I visit weekly, it is very clean, well stocked, organized, and remain setup with a cart sanitizing station. They also have plastic shopping carts that roll straight and easy which is important to me. Management and staff is also friendly. This is my favorite Walmart location.
Staff was very helpful. They also place masks at the front should you forget to take yours.
I placed an “order pick-up” and waited 30 minutes after asking multiple employees AND MANAGERS to assist us. I understand being short staffed, but this was not the case. Their was multiple employees just standing around, and people who went in and out of the pick-up room. Their was individuals that was present before me and STILL DID NOT GET THEIR ORDER!!! Everyone started trying to find the products instead of waiting which is an inconvenience. If this management isn’t able to supply a pick up order in a timely manner they should not have “order pick-up” this was a big inconvenience to me and I found it disrespectful that I asked help from managers and still did not receive help. I think one was named Grady.
I dont recommend Walmart on Wilkinson Blvd, I had the hardest time returning items. The cashier had attitude all over the place 🙄 and I personally feel customers should feel welcomed at any place of business they choose to spend their money.... Not counting how theyre out of almost everything youll need, I ask myself what are the employees doing, horse playing around instead of stacking up the products ...???....? Wow 😳 Do Better Walmart on Wilkinson Blvd, Do BETTER please........ Oan, hire pleasant people who are People persons, not rude women who seem to hate life and the people around them..... Thank you for allowing me to add my experience and opinion 😌......

The shelves are almost empty. They are out of product and it states its in the store on line. The staff is rude when you see staff. I prefer to go the Thunder Road .The people are pleasant and they are always fully stocked.

TERRIBLE experience trying to get groceries delivered from this store. Driver cancelled 15 min before groceries were supposed to be delivered, store claimed groceries would still be delivered but they NEVER CAME. 4hrs later, store stopped answering all calls even from Walmart customer service (who were also useless). Was told to cancel order and reorder next day - absolutely ridiculous service for something as important as groceries. If someone had just COMMUNICATED that the delivery wasnt coming, I would have made arrangements for my kids so I could just GO TO THE GROCERY STORE. Impossible by 9pm when they finally let me know they werent coming.
I really had an enjoyable shopping experience last visit. I had to return an item and exchange it for another item and this process was a breeze. I was waiting in line with about four people ahead and an associate advise me that I could go back and get the item and bring it back to get in the line again. First I thought that was very nice of them to stop what they were doing to tell me I didnt have to wait when I exchange so I can just go pick up the item and come back and do it all as one transaction. And when I return back up to the front I got even more great customer service from the customer service Associates two of them it Fernando and another young lady with a long name that I couldnt pronounce but both of those Associates were amazing A Plus customer service I couldnt ask for any more. Major kudos to Walmart for hiring those all those helpful employees. Im extremely satisfied.
Ive never seen employees care so little. Half the staff has atleaat one head phone in. The one I believe is a manager running the register at the moment..smh
Walmart delivery service was awful today. I placed an $150 grocery order for delivery and I got someones Britta pitcher instead of my groceries. They send me a confirmation email with a picture of the pitcher at my door with a list of the items I ordered but never received underneath.I called the store I ordered from in Huntersville and the phone rang and rang. No one ever answered. I tried the chat option on the website. It kept glitching and kicking me out forcing me to start all over again. It took 20 minutes but they finally gave me the option to get a call back from customer service. When they called the only option was a refund but I needed my groceries. So Im sitting here on Saturday evening babysitting my granddaughter with no food in the house.
Gone to a few Walmarts in the area and this location always seems to have lots of stuff out of stock. I understand theres an pandemic but come-on.. lots of shelves empty
Needed to ask a member about the customer service/return area, she was very dismissive, and did not make eye contact, and then walked away from my sister and I.We found a manager and voiced our frustration of the situation to him. He said there was nothing he could do and if we wanted to complain further we needed to call the 800 number.One of the worst Wal-Marts Ive ever been in.
This location is good. Very quiet. Patrolled. Parking lot isn’t too bad.
My family went in for a few household essentials and I forgot that it was back to school time. We were able to eventually find everything however, many of the sections were in disarray. Self checkout was a breeze with all six terminals available.
The item I wanted was in stock. Not crowded at all. Self check out was a breeze.

