I came in the shop for a fluid check I was leaving for a long drive wanted to make sure my fluid levels were good. I would never recommend someone coming here ever the guy tried to get me to get new brakes. I let him go on knowing that I just got new brakes the week prior. He wanted to charge me $800 for new brakes. Saying that Im going to crash on my way home because I have no brakes. And this guy kept complaining about his wife how he cheated on his wife and his wife wont take him back. I never asked for his personal life story dude.it was so bad and weird. I would never go there again! If I could give a zero star I would!

I got the best service from a mechanic by a LONG shot today. They were able to figure out my problem in no time flat, and I was back on the road right away. The price was exceptional, and I will be back for any services I may need in the future. These guys are definitely doing it right, and they deserve your business. You wont be disappointed.

Took my 14 year old car in (which I love and want keep forever 😁👍) because of a couple of oil leaks and to replace some broken engine mounts. Shout out to Frank, Gerardo and Jeff for taking good care of my car! Frank explained and even showed me where the issues were. I scored some wheels and came here to switch them out 40 mins before they closed. I was quoted $145 to change 4 wheels. Not mount and balance 4 tires, just to swap wheels. I was stunned silent and before I could say no, the guy told me they couldn’t do it that day, I’d have to come back. I was the only car in the parking lot. Just felt like they really didn’t want my business. Went to my local shop the next day and swapped for $50.

No attempt to over sale. What was needed was fixed perfectly.

Had a new starter installed and a tune up done. Dropped off truck Sunday evening and picked it up Monday evening. Fantastic service and Gerardo was very helpful and full of advice

Terrible place. I had a nail in my tire and they told me that they will have my tire patched in two hours max. Then when I drive my car to the place and show up the man tells me that it will now be all day and was extremely rude. I will not return! Terrible customer service

I had a puncture in my back driver side Tire on a Sunday its hard to find place to fix your car Tire Choice Auto Service Center came to the rescue the man that helped me Gerardo was very helpful and very kind... unfortunately the puncture is on the side of the tire so I needed to replace the tire... I am on a limited budget and Gerardo sold me a tire I could afford. Walked in needed 4 low profile tires. They had them in an hour! Highly delighted about the tire service - not happy about them suggesting services I didn’t need. They called me to let me know I needed a power steering fluid flush and rear suspension bushings and they would do the work immediately. I said let me check with My mechanic. The next day I took my Jag to my own mechanic to check on these issues and no, the car was not in need of the above services. Be Aware.

Excellent service! I’ve been coming here to this location for over 6 years! Frank helped me out today and it was an oil change but I had a small leak somewhere I wanted them to locate. It was located not a major issue but found I needed rear brakes and rotors which was definitely time and I knew this would be coming. All repairs done within a great time frame and to my satisfaction as always. You will be glad you came here if you need service, tires or repairs. Highly recommend and they are honest!

I brought my car to Goodyear for my oil changes and tires for years. This was my experience once it became Tire choice. Brought my car in for an oil changed and was told that my ball joints needed to be replaced. My car was still under warranty so I took it in and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Very unhappy about this. A company should not try to take advantage of people. It’s extremely unprofessional.

Car wouldnt start so I had it towed here. I figured it was the starter. This location is convenient since its walking distance from my house. I had tires replaced here and have never had any complaints. They diagnosed the car and found that it was the starter. They quoted me a price to replace it and it was about $40 more expensive than a shop down the road. Labor here is $120/hr. But it was here already so I had them do the work. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. When I went to pick it up my bill had an additional $120 on it. I asked what that was for and they said it was for the diagnostic. Guy says We have to pay someone to do it. Right!! So they charge a full hours worth of labor for the 5 minutes it took to plug in the diagnostic tool and read a screen. Everywhere else waives the fee if you get the work done. These guys are crooks. Im embarrassed to say that I had to go back there for more work. This time I self diagnosed the problem. When they questioned me why I wasnt having them diagnose the car I told them about my previous experience. This guy had the gall to tell me that they dont do that, at which point he looked it up in the system. Next sentence out of his mouth is Oh, we usually charge only half when you have the work done. So I ask wheres my refund then. We cant do that ---- we had to pay someone already. What?!?!?!?! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

My issue was simple. A screw in the tread of my tire and I came in after work. Frank was working the counte. He was on the phone at first and I was impressed by his knowledge of the workings of AC units that he was explaining to another customer. He then promptly saw to it to get my car pulled into the bay and work started on it right away. Very impressed by his service and highly recommened The Tire Choice!

These guys checked out my tires cuz I was pretty sure I had run over a nail or two. They got me in quick, found the nail, determined it didnt penetrate thru, checked the tire under water, said it was ok, and didnt charge me a thing! I of course tipped the tech, tho. Gerardo is the man! My car takes nitrogen for the tires and almost no one carries and the ones that do charge... per tire! Gerardo noticed I wasn’t THAT low so he topped me off, DIDNT charge me and sent me on my way... definitely coming back for my oil change and any future business!

