Mike and Michelle were very professional and friendly. I took my W140 in for a repair that had stumped me and drained my time trying to do on my own. Mike diagnosed the car very quickly and accurately. He had my transmission repair completed for a fantastic price point and nailed the fix the first time. I’ve been using Beach Benz for 7+ years and Mike is by far the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I’ve ever met. I needed a repair that was going to cost $3,000+ and instead of just charging me that amount (because I would have never known the difference) he found a “loophole” to have it fully covered by the manufacturer. He literally went out of his way to save me money by calling the dealer and confirming it could be done by them at no charge. If you have a MBZ, Beach Benz needs to be saved in your phone’s contacts. Fantastic place. Service is always quick, friendly, honest and reliable. Been going here for years. Mike is always honest with me and will say whether he thinks I need something replaced right away or if I can wait. Id consider myself more of a Honda or Toyota guy but Beach Benz makes me want to keep getting Mercedes - just so I can have an honest mechanic to go to.