I like this Walmart not only because it’s nearby but there’s this one employee that always stands out when I come into the establishment. This tall gentlemen in electronics, I believe his name is Shawn and he always provides me great customer care when I’m come in unlike the other employees. It’s like this kid is overly qualified for the job when it comes to walmart.
If you have the ability to get your items anywhere else than I suggest you do. The store usually looks like a hurricane hit it. Many of the shelves are half stocked and the items that are present are usually out of place. You need to use the WalMart app just to price check the things you want to buy. Getting in and out is not a quick or easy ordeal and since time is money, youd save money by going elsewhere. Huntersville is a nice city and has many nice stores worthy of your patronage. This store is not one of them.
This is a very nice Walmart Supercenter. It is clean and well organized. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate. The produce looked good and fresh. Store is kept up nicely, workers were cleaning up aisles and organizing products. They have a nice pick up area with comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait.
Seems like store often has POS issues when running card or cash. The item labels are never at the right place so pricing items is often a issue. The customer service reps arent around when looking for things in certain departments, often requiring customers to look for a rep. They dont have a clear sign or posting when electronics department closes at 10p. They are often stocking shelves so seems like volume of customers are out ran by lack of stock and service capacity of the store. I expected more out of a Huntersville business. I have much better customer experience at other Walmarts in the area. This store truly shows lack of management, slow customer service, and poor customer experience.
Always best to go in the morning when everything is freshly put out & restocked.
Its a walmart with tile floors but youd think it has concrete with how it is, creepy men follow you around, someone got shot there, and they hate anyone using snap or wic bc they only open one lane and staff the oldest slowest stupidest employee they have. Literally if the lady on register needs help she just sits there, doesnt call for anyone, just hopes someone will notice she is clueless.
Its a small market. Nice. But timing is everything when trying to hit the store with shelves stocked.
Often finding disheveled shelves and displays, cramped aisles, and chronically understaffed from the moment it opened, this Walmart carries a limited variety of products when compared to other Walmarts in the Charlotte area. I shop here often due to its proximity to my home. I don’t hate it. But I don’t love it. I want to love it because it’s so close to my home and it’s Walmart…I am a fan of Walmart. I remain delusional in my optimism for this Walmart 😄

I go to this Walmart every week. The guy that greets us when we come in the door is so sweet & professional. He has my cart ready as soon as he sees me coming. Its the guy buy the grocery side that is a great greeter.. they usually have everything stocked good.
I previously gave this store high reviews, but of late it has gone down hill. Very hit and miss on finding the shelves fully stocked. Perhaps the managers need to take a refresher in logistics.
Staff are difficult to find when there is trouble locating an item. You can walk around for hours before finding anyone to ask a question. I resorted to asking another customer who gladly assisted. The windows and floors could be cleaner. Also, staff at check out should be wiping counter down between customers, and they are not doing this. A make up display needed cleaning. This was an area that could be more sanitary.
I do my Walmart pick up and delivery from here. They make everything diy easy. Highly recommend

Worst walmart I have ever been to..Had to buy my pants 👖 go into the restroom. To try them on then refund the pants cause the size didnt fit. And try again. Due to no fitting room was available. 🤷♀️🙅♀️
Does this store actually open at 6 a.m. or do they just not answer their phones? I have called numerous times in the past hour in an attempt to ask a simple question and cannot reach anyone from electrical (which is the department I have the question for) to customer service. Very frustrating. I now dont have time this morning to go there, but needless to say I will just take my business elsewhere.

Ever since COVID, Walmart has lowered their bar and it shows in this store. Poor service, the app does not reflect whats in the store, long lines and just a poor vibe. You feel like you are hassling the staff when you ask them for things.

