Great customer service, dropped of a package didnt know what label to use since my printer printed two different ones... they taped the correct one on for me (I was making a return) Super friendly and helpful most importantly I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Have not always had the same experience in other locations.. I definitely recommend this location.

Thank you Sam for being so patient with me and my hundreds of questions. I’ve always been skeptical about shipping things and having to pay a big fee just to make sure items don’t get “lost”. You made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. Next time I have to ship another package I’ll definitely come back to this location.

This location should be shut down. They consistently leave me on hold and never come back to the phone. I call with another number and they pick up with ease. No apologies.Shipped a large item out with insurance and they held it for a week and it arrived 10 days after the scheduled arrival date. They forgot to ship it and made up 10 different excuses as to why.They are clueless here. Have no idea what customer service is, yet are in customer service.

There were two guy in store one was on his phone. No help. I see why there a help wanted sign in window. I know young people are computer savvy but Im in my late 50 Im not. I kept asking questions on how to print label. I would think one of them would have help. So I just left. SAD

I appreciate the store being open today. I drove over here to see if they would open since Google was saying yesterday they were close June 13-20. I see that Google has been updated and I appreciate that. While going into the store today the young lady on the register got an attitude with because they store hours says when they will be in operations on Sundays and it wasn’t ! If the paper on the door says your hours vary day by day can you tell your consumers these hours. I didn’t have anything bad to say until yesterday and again today! Now you need to bring back the worker with the curly hair so he can train those in the store now on providing great customer service! By the way this is a printing store you should have a better notice on the door and updated stores on the door as well. I’m sure if I contact UPS Headquarters they would agree with me.

Elyza provided GREAT service! She packaged and shipped 2 large commercial pieces of equipment for us and got it out the door in a timely manner. Her communications via phone and email to me were prompt and helped us get this critical equipment sent to our job site. Very happy with the service--especially since were in a different state. Print out your own UPS label in advance or while in the store and never let them create one for you because they may charge you $40 for the service. They are most definitely in the business of ripping off customers and then blatantly lying about it when approached.Let me explain.I brought in a pre-packaged, pre-measured and well taped box for weighing, labeling and shipping, since weighing a large box on my home scale wasnt practical or possible.The staff member informs me that the shipping cost is $121.49 and asks me to verify that the address is correct and pay. Once home, I examine the receipt and see that the shipping cost was only $86.97 and there were an addl handling fee of $34.30 and processing fee of $0.22.Naturally, I call the store and ask for an explanation of what that fee is and why I wasn’t notified. The explanation was unsatisfactory, so I ask to speak with the manager. The manager wasnt in and I was provided with the managers email address.The manage and I have an exchange of emails where the manager (self-identified as Murtaza) attempts to tell be that they operate transparently, the charges are set by UPS not his store, and I was notified of fees. There was NO APOLOGY!1st email he says: The additional handling fees are accessed if your shipment is 50lbs or greater or the dimensions are above average. We do not breakdown all the fees for the customers but we do tell you the Total amount when you sign the PSO when checking out.2nd email he says: All the fees are by UPS. This store does not dictate what fees you get charged on the shipment regardless of where you print that label. Everything we do at this store is very transparent. All the fees and total amount is/were presented to you before you checkout.Youll notice he claims at first they do not provide a breakdown of fees and then changes his story and claims I was informed of all the fees.So still feeling ripped-off 2 weeks later I decided to check out what it would have cost me directly with UPS.com. A quick comparison of the UPS.com invoice and the UPS Store receipt below shows I was ripped-off even more than I originally thought.My final email to the manager is as follows:Upon checking what it would have cost shipping directly with UPS.com, it looks like you are a liar and a thief. Based on the attached screen shot from the UPS website, your store not only added $6 to the shipping charge, you also added a whopping $34.52 in outrageous and unearned fees.Facts don’t lie! But you certainly do! Any business that charges a $40 service fee for creating, printing and applying a label is most definitely in the business of ripping off customers. You could learn a lesson about conducting business with transparency from UPS.com.Youve been warned!

