Always a horrible experience in this place bad customer service takes forever to get something done you can never find anybody at the counter it takes four people to do an oil change

Was told it would take an hour and a half for them to put 2 tires on a rim. They got our phone number so they could call when ready. We waited an hour an a half for them to tell us they couldnt do it. That is ridiculous and unprofessional at its finest! They knew when we dropped them off. At the very least they could have called the moment they realized they couldnt! I will be telling everyone I know to do business else where! This place is a joke! Ill make sure I go else where from no own!

Oil was not enough put in

The pit crew is a great price but when we dropped off at 8 30 am on Saturday and it wasnt done 4 hours later with 2 people ahead of us. I will pay more and go to king tire from now on ....unacceptable. !!!

I am pretty sure they hate thier jobs and hate customers.

Oil change will take 2 hours or more. Person at service counter hasnt a clue whats going on. Brownsville tn location is better

The service guy that was stocking the selves was very knowledgeable. Pointed out to me that the whiter lamps had lower life and where quite a bit more costly.

Great service. But it just takes them too long. They are always short-staffed.

I went to get an oil change at 8:15 am. I left at 11:00. Only two workers till 10:00. Car was not vacuumed and I got the Standard Oil Change.

I have done a lot of buisness here over the last 9 years, Calvin is great but always understaffed and you can get there 2 hours before closing and they cant get to you.

Fixing to go out of town so I asked my wife to bring our trailer here to get the tires replaced before we leave out of state since I am at work and unable to. The mechanics (if you want to call them that) told her they WOULD NOT replace one tire because a stud was missing. So she had to take the tire off herself in their parking lot, on this extremely hot day just to get the tire replaced. Thats not how to treat a customer or a woman. Never again

Agonizing... After calling and sitting on hold for 48 min only to have the line disconnect... Twice... I went in person.15 people in line, 1 employee. A manager walked back there, looked at the crowd and turned around and left. Took me almost 4 hrs to get a tire put on.

They do a great job

Be ready to wait for a while. They are usually understaffed.
