I would highly recommend this Clean Juice!! The staff was very friendly and helpful to all of my needs. I had a wonderful experience. I got the So Basic smoothie and the avocado toast and they were both amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon!!

We just got 2 juices and they were good. However, the customer service was unwelcoming and cold. I asked to speak with the mgt to compliment the guy outside advertising the place because we went in because we noticed his enticing ad. The mgt did not have the decency to come out and accept the compliment. We are never going back

Nikki is the best! The hardcore is my favorite. They have a full menu of items and can customize a juice to meet your nutritional needs and taste requirements. I highly recommend clean juice Birkdale for the awesome product and even better customer service. You can tell they care about their customers.

I love coming here! The cacao cold press is my favorite drink and is surprisingly, very filling! I highly recommend the double one protein shake too!

Ok, seriously, these smoothies will soothe your soul. You may think Im joking. Im not.Traveling through the area and searching for a viable place to refuel our exhausted human bodies, we got so much more than we bargained for. Energy that lasted for hours and I just gotta say, a whole lotta yum in my mouth. Not many places use organic strawberries in smoothies and I wont touch conventional, so yeah, rock on. I had also never tried an açaí bowl that wasnt purple. Quite a delight, to say the least. Super impressed with everything this place has going on. Vibe = unmatched. Service = genuine & kind. The staff was very friendly, greeting me upon walking through the door. The clean juice mobile app was super easy to use for ordering my drink. Best of all it was ready for me when I walked in, and tasted great! I’ll definitely be back!

I love the smoothies here, but not the service. I ordered on the app (stated would be ready in 15 minutes) and did not realize they would be closing within that time. When I arrived they stated they were closing and would not be making our smoothies. She stated they would let the manager know with a note, but we have not heard from anyone. No credit to my credit card or app. No word from the manager, just charged for the smoothies that we did not receive and were not told they would not be making them until we arrived at the store. I have visited the store in Davidson for a while now and love it, but Birkdale I will not order again on the app unless I do not have other options.

At first, I was appalled with being expected to pay $10 for a salad smoothie. I get that it’s organic. I think pesticides and hormones make you tough though. Anyway, my mind has changed. I found the California wrap. You’d punch your momma in the face for this wrap! The Pumpkin One is amazing also. My favorite is the wonderful service I received from Elli. What a ray of sunshine. So fast too! I swear she must have an amazing father for her to be this amazing at such a young age! She deserves a huge raise. Everything was juicetastic!

Seem to have a supplier problem. Consistently out of their own products that they advertise. Also dragonfruit bowl was a joke. Literally no dragon fruit just some extract powder form of it... yumm.... Beyond misleading will not be coming back.

This location is not the greatest. First of all, super religious undertone. Also, came here one morning and it was pretty good, then ordered the same thing the very next morning for pick up and it was not consistent in flavor and the strawberries they topped it with looked super gross.

This place is amazing! The cold press, smoothies and toast are the best you can find! And when it comes to the Açaí bowl, well I’m absolutely addicted😍😋😍. Also have to comment on the service. Everyone is always working hard and are always pleasant!

Ordered Buffalo chicken and they gave me a grilled cheese

I ordered food it was very bland avocado was brown. Came back to get food remade the girl was touching her mouth and then proceeded put on gloves without washing her hands to remake my food. I told her give me a refund instead. They had to take time to contact a manager outside of the store to give me my refund and throughout the process “the shift leader” never once came up to talk to me or try to make this experience better. I will be letting people know not to come to this location. Not only because of bad guest experience or COVID but because of anything else that you can contract from someone’s mouth being on your food.

I ordered 3 cashew milk lattes on the app today. It gave me a pickup time and had a tracker to show when my order was ready. When I got to the pickup counter, they told me that they didn’t have an order under my name. I told her what my order was and the girl said that we don’t have those, someone will make them later this week. I asked her why they took my money and gave me a pickup time, she said they don’t look at that. Very poor customer service and the app is pointless! I left without or refund or any product. Kennedy told me that she would have someone call me tomorrow when they make some but I’m not feeling very confident.