First time I’ve gone to a ups store without having any problems!! For one, the store was very organized. I was a bit worried when I first got there because I went in on a somewhat busy day, but the two working behind the counter had things moving pretty quickly. Brandon was more than helpful! I asked too many questions to count and he answered all of them with no problem. Him and Ruby were both very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service. Definitely making this location my go to!

Went here about a week and a half ago. The girl behind the counter wasn’t extremely helpful. There was a line to the door. I get shipping places get crowded but I was expected to hold a 50# box for 15-20 minutes while waiting. Get the package up there, get some of my questions answered but felt rushed because there was a line of people behind me. Felt good about shipping this $1500 sewing machine. Purchased insurance and shipping rate. Spent $100 just to ship this box.For it to end up to place RUINED. I will be calling to open a damage claim and hope I can get my money back. And I hope that this store realizes that whoever worked that day could have been a little more helpful in making sure my package was taken care of and hopefully this time I can get someone that’s willing to help me since my machine arrived in non working condition

June 11th 2020 at 1:30pm. Terrible UPS store. They are not helpful at all. I had two packages that I needed to ship to our warehouse on my UPS account and they told me they are out of waybills and I would need to pay out of pocket. They also didn’t have any proper packaging supplies to ship my products. Ridiculous service.

I’ve come here several times to check my mail.. every time I come the store is closed during normal business hours l. Today I come just to find out they close for an entire week. I believe we as consumers should be notified when the store is closing. This is totally unacceptable and at this point, you can still be blaming your scheduling and manpower situation on COVID! With the unemployment rate the way that it is you can find someone to run your store. I need the franchise owner to know this is horrible and I will not be doing business hereafter this term ends. The door says open in Sunday 11:00 am -4:00pm I go on Googls it says the store is close June 13th -June 19th as a business owner who have packages delivered here to my mailbox this is extremely inconvenient to me! Im highly upset and very disappointed!

This shop is right down the street from me. I go in about once every week to ship something and the owner is the sweetest lady. She even let me leave business cards on the front desk to drum up some customers. Every time I walk in she greets me with a smile and asks me how Im doing. I do a lot of eBay selling so she also listens to me selling stores, when she doesnt even have to. I love this shop and Ill continue to return!

Ups carriers are extremely careless on how they handle packages! I sent a brand new powerwheels truck in a new box and it was sent with a eta of 5-6 days. 10 days later my receiver contacted ups and they told him it was damaged and returned. I went to go view the package and it has been ripped open at the corner big enough to put a football inside. As well as black drag marks and scrapes on every side. It shows the carelessness goes into the handling of your valuable.

I’ve been waiting for my investigation to complete for more than two months and y’all give me the run around for the past two months.Your store hasn’t helped with this process at all. None of the workers ever help, all they tell me is to wait 5-10 business days.I’m very unhappy with the way y’all have handle things.

Great speedy service. I was visiting my cousin and decided to stay a little longer in Houston. I had to send my Moms birthday present and I needed it there in two days or less. Luckily Brandon was there to help me and explain what needed to be done. he also helped me save some money, which is always a plus in my book!

The ladies in here were super nice and helpful! Although the price was similar to USPS priority unless you need a package sent 1 or 2 day. Over $100 for 1 day shipping and 2 day was over $70 where I would otherwise have paid 18.00 for.

