Publix is always a cut above the rest in quality, customer service and layout. We recently used their catoring menu for our baby shower and were blown away by how amazing all the food was. Love shopping here!

Great shopping experience. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. They usually have one cashier and 1 bagger at each station, and they have some of the fastest people in the South!They even offer to take my shopping cart out to my car every time I am there!I usually decline their offer, but it is nice to be asked.

The food can be very good but the store at times messes up pre-orders. Instead of fixing it they just say that’s how it is. We are not the type to get angry at the worker so we just deal, but it’s disappointing and in all honesty you can’t trust them to get it right for a special occasion.

I am waiting here and couldn’t stop myself to Rate them, I wanted cupcakes for my manager that she loves from Publix’s and this time they didn’t had too many options of colorful cupcakes when I mentioned to the bakery person working on counter, the lady not only helped me pick from big batch but the other lady I think her name is Angela who was baking and decorating cupcakes came up and said instead of that I will make it from the batch she was working on and asked my preference.I always loved Publix and it starts my day better as each one there has amazing customer service, they greet you and help you above and beyond.Thank you

Ordered a cake for a surprise 60th birthday. The bakery did a fantastic job and the cake was delicious. Jennifer guided me in adding 2 more layers to the 10 cake which gave it the more trendy look without the price increasing very much ($10.00). Ordered a white cake with alternating filling layers of lemon & raspberry.

The deli is fresh. I am going to try to come more often. Customer Service is great. I am proud of Nick the way he assisted me with a cake issue. Publix is a great place to shop.Ms. Crippen

My preferred store - near the height of COVID, they had organized aisles for one-way traffic, have people sanitizing carts, and pinging reminders to stay safe. Meanwhile across the street, Harris Teeter was sending out notices that they wouldnt comply with the mask mandate.Nice selection of stuff, a little on the pricier side but about even with HT with a lower chance of some dingbat sneezing all over you.

My son went in for the job fair. I was very unhappy with the greeting we received. I hate when people dont have great customer service to everyone that comes in this place. Its always a look that we get. I make more money than anybody in that store, and its sad that they look at others like we dont. Trying not to look at like its a black and white situation, but it still exists. Sad!!! Will not return to this store....

Clean and busy with all the Publix standard stuff. Found the pricing to be high on most of our households pantry staples. If I have to watch the sales to keep my grocery budget under control, I still prefer Teeter, overall a much selection of products throughout the store.

This is a very nice store that is extremely clean, the staff is courteous and they make you feel like an important customer. I always try to go to this store.

This supermarket is always well stocked. This is the only store Ive been to during this covid pandemic that is consistent with its cleaning of every cart. The employees are always pleasant and available throughout the store if you need help finding things.

My daughter and I visited this location yesterday evening and was highly disappointed. To begin, I was highly offended by Jerry in the meat department. In attempts to resolve this issue I went to the Customer Service Desk and requested to speak to a manager. The very pleasant guy at the desk requested a manager come speak to me. When the manager (Ray) arrived, I explained to him my issue/concern and lacked every bit of customer service like Jerry. He was very nonchalant, dismissive and stood there looking at me as if to say. I dont care anything about what you are saying. So I said to him, I am your customer and your standing her looking at me like its not your problem. His reply, yeah okay whatever. This was the manager! Unacceptable! I will be submitting a complaint with your Corporate Office.

Never disappointed and the Deli and bakery are a must try.

Nice and clean store with a good selection

I absolutely love Publix groceries and the culture of their stores. Ive been to several Publix stores in different states and the customer service remains stellar! Even during the pandemic, they have exceeded my expectations. They always clean the self check out stations and carts before the next customer uses it. I never have to ask are those carts clean, because they are standing there waiting to greet you and hand you a freshly sanitized cart. Publix is the only store I feel safe shopping in without having to wonder.

They have the best cupcakes 🧁 in town.

I dont normally shop at Publix but was in the area so I went in and checked it out. I ended up getting some sweet treats which were yummy. The store is clean and well-organized. I love that you can shop there without needing a membership card to avail of items with sale prices. A great grocery option, and prices are comparable too.

Top-notch customer service! My wife has always talked about how great the shopping experience is here, but tonight was one of the highlights. Long story short, there was a minor miscommunication about a birthday cake. Portia noticed me as I arrived at the bakery counter after bakery hours and stopped what she was doing to see what I needed. When she couldn’t address it herself she brought in Storm from customer service who offered different options to make it right, and he ultimately also brought in Alexa from customer service. There were literally three people putting on gloves and hairnets and heading into the bakery to help with a relatively minor issue (that wasn’t their problem and wasn’t anything I’d even asked for special attention on) until everything was resolved. Stuff like this makes shopping here a no-brainer.

Clean store great service

Expensive for the service/product they provide. The watermelon slices were old and the roasted chicken dry and tasteless (even the skin). The self-checkout computers have a bug where you remove the card when it asks you for it the first time. It cancels your order and you have to start all over again. You have to omit the first remove your card msg and wait until the transaction completes and remove it after the 2nd remove your card msg. For some people it might be very confusing at first. I brought this up management several times but the problem persists and they act like they dont care less about it.

Why dont you offer bread pudding anymore.???

Everyone is always super nice. Associates always speak and ask how youre doing. Such a different environment compared to Walmart. I love Walmart for the prices but Publix has much better customer service, hands down.

I have tried shopping at other supermarkets and I always go back to Publix. For me they earned every single star. When I go in I go straight to the bakery. I enjoy looking and smelling the fresh breads and pastries. I always pick one pastry and one bread to take home. My next favorite area is the produce. Well I can go on and on but i would be amiss if i didnt mention the friendly cashier and the helpful people who help me bag and walk me to the car and put my groceries in and take the shopping cart back for me. Im 73 and a very happy shopper.