I have been coming to this place for many years Ive never had a problem always had a great experience. I brought my car in for new tires there is a new manager seemed like a nice guy but when I revived my bill they added Nitrogen in my tires and charged me a extra $47.48 I confronted certified tire and the new gentleman was rude and said he talked about nitrogen which he never did. If they made a true mistake I would understand but the attitude and pure rudeness tells me they tried to pull a quick one and got caught. The new management is shady and rude and should take a class on customer service certified tire has lost me as a customer forever. BEWARE and check the bill to make sure you are not charged for services you did not agree too!

Had a nail in my tire so I took it here to get fixed because this place was included in my warranty network. Neither workers acknowledged any of my questions they just tried to charge my $57 dollars for installation. They didnt even know if the nail had gone through the tread and said they couldnt patch it because the nail was in the sidewall. LIES! The nail is nowhere near the sidewall. I had to argue to get my car off the rack. Then drove to another place that did the repair for free. STAY AWAY from here

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE GOING TO THIS PLACE. THEY PUT A DEFECTED ALTERNATOR IN SO I WENT BACK TO GET IT REPLACED AFTER PAYING $672.00 WHEN I WAS GIVEN A QUOTE OF $536.00. THEY CHARGE HOURLY AND TOOK ALL DAY TO DO THE JOB AND THEN BROKE THE BELT ON IT. THEY DID A OIL CHANGE FOR THE INCONVIENIENCE BUT 1 MONTH LATER MY CAR WAS BONE DRY. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS WENT ON AND NOW MY CAR IS RUINED!SAXXON THE MANAGER AND ROBERT A MECHANIC WERE VERY NICE BUT THE WORK WAS TERRIBLE!! MY CAR SMELLED OF CIGARETTES FROM ONE MECHANIC WHO SMOKED LIKE A TRAIN.

The last place Id ever go for tires or service. The district manager is the biggest AH Ive met in a long time. Even worse than me! You should definitely shop around for tires and a good mechanic. Guarantee if you go youll leave butt sore. Ouch!

These guys did poor work and damaged my wheels... Took a dual rear wheel truck in to have the tires rotated. Kid at the counter quoted me $30. Good deal I thought to myself. I agreed and told them to proceed. They dropped me off and 10 minutes later the kid calls and says oh, uh, youre truck is a dually and we have to dismount and remount the tires to do the rotation... I told them to proceed with specific instructions where I wanted the tires placed. A couple hours later the truck was ready. I hopped in the truck and drove it home. Its a tire rotation, what could go wrong...On the way around the block to my house, the truck alarms me to Check Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Once home I noticed deep scratches on ALL FOUR polished aluminum wheels they rotated. I called the shop and asked for the manager and he denied they scratched the wheels and explained that they use plastic guards to prevent scratching wheels. I got the typical you dont know what youre talking about attitude from him... Not wanting to argue I drove the truck back and showed him. He tried to tell me it was just dirt and his shop didnt do it, then I rubbed my finger on one of the scratches I actually cut my finger, drawing blood.He immediately walked away and talked to a technician. Now admitting the rear wheels where damaged there but denying the front were... He then offered to have the wheels grinded at a shop in Santa Ana and would need my truck left with him for a few days. No offer for a loaner vehicle. Or apology. I told him I would rather he replace the wheels. He wouldnt do it.I would have allowed him to have the wheels repaired if he was willing to sign document stating his personal guarantee the 29k pound payload of the truck would remain intact with his modifications to the wheels.3 tire pressure monitors and 4 scratched wheels. Didnt put the tires where I indicated I wanted them. I wouldnt take another vehicle here for any reason. Americas Tire is not far away has since done great work and will get all of my tire related business going forward.

Yes they will tell you that your car may need a few things but thats because it does!! They are not pushy and will give you honest answers. If youre apprehensive to get an oil change, you have bigger problems. Shops nowadays cannot lie and tell you your car needs blinker fluid or a water muffler bearing because they need to somehow earn your respect and business. You are free to make the choice to either neglect your car or keep it tuned. I will use them again.

Certified tire in Victorville California damaged four rims on a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Duramax. The vehicle was brought in for a very simple tire rotation and balance. The manager at the store as well as the corporate office Claimed ignorance on the damage and were highly evasive and rude. Joshua Darrow is the gentleman I spoke with, and he blatantly called me a liar. I had time stamped photos and videos of the truck prior to it entering their facility as it was just detailed at another shop. Consumer beware stay as far away from this place as possible! Their entry-level mechanics will damage your vehicle and they will not stand behind it. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully something will be done to rectify this. I was hoping to not have to inform others of their inferior professionalism, but their unwillingness to offer any concession in this matter is just wrong and people should know about it.

The people here are very nice, however if you do not know anything about cars they will try to rip you off. Do not take your vehicle here, they will rip you off and treat you like you dont know anything.

My previous review was for Certified Tire. Tire Choices customer service was not pleasant. This is not a review about auto service since I only had Certified Tire preform wheel alignment service and a few oil changes. My advice is not to sign up for lifetime wheel alignment because it is not worth the hassle.