I had to mail a print on metal, to Arkansas. The associate directed me to their bubble mailers, and was efficient at processing the shipment. He was very dead behind the eyes, but what do you expect out of a guy that has to answer 500 stupid questions a day? Id recommend this shop.Cheers,AX

She was polite and was patient on trying to figure out whether I should pay for expedited shipping. Takes packages and breaks them! Sent a package at this ups!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come here! They broke a canvas that I spent time painting. They took the package and Didn’t say anything about the packaging. I have packed numerous times. So you took it anyway and didn’t say a word. When I came back to ship another package they said something about the second package not packed correctly. So why didn’t you say anything about the first one shipped 10mins before. They already took the one they broke and didnt say one word. One day shipment gets damage ok. What about insurance. I am totally sure the ups man broke my painting on purpose to prove a point. Come here if you want to waste money. Please along reviews to add pictures. No one offer to pack it! And my package was already shipped without anyone saying anything. Get outta here 🙄

This location is not helpful at all. My package was lost/stolen and they are refusing to help. They keep giving me the run around and telling me theres only 1 person who can do the investigation. It has been over a month and no answers yet. Very disappointed. Going to report to BBB within the week if I dont receive answers.

I received a email saying my package had arrived at the location I picked so I could pick up my package. I called the store and the manager name Victoria worst customer service ever picked up the phone was automatically being rude acting as if I was bothering her when I was just trying to check on the status of my package to see if it had arrived, so I asked If I could speak with a manager because her nasty attitude was unnecessary she began to cut me off by being very rude ONCE AGAIN telling me she is the manager! I couldnt believe I was talking to a manager, she was not being helpful at all she just kept telling my package wasnt there and call back another day! I had to call customer service just to see what was going on with my package and the lady was very helpful I spoke with in customer service and she explained everything to me but she also told me the MANAGER I spoke with could have explain this to me and instead of me calling customer service and waiting for 40 minutes to speak with someone! If Victoria is an actual manager at this UPS store location she either needs to be demoted or she needs more training on her job title, She works in the field of helping people and she was not helpful at all VERY RUDE!

The owner was extremely rude and talked to me disrespectful. I had a package shipped to the location from a family member in another state. When picking up my package I was told by the owner there would be a $5.00 pick up fee. I or the sender waa never informed of any picking up fee. The owner told me it was for liability purposes. Also, the person who sent the package shouldve been told that and its not his problem that we didnt know. When I questioned why I have a fee, the owner answered me in a very rude condescending. So I gotten upset and used a few choice words and he proceeded to call the police on me. I even let him speak to the sender and he gotten rude with her. He stated we were making a big deal out of just $5.00; and were we going to pay it or what? He tried to make me apologize to him and I refused. I told him that I would be back tomorrow and pay it because I didnt have it on me. He told me No, if I left the store he was going to ship my package back to the sender because he didnt want to deal with me. The package was just sent to the store today. I told him, not send my package back, its Christmas and I want my package. I told him, I dont have the money, you cant make me have the money to pay you. My sender spend a lot of money to send my package. Its not fair. So my sender had to pay for me to receive my package because he wouldnt allow me to come back tomorrow when I could to pick and pay for my package. I had never been treated with such disrespect. This man is the owner and shouldnt be allowed to interact with people. I WILL NEVER GO BACK..

After having problems with UPS already this week (separate from this store) I went in to pick up my package. The girl working took my ID, went back to check, and came back out shortly after saying my package wasnt there. I had JUST spoken to UPS on the phone the previous day and they told me that yes, my package was there. I had the girl look up and double check in the system using my tracking number and she told me once again, no its not here I dont know where it is. I left, VERY upset considering my package was supposed to be delivered to me Friday 3/11 and it is now Saturday 3/19. The girl at the counter told me sorry not my problem, not my fault,nothing I can do and it was very clear that she had no intention of even attempting to help find my package. I left and went to work.. No more than 5 minutes after leaving I get a phone call oops sorry found your package. Come back and get it. We close at 3. You magically found it 5 minutes after I left?!? CLEARLY you did not check the first time!! Terrible service on top of UPS having terrible service as well. I will be sure to use another shipping company in the future.

Updated - The owner of this store as well as his employee Victoria are rude and refused to listen to the shipping institutions for sending broken AT&T equipment back. The owner was more rude than his employee! Will never go back to this UPS Store!If you call me taking my AT&T equipment and having to go to a different UPS store then yes we worked it out. NO we did not work it out you are so rude that 8 months later when I noticed your reply Im still as pissed as I was when I walked out of your store!
