Most dollar discount stores have raised their prices to $1.49. At Dollar Tree, most items are still $1.00.They have a good selection of products, but merchandise presentation needs improvement. I stopped in this store on a Sunday evening. There were long lines with only two cashiers.

There were a lot of bare shelves in the school supply area. I needed water guns and they were stocked up.Decent sized line, but went quickly. Another employee noticed and jumped on.

10 people in line when I arrived. 14 people lined up when I had to check out. Every time I go to this location, the line is so long.The cashier (badge read ADRIAN) was the only one ringing up customers. After calling for help a lady finally came out of the little office to help.Customer service is important. This location needs to schedule backup employees that want to work. Today, Adrian kept his cool and was very polite. He was doing the best he could and Dollar tree needs more employees like him.You do the best you can and thats it dont stress. If this were a rating on Adrian it would be 5 STARS 🌟 but its not, its a rating on Dollar Tree.This location needs to hire more employees and quit putting so much pressure on the good ones.

The shelves are always almost empty. Doesnt matter when you go they always seem not to be stocked with much.

This location is decently sized. It has a good assortment of items and is usually clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and keep the register lines moving. Their seasonal section in the front is big and convenient if you are just the for holiday items. A dollar is a great deal for most of the items they carry.

This was probably the worst dollar tree I’ve ever been to. Rude employees, and the whole store was a disaster and “closed aisles”Corporate needs to get in and check this out.Definitely won’t be returning here.

I have never had a bad experience myself but I have witnessed some pretty poor customer service directed towards others. The employees lack professionalism. Sloppy uniform and demeanor. I was in line a few weeks ago and the cashier answered the phone, told the person who called she would go check to see if a certain item was available.. waited on the next customer then picked the phone back up to say they did not have what she was looking for. I was glad it wasnt me on the phone being lied to. I honestly would not call a dollar store to check inventory of an item... but maybe it was someone handicap?

It was good I am just getting a little tired of the low on coins. Please its just another way of saying we dont want cash we just want you to use your card.

The store is almost enty, i think isnt more DOLLAR store, today i seem many thing at 5$ price.

Great store great customer service

Neat store nice selection of stocked items not just empty shelves and unstocked boxes like most locations

The cashier was on her cell phone during my entire visit. She was supposed to be filling balloons. I wanted 20, but stopped at about 14, because while I was trying to help her by gathering some balloons that were already filled near the register, she stop filling the balloons and waited on several other guests. Which made my checkout time triple what it should have been. I will not help the next time.

They have a good selection of things. Masks are required to enter the store. They also sell masks for $1.I always go to Dollar Tree for Birthday cards and gift bags.

THIS LOCATION IS SO UNORGANIZED AND GHETTO. THE SHELFS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY OR NEVER IN STOCK.

Dollar Tree is a bit or miss...its one of those things where you HAVE TO get there at the right time to find the Gem but for your basic every day needs it works! The cashier he was nice and the store was in order.

The cashier answered her phone while ringing up customers. One customer asked for another bag cause hers was about to rip and she just threw it at her and answered her cell phone. When I went to pay she got my bag and threw it towards me on the counter. That was not necessary..

Busy, busy, but I was able to find the things I went for. Clean and organized, with helpful customer service.

Walked in and the first thing I noticed was an employee restocking WITHOUT A MASK ON! This is unacceptable! Im promptly left..and will be reporting this business and the employee.

Came in today to grab a few things. A woman came up to me and told me I couldnt be in the store without a mask I asked were they handing any out she told me no walked off with her hands in the air. I had a basket so I wanted to return the items to the shelves before I left the store. I over heard the employee saying she about to fight if they dont leave the store. I was with my 8 year old son the language she was using was horrible. I notice the employee kicked other customers out as well. The sign was not there when I entered the store the employee just started her shift and I suspect she taped it to the door while I was inside. I know its a sensitive time I was social distancing and so was other customers. But the rudeness was unacceptable.

Lately I have been getting a nicer bang for my buck.