What can you say about Wal-Mart that hasnt already been said a hundred times.Great place to shop and the prices are always the best thing about it. I havent found a cheaper place to get an empty propane tank swapped for a full one at only $15. Thats the reason for my particular visit on this day, but I ended up browsing the store a little and picked up a few bargains while I was there.I prefer shopping online at Amazon most of the time, tbh because I dont like getting out in the summer heat. But a quick trip to Wal-Mart a few times a month is the norm and this particular store is on par with the others.Its also got a McDonalds and a Bojangles in the same lot, so if youre looking for a quick bite after your trip, its convenient.
The store is typically a mess with unpacked boxes all over the place, and the specialty sections can be impossible to find help. I’ve waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me with fabric and they’ve called for an associate 4 times with nobody showing up. There have been at least 5 employees walk by seeing me sitting on the fabric counter and look me in the face which not one asked if I need help. I see employees talking on their cell phones with no care to the customer. I suppose this is due to what Walmart pays people, but regardless of what I’ve been paid I always prided myself on going the extra mile for a customer.
Wow, what a mess for a newer Walmart. This place was a dump inside. Lots of empty shelves, lots of merchandise in the floor, and lots of misplace items on the shelves. I would recommend finding another Walmart to shop. Avoid this one if you can.
Dirty dirty dirty… almost all the produce was rotten on the stand. I find myself at Walmart less and less. Poor food quality, dirty environment and loooooooong lines??? Walmart needs to pick a struggle. Paying a little extra at other places sometimes is worth it because experience matters.
What an absolute trash of a store, they NEVER pickup the phone, Grocery delivery is absolutely a joke where we have orders late, cancelled, or never shopped or drivers cancell all the time.We will NOT be renewing our Walmart + subscription because trust me there is absolutely NOTHING + about this location.A distric manager needs to get involved and fire whomever is running the store because they are EXTREMELY incompetant at their job!

This is the worst Walmart we visited in the area. The store is so low on just about everything. Its crowded and boxes and pallets just sitting everywhere it was terrible. This used to be a decent store but now seems like maybe everyone has migrated to that one and they cant handle how busy it is. The other stores in the area are definitely worth the drive to avoid this store.
This is the worst Walmart my husband and I have ever been to! No fresh veggies, no products ever. Almost always it wont have what I want to buy. Recently it was Cerave facewash. Not sure if its because they never bothered to order those products or just the lapse in restocking products. Almost everything is missing. There would be related items but everything just seems out of place, confusing or even missing. Ive sometimes waited for months for some products thinking itll eventually be restocked because I see the empty price labels where they would be, but it never would! Is this going out of business or something? Sure looks like it!

Another typical Walmart. Extremely short staffed with cashiers but has 2 greeters at doors. For a store that big it only had 3 live cashiers. The express check-outs were open but all the self check out lanes we closed. Staff doing nothing to speed up the process

The employees are outstanding & helpful, the store is clean...the product availability is an abomination! Morale is very low.Out of stocks and shelf presentation are generally terrible.Product presentation in food & hardware/paint aisles is terrible. Often entire product selections are empty and/or product is strewn on the aisle floor (it can be like trying to avoid mud puddles after a heavy rain).Checking out is an exercise of frustration in the volume purchase lines.Prices are good (as expected at a Walmart).Having sold consumer package goods to Walmart & Sams Club corporate I can say Walmart has a great reputation while this store neither rises to nor achieves in the store mentioned departments

