Decided to stop to sweet frog while in the area. Kids were wanting frozen yogurt. Mind you we don’t live in the area. As we got closer to home and was eating frozen yogurt it started to taste weird. I immediately stopped eating it. I called the store and informed them that I was unable to eat it because it had a bad taste. First he asked what flavors I had and he was going to go taste them and see if it tasted bad or not on his end.... whattttt.. Then he said to bring it back and I could get another one. First I don’t live close and second if it tasted weird the first time its not like you magically fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Then he suggested that I come back tomorrow and he might be able to help me and get another one, but at this point there was nothing he could do further to help me. I will NOT be going back there.

Walked in with my kids and the manager motioned to a table full of rubber gloves and sanitizer. No greeting whatsoever by the way. Were all over the whole COVID19 thing. Im fully vaccinated. Etc. So I smiled a hello as I walked forward grabbing a bowl to start as weve historically done. The guy said, Sir, gloves and sanitizer. I was like, Oh no, Im fine, thank you. I recognize there are still people who wear their masks. I figured it was more of a courtesy to those people and so ignored the offer. The guy, very sternly, replied with, Its not an option.The guy didnt even greet me coming in. There were no instructions. I had no idea this was not an option. Had he been less rude and confrontational I would have obliged. But as it stood, his draconian COVID19 stance and rude handling of the matter turned me off and we went to TCBY instead.Oh, icing on the cake, the guy went on to mock me and my kids as we left the store to other customers. Wont be back. Certainly soured our opinion of this place. Go to TCBY instead.

The girl that worked there was friendly and helpful. They have a HUGE selection of toppings, even Boba. My daughter got half birthday cake and half dulce de leche with some toppings. I didnt get any because they yogurt flavors didnt appeal to me. Oh well.

Both granddaughters had their bday party there. Who knew!!!! It was great!!

Disappointed. Been to this location several times, machines are always out of order. They only have little to choose from, I’m just going to drive a little further to another location.

We have been here twice...both times the yogurt tasted sour, rancid, or fermented. Why?!! How does no one else notice this?! We mentioned this to the workers last time we were there. We were hoping this experience would be better...this makes me sad :(. Looks like local guides review below said the same thing about 4 months ago.

Just left awesome hand sanitizer and gloves to put on before getting treat with granddaughterOlder lady comes in acted like the worker and she knew each other. Customer did not use sanitizer nor did she put on gloves and did not have a mask on. She just Contaminated everything while getting her treat will not go back. Worker should’ve corrected her

The cleanest sweet frog I’ve ever been too. We come every few weeks after dinner and it’s always spotless and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The owners of this location are doing amazing. I’ve visited several other locations and none even come close to this one.

Good selection of frozen yogurt and friendly staff. There is a kids sized table and ample toppings so always a favorite stop for our kiddos.Easy parking and convenient location.

Pretty good. But dont try the sugar free chocolate syrup. It has an after taste. But most sugar free stuff does have an after taste. But the selections of ice cream is delicious my favorite was the birthday cake mixed with blue cotton candy. Its awsome.

My girls and I go to sweet frog all the time and love it. We tried this location and Ill just say from one bussiness owner to another there needs some improvement. My daughter dropped her bowl with some yogurt in it and she felt really bad. The lady at the register just starred at us then made us pay for the one that dropped. Its like maybe a dollar worth of yogurt. Long term you guys will loose money because we will never come back.

Would like to see choices not so high in sugar. Customer service was ok but nothing special. Store was clean.

The yogurt was pretty decent. However, if you like Christian music being played while you eat, and you like seeing a bunch of God posters and shirts throughout a business, then I guess this place is for you...

I WAS a fan of this sweet frog however recently when I’ve gone there not only is the short older blonde lady extremely rude but their “original tart” is horrible! There’s something wrong with their lines or they aren’t being cleaned properly because you can clearly taste the flavor next to it. I know this for sure because i notice it when it tasted like mango which was next to it and just two days ago I could taste the raspberry/Pom! What if people have allergies! I couldn’t even eat the last cup! Very disappointed and solely going to menchies from now on!

Nice place for frozen yogurt. Tend to only have about 8 flavor each day. So you may not have the same flavor as you had previously.

Maybe the hours were posted incorrectly online but we searched the hours for Huntersville location and it stated this location closed at 10:30pm we pulled up at 10:18 and all the lights and Sign were off.
