Big Lots finally got their supply of Lifesavers creme Savers in. Supposedly theyre going to be the only store to have them for a while.

Super clean. Newly remodeled. Cashier was great. Very friendly

I was impressed I havent been to Big Lots in years and this one is very nice, good selections, it had a lot to offer.Food, Furniture, whatever you needed it was there again very impressed with this location!It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Some things were in different places that I didnt expect them to be such as coffee filters were not on the shelf with the coffee, but otherwise, I really liked it!

Alot of variety. Prices are reasonable. I came out happy with a beautiful gazebo...

Not happy with big lots. when we were in writing. inline was were 4 people. aHead of us. a white lady behind us.the lady. the white lady at the cash. register. ask the white lady behind us to come in the front of the line. out of 4 black people. in one spanish. person Had Been waiting. in line a long time. before her.the white lady behind the cash register was wrong.what she should of done was call a manger. to help find the white lady her forgot stuff that she did not have early. if that was the case.

I went in looking for a living room set and found the perfect one. We had to drive to another location to pick up one of the pieces but other then that this location was good.

My all time favorite store to buy and stock up on my household needs. Great customer service from the employees as well.

Mom and I were disappointed in our shopping trip yesterday. The store had a few items on sale but a lot of their items are more expensive than Walmart. It wasnt that clean either and their Easter selection was pitiful. The Manager was very nice and helpful though.

This is a very old store and it shows it. It is in dire need of a total remodel. Merchandise was stocked and displayed fine, employees were helpful, store was dirty, fixtures are old, floor needs a complete stripping and re-waxing. Restroom was dirty, but stocked well. This one has a furniture section, but it is of course of the low end.

I just recently started going back to Big lots here in humble and I enjoy it I didnt not know they sold furniture at this location and Im like wow this is so cool I can actually buy I love seat or couch or both at a reasonable price and have it delivered how cool is that oh and by the way to cashiers are wonderful there

Little variety and sometimes the price is a little high. But sometimes they have what others dont.

I like this location. Always stocked with a variety of items from food to furniture and everything in between. Only semi downside - the company should invest in updating the entrance of the store. That wont keep me from shopping here though.

They were the only store I found the mini loaf dish for regular price 5.00. But they were .99 so I got 5 sets at 2.00 and some change. Happy custmer.

Big Lots is Big Lots of course. I think your Big Lots Experience (TM) is very dependant on the specific Big Lots you visit. This one is pretty new, clean, and organized. Which I cant stand. I love the tinyish, jam packed, absolute chaos Big Lots...*thats* where you will find those special treasures! I think those are where the creators of Stranger Things must have got their 80s props-obviously from a forgotten Big Lots in the mid-west!

No stars! I will never go to another Big lots as long as I live and you can thank the store in Humble Texas on 1st street! Lousy service empty shelves and long check out lines with 2 registers open and employees on the phone and talking to each other instead of waiting on customers. I walked out as well as several others.

Nice merchandise at fair prices. Inventory count accuracy in the branches (furniture in stock) sucks. Computer count versus hand count seems consistently off. Tried at several branches for a couch where computer showed it in stock but clerk couldnt find it. Almost cost them a big sale.

They need to have more than one worker waiting over 30 mins for customer service is not acceptable. And if you out of a product and cant order anymore why cant you buy the display.

Great layout. A lot of cute stuff. Only gave 4 starts because they didn’t have what I originally came for. If you’re looking for those adapters for the end of your cord (they make animal themed ones) so you don’t bend your cord, Big lots doesn’t have them :(

Big store with lots of mostly inexpensive items. Some of their bigger items are a real deal. They even have a nice selection of bedroom and dineing furniture.

The wait for someone to help you in the furniture department was entirely too long. Nearly 35 minutes and it wasnt busy at all.

The prices are always great. Sometimes its not the cleanest store but with such high amounts of people that it gets I guess I understand. I bought a bed last night & the customer service was nice. The girl who helped me was great. The bed was really heavy & she put it in the car all by herself. That alone deserves 5 stars.

There are great savings when you shop and save money

I purchased a love seat from this location and scheduled a future pickup. When I arrived to pick up the furniture, the associate Austin who created my order and told me the future pickup option was possible was not available. Big Lots carelessly resold the item, an item that was paid in full might I add. I scheduled movers for a small amount of time and had to pay for an extra hour due to playing the waiting game while associates “looked” for the love seat. Then we discovered the love seat had been sold twice. To make matters worse, the nonchalant employee working in the department offered me two very passive aggressive options. I could “just get a refund” or pick up the furniture from another store that is 14 miles away. I Called corporate and I have yet to receive a phone call to reconcile this situation. If I could give negative stars to this business and location I would!

While I was in the check out line a employee let me know that the line should be going down a different way, I replied that I was just behind the person in front of me, than he got rude and told me that the dots on the floor were for us to follow because of social distancing. Well for one, there were a lot of employees so there should have more than 1 open register open, and you can learn to talk to people with out being rude, I will take my money and spend it else where

When looking for a deal my first consideration is Big Lots especially the one located in Humble Texas. The store is usually very busy and the staff friendly and courteous. They offer many specials and on occasion are willing to offer additional discounts if warranted.

Big Lots used to be known for catering to those on a budget, but it seems they have since left that behind. It has now become a storefront filled with low quality products sold at mid-high quality merchandise prices. The one plus is that you can find unique items such as wall art and garden adornments for reasonable amounts.

Big Lots has a lot of good deals on home furnishings and decor, patio and exterior accessories, towels, etc. The materials dont do well under abuse or extensive use though. The store is generally well kept and theres typically some sort of sale going on.

Good place to look for house essentials and snacks. They sell simple/seasonal home decorations and furniture sets. If its packed, cashier lines are long as they only have 2, but it gives you time to look around.

This place is some pretty cool stuff. Their Furniture selections really good. Their kitchen stuff is even better.

Customer service for one here is an I don’t care if you buy or not attitude. I guess you dealing with Walmart type employees at big lots. Second, I bought a couch and needed it delivered but they do not have delivery. They instead recommended a third party company called PICKUP.. I scheduled for the next day and they gave me a 3-5pm delivery time. Next day they called and ask me if I can help them move the couch right at 3pm( after paying these yahoos 122 bucks for two people) that they only had one guy. Are you kidding me? Then 6pm come by and I call Pickup good guys (that’s what they call themselves) and they said they can’t deliver it so I cancelled with them. I called Big lots to ask if they knew of any other company and his attitude was nope that’s the company we recommend. Not good customer skills should I say. I guess when you buy furniture here better have a truck.

Employees at this Big Lots were very friendly and greeted us properly. The selection here is good and the furniture side of this location is quite large. I found many sofa options here compared to other Big Lots. The same can be said for the garden / exterior area.

So ghetto!! The cashier was telling us how she didnt want to be there, and how they dont pay her enough.

This particular Big Lots is a lot more organized than it used to be. There are still other locations that have a ton of more items than they do. At least this store has cleaned up the messy, junky shelves.

Restroom has one stall without a stall door. Glad you can lock the actual front door. The restroom was extremely filthy! Floors were so filthy. It needs to be scrubbed. No toilet paper was in the restroom. People were using that brown paper you use to dry your hands. Ew!I noticed alot of items without a price tag on it nor were price tags on the shelves. Because there were no tags I chose not to buy 3 or 4 items.The store does have decent prices (when they are on the product). I walked in thinking I was going to browse the store but wound up spending $90.

It was good, there was a lot of customers because of the 20% off sale. The sale associates were really helpful when I required assistance.
