a friend who does model cars. They had an excellent selection of model cars to choose from the store was clean and organized and there were plenty of employees available to help if you had any questions. This location was far better than the last one that I visited when I was in Florida. They had a much bigger selection of products. I guess that has to do with population though. Will be coming back in the future

Really like this place. I always find some awesome stuff on sale and their staff are the best. The only complaint that I have is around noon (which seems to the the busiest) there are only 2 registers open and the lines are extremely long. Other than that this place is awesome.

We came too this store location twice and had the same issue. They will not honor the 50% 0ff everyday sale even though the hobby lobby on Jones road will. Both times the cashier Abbey refused to honor it. As I went back in to the store to take this photo. I can hear a customer having the same issue with Abbey as we did. I would definitely suggest it would be better to go out of your way to goto another Hobby Lobby than the on Near Dearbrook Mall because you will leave their feeling ripped off. If you do not want to go far Michaels is on the opposite side of 1960.

There is something comforting about the woosh of air conditioning that greets you upon entering the automatic double doors of Hobby Lobby. Time moves differently in those tall aisles. Surrounded on either side by knick-knacks and tchotchkes stacked seemingly impossibly high, all illuminated by the familiar white of fluorescent lights. I feel at home in the vast array of crafting and home-goods. It reminds me of my grandmother’s workshop. It is a maze I would gladly get lost in for hours, days, forever if they would let me. The thing about “Hob-Lob,” as I have dubbed it endearingly, is you never go in there knowing what you need, but those winding aisles will surely lead you to it.

Just went to Hobby lobby for some last minute Christmas ornaments. Staff was rearranging ornaments, not practicing social distancing with customers and one was talking with her mask down. The supervisor appeared to be present and said nothing. There are elderly people in that store this time of year especially and we are still in a pandemic. Show some respect and compassion for your fellow man.

I lovvveeee this place...holiday madness for every season....i have 16 grandchildren and i craft so that they can have special thing that cant be bought....the flowes...candy...baskets..pots...glue...paints......always have sales for your needs..i made this for my first grandchild that graduates 2020....i wish i coul get a shopping spree for Christmas

Paper crafting section has alot to offer! Could offer even more!These isles are dark do to merchandise stacked so high above isles. Alittle hard to see paper colors. Ink colors, vinyl cake decorating.

Came in for felt for a small project. The staff was very helpful as I couldnt find the felt on my own. Checkout was what you would normally expect for a Saturday, busy, but they were moving people from checkout to checkout, keeping the lines short as possible.
