Michelle at the Humble/Houston location was awesome. I have been considering purchasing patio furniture online and decided I needed to see what it looked like before I spent my money. She explained to me the pros and cons of the different types of patio sets. I told her I would be back over the weekend and bring my husband with me. Not only did she remember my name when I came back on Friday, but she remembered what I told her my husbands name. My husband Jimmy and I purchased a high quality set and several extra pieces from Chair King. We have always been pleased with their quality and durability. And they look just beautiful!!! I cannot rave on Chair King and Curtis enough! I walked in with a general idea of what I was looking to do and he went above and beyond my expectations; to say they were met is an understatement. Curtis was beyond helpful, he is also patient, very knowledgeable, and overall an amazing person to work with. From showing me different sets that would fit the description of what I was looking for, to getting a tape measure to make sure it would fit nicely in the space I had, along with setting up the pieces to be delivered in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend Chair King in Humble enough along with getting to work with Curtis. Told her what I was looking for (7 piece patio dining set), she gave me a quote (out the door and delivered) within 5 minutes, great price, in and out in 20 minutes. Ordered high end teak patio furniture in May. It’s was delivered in July. Still waiting for the cushions to be delivered! We finally went to another store to get cushions so that we could enjoy our furniture.

I went to the store in the woodlands. The manager Geoff, was rude and couldn’t careless about the customers. He caused the salesman a sale,I then drove a little further to Humble. We ordered 4 regular chairs, 2 loungers, 2 tables from Chair King Humble TX last year in March. Four months ago, two of the chairs are completely falling apart and I contacted the Humble store for warranty exchange. While I have reached out several times, I have gotten only limited information. But every time, I have had to reach out to them to get answers. Still dont have the new chairs and still dont know when they are coming. Not a great experience at all.

The Manager Curtis Henderson at the Humble store was the sweetest sales associate I’ve ever met. That says something because I worked in sales. I wouldn’t waste my time any where else If it came down to getting more furniture down the road. Not only did he treat us with respect, help us with a good price, but he kept his estimate and did NOT back out. We went to a couple other chair kings and regret waisting our time. The Conroe store had a very sweet sales associate but had a rude manager that cost the sales associate 2 sales. Mr. Curtis took his time to measure out the area that was the exact measurement of our front porch and moved the furniture to give us an idea of what it will look like. NOT TO MENTION HE WALKED US OUT AND OPENED OUR DOORS AND CLOSES THEM ONCE WE GOT IN AND SAID HI TO MY SON. Thank you so much Mr.Curtis we are recommending you to our family and friends.

Salesperson was very helpful and patient so give highest praise for personal service. The product was of fairly good quality but there were problems with the parts and instructions were ambiguous as the bolts were not long enough to fit all the plates and washers that was instructed to use so had to eliminate one of the spring washers. Will report further if this causes any problems.

This place has a huge assortment outdoor furniture. The prices are a bit steep. With that being said, my wife and I were able to find furniture we agreed with. Thats says something as it normally takes us forever to find furniture we can agree with. So, that scores a 5 star rating in my book. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This place is well worth the visit.

This is a good place to come to see patio furniture and get ideas. All the stuff seems well made and does not look like it will only last one season, you will not find big lots stuff here. Make sure you shop around also and dont buy right away. Furniture stores people can be very pushy and down right rude but the sales person did not stress us. Offered to point us in the right direction and answered some questions. She came back after a bit but was not pushy, we will certainly visit this place again!