I don’t come here much because it ever fails likes are always so long ... one cashier always open only and Manager sees it does nothing about it.

Came to this side of town because its nicer. This store is trashed. On the toy isle with my son, hes playing with the toys, WITH me. Employee comes and tells me my son cant play with the toys because theyre trying to get it together. Im with him, engaged with him, trying to pick out a toy to keep him occupied so I can shop. She says he cant play with the toys, so I dropped everything and walked out. Need more than 2 employees to get it together here.

Great place to find unique containers, some groceries, kids toys, and many more for $1 each.

They are loud and don’t respect customers, they don’t know how to talk to customers in a professional tone. The store is nasty and I heard one of the associates that said this store is the ghetto and she is so right. Shop at another store if you can this is a poor example of leadership. If they can get new managers maybe I will come back. This company need to re-evaluate your managers and associates. It really doesn’t deserve a 1 Star.

If you ask an employee and manager a question the manner in which they reply is less than satisfactory.

This location does not care about customer service and in order to make them we have to stop going to this location. Plus I believe one of the cashiers will still your money if you dont say anything. Ill call back to notify the manager I didnt receive my change of 10$ and they replied cant help you cause its your word over theres

Nice employees and clean store

Dollar Tree Stores are what I call, convenient but without the price! They carry assorted greeting cards, party items like table ware (plates, napkins, forks, spoons)in coordinated colors. From books to kitchen ware, gadgets, food and decorations without a expensive budget.

The low rating is because they ran out of shopping bags. How do you not check your inventory? I had to purchase a large birthday bag to carry my items out. The young girl at the counter just looked at my irems. I had to tell her to put the items in the birthday bag. I came to the counter with everything in it.

Store says they open at 9 but employees open doors at 10 for their personal convenience. When I asked why lady told me because 9 is too early. I threatened to call corporate and she stated “tell them I said hi”

Very bad customer service. Went to try and get birthday balloons, but the lady blowing them up was too focused on Valentines ones. I asked about one and she said they were out of stock. I was trying to ask about a different one and just says the ones I have are blown up. But how can I see if they are all squished together. When I went with the cashier and told her I was looking for 2 but one was out of stock, the lady blowing them up says I told her we are out of that one cant she understand? When she didnt tell me which ones she had. She needs to learn to listen.

Cleanest and the most organized Ive ever seen a Dollar Tree. Good job ladies. They were out of a few items that I wanted or it would have been 5 stars.

Nicole that works day shift has the worst customer service. She asks Customers rudely to remove items from the hand held baskets and if u dont, she will tip over the basket and bang your items around while rolling her eyes. I understand people have bad days, but this is every time I go in .

Nicole, the manager is amazing! We order 30 balloons every week and she is always helpful, always on time and with a great attitude. I tried other stores and nothing came even close to the service.

Store appeared picked over. Maybe because it was a Monday? They had one or two things I was looking for. Definitely had to hunt around to find them.

Best stocked Dollar Tree Ive been to. Im just in awe that poorer neighborhood Dollar Trees are not stocked as the new and up coming neighborhoods. Its a shame that stores pick and choose what they are sending where.

Obviously everything here is cheap something you might not need but still is going to be worth it you can find something that cost way more but here is cheaper way cheaper actually just sometime but still they change their inventory by seasons so it’s just not a store for random thing you can decorate your house

The customer service leads much to be desired. If you are not happy were you are then take the steps to change your circumstances but dont take it out on the customers.

I called the store just now to ask if they had had a particular balloon that I was looking for. I gave the actual balloon number and was told by ANDREA that I needed to come to the store to see if they had it. WOW!!! I was at another store 30 minutes away that didnt have it but was willing to make the drive if this store did. ...well thanks to ANDREA I will not be patroning the WILSON RD store again. Ive been there many times but this was absolutely poor and unacceptable customer service. Simply rude and unwilling to help. Even if it was to say try back later. :(

Went in to get just a few things and ended up having a nice conversation with the cashier. Easy to find what I needed and of the course the price was right.