I went to Walmart in huntersville and completed my shopping. When I reached the front of the store only 1 regular check out line was open an 1, 20 item or less line was open at 3:30pm on Saturday. Big issue. I got in the regular line. When the customer in from of me got to the cashier. She cut the light off to close the line, an it was at least 10 people in line. I asked the cashier if she was closing the line an she walked off. I screamed I need the store manager. They paged the manager. The manager did Not approach me to resolve the issue. She went to a registar an open it. I walked over to her an asked why was my line closed, an why did the cashier walk off. She never turned to acknowledge me. She asked another cashier to help me. The management at this store is horrible an this is why the remaining staff act the way they do. They all need to learn some customer service skills at Chick fila.
If I could give this Walmart Supercenter zero stars I would. This store does not care about customers. It’s overwhelmingly clear at each turn that they would rather customers not be there. I’ve given them so many chances to get better, but never again! Tonight was my last time I will ever darken the doors of this store.
Dont really like Walmart
Went shopping here two times this week. Both times I tried to get assistance from 3 ladies who were shopping for online pickup customers. All 3 were acting as if I was bothering them. Two were just rude. 1 was on her phone and looked at me like, why are you interrupting me.Tried to call the store to talk to ANY manager but not one dept answered all 8 times I tried.And they want to raise the minimum wage. When you cant even get decent service for what is paid now. This store didnt even deserve a 1 star but 0 was not an option unfortunately.
This Walmart is the worst ever!! Visited the store this evening around 930ish. There were lines down the isle for self checkout. They closed the self checkout on the side to exit the but kept open self checkout on the side closed for exit…THAT DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!There was no member of mgmt in site to help assist with the lines. VERY POOR MGMT!!! The YELLOW Jackets weren’t any better, she closed her register and knew it was lines down the isles. The other Yellow jacket shut down a lane w/o any explanation and kept looking like she can’t talk….AGAIN POOR MGMT!!! That place need to be re-evaluated, they need ALL NEW EMPLOYEES even down to mgmt. It wasn’t even 10pm but it was when I dropped everything in an isle and left to make the THUNDER RD WALMART in time before closing.I will choose the Concord Thunder Rd Walmart over Huntersville Walmart any day or time no matter the distance or weather. The store is brighter, cleaner, better in checkout and customer service!

Never any registers open after 9 pm you have to use self checkouts. Oh and this store constantly locks their doors early. I pulled in at 10:45 and the doors were already locked and employees have the nerve to look at you crazy for trying to enter even though they don’t close until 11. I just needed garlic!
I went there because there was an item I was looking for and the website said they were the only store in my area that had them. When I got there they were out of stock but I was able to find something else to substitute. Overall it was clean and orderly. Items were pretty well stocked and organized. I went early in the day so there was a lot of staff available to help if necessary. Even though it is a little further away from me the overall shopping experience was better than my local store.
Clothing sections are totally trashed. Several food items I was looking for, our of stock.
Needed a Car Charger. Electronics Clerk made recommendations and told me where they were located.Purchased it. However, it is very slow charging.The wait in line wasnt, long. Cashier greeted me and said thank you.

From trying to reach the operator, and hitting the options for other departments(electronics, deli, etc.) with no success.As I read the comments on reviews, I see that this is very common.NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Picked up syringes for my Maltese whose diabetic, was waited on by a young gentleman @ the pharmacy that knew exactly what I needed, i.e size, gauge and units. For yrs no one knew what I needed. But this time was a relief. Wish I had gotten his name. But I want to thank him for being so knowledgeable. BTW, he was not a pharmacist.
Found what I needed very quickly. They have the special sauce Chic fil a uses its terrific

This is the worst Walmart ever. Ive been to this location three times previously, and I promised myself I would not come back. I decided to give it another try and yes, Im NOT coming back. Produce is never fully stocked and you can never get any assistance in-store pickup or any dept really. GOOD LUCK!!!
I ordered a delivery order between 8-9AM on Saturday feb 27. At 9 it hadn’t showed up so I called the store numerous times in which no one from any department answer the one at all. I then called the customer service line at 10:30 to get an answer that they couldn’t do much if the store wouldn’t answer the phone. But they would escalate it and I would get an update in at least two hoursFlash forward to 12:45, still no groceries and no update. I called the store again 2x to get no answer. Then I called customer service 800 number again, they then proceeded to call the store and get no answer and tell me no one was answering and so they can’t do anything but cancel the order.Last time I checked if I’m order groceries it’s because my family needs food and they can’t eat money so a refund doesn’t do much to help us. For reasons I won’t go into, we can’t go to the store currently during this pandemic either.It’s 2021, and I find it amazing how a stores decision to never answer their phone can completely break down the entire system while no one sees a need to update the customer to what is going on.I get things happen and orders are delayed, and I’m fine with that if their is communication letting me know this and an estimate ETA even if the answer it “tomorrow”. This is nothing short of an embarrassing example of the lack of service and/or accountability this store is held to.