Finally a juice shop in Lake Norman! They offer a variety of juice cleanses (currently doing the 3-day). The juices are all very good and fresh. The acai bowls are a favorite among customers, however, I always seem to get distracted by the newest juice or smoothie options. They keep things fresh with a seasonal menu that changes, in addition to their normal menu.Every juice or smoothie Ive ever had, has been freshly made and is always fantastic. The variety here provides options for everyone. Price is a bit high, but when you consider cost of the fruits and veggies and the blender :)...Id rather pay them for my juice than to do it myself. Plus, I love the community factor and social factor. Shop Local. Eat/Drink Clean. Juice on...They have a Juice Truck too, so Im sure youll see them out and about in the Lake Norman area soon!

That last two times I have come in the manager on shift has not had a mask on. While inspecting food, handing me my order and opening cabinets. A shirt over the mouth is not a mask. It is not sanitary. This is disgusting I will not be back here until it is enforced.

Hands down the best juice bar in North Carolina! Everything is made fresh, in house and they use the best ingredients possible (Ive only ever seen frozen pineapple not be organic!). The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests. I also love that they are expanding - both in their locations and menu! So GO! Check it out! You wont regret it!

What a great juice bar! Not only do they use all organic ingredients, which is critical, the options they have are awesome. Ive been to several Clean Juice but this was my first time at the Huntersville one and possibly my last. I went a couple of weeks ago on a Friday and we had to wait over 45 minutes for our order to be served. There was even a couple who had ordered online and not only was their order not ready but they made them the wrong smoothie and he ended up leaving without it because he had been waiting for over a half hour. The food is great here but the waiting time is ridiculous.

I work for Birkdale Dental, and Dr. Wing, his entire family, and I LOVE Clean Juice! The owners are absolutely the nicest people you could hope to meet, and the juice, acai bowls, and smoothies are to die for! Thanks Clean Juice, for always being so consistent with your customers and for giving us the healthiest options for breakfast/lunch. Youre simply the best and were SO glad youre in Birkdale Village!

Its refreshing in every sense of the word. Reasonably priced and delicious. There are a couple odd combinations for juices but theyll make it to suit you.Cornelius needs more establishments like this.

They sent at least 5 emails advertising free smoothies today, July4th. The emails said that most locations close at 5pm. Well, I went to the Northlake location at 11:20 am and guess what? No free smoothie. They said that the promotion ended at 11:00. Really???!!! There was nothing that indicated that on the numerous emails I received. I will not support them!

Such a cool place to get a healthy & organic juice or açaí bowl. Many cold press juices too. I caught a juicerista stocking the fridge. Apparently all their cold press juices are made in-house! :D

Great tasting smoothies! I personally am a big fan of the coffee one while my wife prefers the acai bowls. Or daughter also enjoys the basic one.

A little pricy but its worth it. They have the best wheat grass shots. There are very few places that offer organic wheatgrass shots.Yet to try some of other items on their menu.

Awesome, clean, and helthy drinks. The 24oz is very filling, was not hungry for the rest of the day! They are very flavorful, and great taste. Its not a gross, healthy, green, cliche smothies...it actually tastes good! They serve protien drinks, clean juices, and clean smoothies. Very good stuff.

Well I Used to LOVE it, but the last 3 times its been HORRIBLE - Unripe Bananas, bad service, smoothies made the wrong way, - the list goes on . They need new employees - seems like a labor issue.

I usually love Clean Juice but today was the worst service I have ever received from the Huntersville location. I ordered a watermelon bowl with strawberries instead of coconut chips. They called a customer up to the counter who they thought was me to give out a coupon for the fact that they were currently out of strawberries. Once the bowl was ready that same customer took it by mistake and I watched her stick her finger in it to taste it because she knew it didn’t look like what she ordered. She then returns it to the counter without saying a word to the employees. The employees then place it in the online order cooler to be picked up by me, I assume. I then inform the employees that the customer who took it by mistake stuck her finger in it and their response was “Oh we didn’t know. I can remake it for you, if you want?” like I’m supposed to say “Oh no it’s fine. I’ll eat it anyway?!” They remade the bowl, forgot to put banana in the base and never informed me about the strawberry shortage that I had happened to overhear from across the store earlier to the wrong recipient and never gave me the coupon that was supposed to go to me in the first place even though I now had to wait for a second bowl to be made.

This is the best place in Charlotte to get fresh organic smoothies, juices and acai bowls!
