Worse customer service from whom supposedly was the service manager. 4 customer arrived with their car for service that had made appointment. And no one was found in their appointments.I was told it would take all morning and that my car will be ready until later that day. So I decide to rent a car and supposdly they called enterprise and I waited 2hrs to be picked up. I had to call enterprise and ask if they were pick me up and was told no one called. So 15 minute after I drove out with the rental I received a text message stating my vehicle was ready it was a waste of money and time. Than the service manager doesnt even tell you what was wrong with your vehicle or any recommendations.

Yeah, I swear all the time I am not going back but unfortunately, it is the closest Kia dealer to me. Unhelpful. Nobody will help fix the GPS on my Niro. Tell me to call customer service or talk to the sales staff. After 5 Kias purchased and leased over the years, this is the last time I go to Car Pros in Huntington Beach. Really unhelpful.

Purchased my 2019 Kia Soul here I do like lifetime oil changes which means only 4 oil changes per year the service department has been remodeled very nice staff Ive had great experiences during my vehicle service

The worst service place ever. The last two time I went there for an oil change I’ve waited over 3 hours for an oil change!! And I never got a call or a message from the front desk, both times I had to call them myself to ask if my car was ready. The guy on the phone today told me that they finished my car 5 mins ago. And by then I have waiting for 3,5 hours for the automated text message that I still haven’t received. Worst service ever !!!

Had an appointment at 10am waited over 4 hours for just an oil change. Shouldn’t book appointments if you can’t keep up with them.

Ask for Cooper... I usually cringe at having to go onto the Dealer for anything but hes been great. Took care of a major problem with my Sorento and the process was seamless. Made me smile!!!

Service staff is rude and pushy. Treats customers in a belittling manner. When you decline a service he makes you feel horrible.Pl Worst experience ever. I wont be coming back here and I recommend taking your car elsewhere.

Ok service today if service man didnt forget about my oil change wait time 1.5hrs

I have a hard time when places do work on your vehicle and then you go back in and they tell you things like oh your windshield wipers need to be replaced when theyre brand new or your brakes need to be replaced when theyre brand new so the part that disturbs me is you go in to get your tune-ups done or your warranty work done and then theyre lying to you telling you you need other things done that you know just isnt true so because of that cant give more than one star and I probably shouldnt even do that
