I came in to look at a car I wanted, I had a car to use as a trade in. After they told me my trade in was not worth nearly as much as I hoped, they told me the transmission was going out on it, and the salesman, Chris Peake, REALLY pressured me into still getting the car, since I needed a reliable car. Even though it was way out of my budget. The sales man really made me feel stupid and talked so much i could barely get a word in. I feel i was definitely taken advantage of, and now Im in a car that I cannot afford. I payed more than its worth, and Im already upside down in it. Worst experience Ive ever had.

I love my BMW I purchased from Right 1 Auto the salesperson Shane was very nice and patient ..I did have issues with the car 7 days later a lot of notifications start popping up, I reached out to Right 1 Auto I left several messages the manager they have there name John would not return my phone calls, brake light kept coming on I was told they replaced the brakes the same day I bought the car I wouldn’t buy anything else from them...

My son, my baby boy (23), bought a car from Right1Auto almost two years ago. At first, he noticed problems with the engine of his car. At first, we did not know what would come of it. The warranty company (finally) replaced it. However, I did not come on this site to say that. I visited the dealership a few days and shared my son recently passed away and EVERY person, whether they knew or not, treated me with respect and condolences. That does not happen everywhere.

Overall good experience. I purchased a Lexus GX 460. So far I love it. Unfortunately had some issues with the condition it arrived in. The general manager Mark Cook resolved my concerns. I would buy from this dealership again. If the car had arrive clean I would have given them 5 stars. I searched for months great price!!

Sold my truck to these guys. They were punctual, friendly, and they paid my asking price. Made the selling process as convenient to me as possible, even driving 2 hours to pick the vehicle up. Mark and Chris were my 2 points of contact throughout the sale, and both were as friendly as one could hope for.

At first when I walked in interested in trading my vehicle and purchasing a different one they had on the lot, the salesman and the owner were very friendly and helpful and I felt like I was in good place. The salesman Austin always seemed helpful and very polite to work with until the owner got involved. He was very rude and pushy and argumentative when he didn’t agree with what I was looking for. Then offered money for my trade in but then changed his mind and said it was not a deal. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about customer service and how people should be treated when purchasing a vehicle. Honestly though had a great experience working with Austin…. Disappointed my visit here went this direction and turned for the worst.

Shane was a great help helping me get into my new car! Very nice people to work with. The vehicle information on their website was a little misleading cause it said the vehicle gets 31mpg and the car itself says it averages 17.9mpg. So that kinda disappointed me. But all in all a great place to go for a car!

We were happy with the service and follow up from the people at this dealership, but when we went in to sign paperwork, several employees were not wearing masks and several customers were not either, and were apparently not being asked or required to wear masks inside and sitting at desks across from each other with less than 6 ft between them and no screens or plastic between anyone. What the hell, Keffer?? Are you exempt from the. NC state mask mandate?? Disappointing.If my husband had not already negotiated with them over the phone, we would be leaving and taking our good credit and our business elsewhere.

Absolutely all-positive experience. So why not 5 stars? Lets just say I rarely give them out and leave it where it is. That being said Shane Watson, who was the initial contact, and Nick Humes, who handled the actual sale, were great to work with and made the buying experience seamless and effortless. They couldve moved a little more on selling price (I know what they paid thru Mannheim) but Nick did meet me at what I wouldve settled for in a private so lets call it a near wash. Another thing is they let me take the car home and have my mechanic (Als Auto) give it a onceover and gave me four days to do so. That gave me total peace of mind. In the end if the car youre looking for winds up at Right 1, dont hesitate to call Shane or Nick.

Our experience started off like most car dealer experience, with back and forth negotiations. Once we asked for their best price and showed them that we understood the market and how it works, the experience was great. The staff was friendly and willing to work. Keffer still runs on the old sales model of negotiating best price, but are willing to be transparent. I would have given them more stars if it was not for the 30 minutes of useless back and forth and if they had a better detail shop. I would use them again, just do your homework first.

Buyer beware!!!!! Made appointment to see a Ford F150. Was told truck was in like new condition. Once I arrived truck had straches on both driver and passenger side from front bumber to rear bumper. Appoint was made on Monday to see it on Friday. Trucked was not detailed and in poor condition. Even after I was mislead and drove 3 hours to see the truck they where not willing to negotiate on a price that was obviously to high for a truck in that condition. I would not buy from this dealership and I would never recommend this dealer.!!!!!!

I bought my car here in 2017. Within 6 months of the purchase, I found that when it rained hard, water would soak my floorboards. I took the car back, and the fix was minor. They needed to clean the drains. However, they charged me for it. No other problems.When I paid my car off early, it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me information for my gap insurance. However, the new manager Bill came through.No red flags if you’re considering buying a car, just take the car somewhere else for a complete inspection before purchasing.

Harrison is the best auto salesman I honestly have ever dealt with. I bought a Sonata from him in December and he always made me feel like I valued when I was looking. So when my 20 year old sister in law started looking we went to Harrison. She loved working with him as he spoke to her and didn’t speak down to her like other sales people she had dealt with before coming here. Trust me we won’t be buying from anyone else.

The sales person, Coach Pratt, was great from the beginning of my interest in the vehicle to the sales process. I didnt give it 5 stars as there was no time spent giving me at least an introductory review of the features of the car and when I later learned that there was no manual, it was suggested that I could get it online. BTW, the manual is 610 pages and I prefer to refer to manuals in print.Would I recommend Right1Auto and Coach Pratt? Yes, I would.

Normally theres this morning after feeling of regret after I buy a car because I know I didnt get the best deal or got rushed into compromising on details that were actually important to me, but today I woke up still feeling good about the deal I made with Harrison (sales rep) and John (manager). I bought a 2017 BMW and saved at least 5k by driving from Raleigh to Right 1. I hope you have the same experience!
