I’ve used Edible in the past, and it’s been ok. But this experience was not. I had an order delivered for my brother and sister in law to receive after a monumental moment in their life! This company sent the wrong balloon... They sent “Thank You” instead of “Thinking of You” - quite a difference in meaning and therefore quite a disappointment. How can I trust that a simple order will be correctly followed through with??? When I called to see how they would fix it- they didn’t offer any solution because they were “out of the balloon” they told me and “Yes, we sent the wrong balloon. Sorry” —- it was like they were obviously well aware of that they were doing and didn’t care much for the receiving party or the paying customer. Here’s a solution: You could’ve gone to Dollar General or Party City to get the correct balloon, OR used a more appropriate alternative like a smiley face balloon, after calling the paying customer to see if that’s an acceptable alternative? Both of those options would’ve been better than blatantly sending the wrong ballon.

This is the only location I use for edible arrangements. I have used other locations but this one by far is the best! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offer great suggestions how to personalize each arrangement for every occasion. Hands down, you cant go wrong with this location.

This morning, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a delivery of a Thanksgiving themed basket of goodies and a box of what I thought were cookies. In fact, everything was chocolate covered fruit in unique shapes accompanied by fresh strawberries, grapes, and orange slices. Everything was delicious. I was impressed with the freshness of the fruit and quality of the chocolate. I appreciated the use of kale as a bed instead of some sort of foam to hold everything in position.A big shoutout to Eric Stroup and his family for arranging this truly wonderful gift.

The staff at this location are stellar individuals!I needed an arrangement to go out to a friend immediately and they delivered it within record time! O have friend who is going through a tough spot and the staff heeded the call! I ran in to get a treat for my book club and was greeted by one of the owners, Helena. She gave me a couple of free samples and told me come back and visit during their Happy Hour. I made my purchase and she gave me happy hour pricing for one of my items. I will definitely be back in the future for their great products and friendly service.

Edibles has never ceased to AMAZE me!!I had put in an online order as a thank you to my fur babies doctor and my timing for pickup was off by about 4hrs. (totally my fault) so I called Sheri at the Huntersville, NC store (where order was placed) and explained the situation and I picked up my order 45 minutes later! She was so acomadating, sweet, and very helpful. Ive used Edible Arrangements all over the USA and have never ever been disappointed with the staff and owners! Great company and they get things right!!

I received an edible arrangement on Valentine’s Day. It was super disappointing. Most of the fruit was too ripe/almost bad & the chocolate covered strawberries were mushy.

I love Edible Arrangements Huntersville! I needed something last minute for Easter and dropped by Saturday late afternoon. The customer service was awesome, the whole staff was friendly and helpful, they even gave me free samples! They had exactly what I needed and saved Easter for me! Called to see if location in Huntersville NC was open and it seems although it says they were online, they were not. Calls have been forwarded to someones home who answered the phone and was very rude. I can honestly say this would have been my first tine visiting a location of Edible Arrangements but I will definitely find another location and will not go to this one.

The owners are amazing people and my friends and I are always impressed with how lovely the staff are and how delicious the fruit is!

I just had to write a quick message about the Edible Arrangements in Huntersville. I stopped by last week because I needed something special for my daughters 10th birthday. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and met a very pleasant woman. I told her what I was looking for and she took her time to review options with me. I found a great birthday arrangement fro her. Two days later it was delivered to my front door. She was sooo excited the smile on her face was 10 miles wide. All I can say is WOW! Thank you so much it made her day!
