The service at this store was amazing. I am a pretty new car owner and the advice the assistant manager Nathan gave me on my visit taught me things about my car that I didnt know. I had to buy new lug nuts for my wheels as well as new wiper blades and the experience was super helpful and easy for me. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else for my car.

Great place. Awsome employees. Only problem is google maps cant find this place. Google maps takes you to a dead end. Please Google. Fix this.

Absolutely more than impressed by the service and the hospitality from this store. Had some friends down from 12 hours away to visit and when we were taking our friends to explore my caliper decided to lock up on the way to Charlotte. Luckily they had the part and were kind enough to loan a few tools i needed to change it amd continue in our way. Thanks again Napa, from one Napa guy to another!

Way toooo sloooow!Went there during lunch to get anti-freeze. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, three people behind the counter. Meanwhile, Googled another parts store.Went to OReillys one person behind the counter and ask can he help as I walked in. Got my anti-freeze and back to work in time.

Helpful but slow. Had 8/9 things i needed, all but the a/c valve tool. Rarely busy, but still a bit sluggish service.

Steve and the guys at this NAPA store are the best parts guys in the business. I buy quality NAPA parts for myself and my customers at Browning Automotive. This is the place that will get you what you need and help you out.
