Id rather more stars but one of the workers here was very Rude.I asked to get an item and she was standing in front of the item and told me to wait that she was busy talking to a customer. She was talking to a customer but I feel it was rude and disrespectful that she kept talking for 5 minute while me and my Daughter waited. However all other employees that worked there seemed professional and nice.

Absolutely wonderful location to get all your crafting needs! Check out the clearance section there are truly some hidden gems in there. Special thank u to Tracy and Susan for their outstanding customer service!

They.always have all different kind of fabrics fit for what I need, even a God send at times. Lol

Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help, happily. They are very good about cleaning doing carts as soon as a customer of one back. For a smaller store they have a good selection of fabric and some great sales and clearance going right now.

All of the people who work here were very helpful and very nice. There were some lines and while they were cutting fabric they asked me what I was looking for. I found that very nice that they were able to help me even when they were in such a big rush. I was looking for a sewing machine. I am actually looking for a particular type, it is inexpensive and handheld. They did not have one of these in stock, but they did have a nice selection of higher end models that I may get for my daughter if she wants one, but for now I just needed a handheld one. The store was clean and we did get material so my daughter could crochet a blanket for a separate project

Been shopping here for years now. It is a good alternative to the larger art/hobby supplies chains because the prices are usually comparable or cheaper for the same item, as well as the service being noticeably better overall. I would wholeheartedly recommend checking in this location if you are in need of some supplies or fabrics.

Whether its a rip on my jeans, a broken zipper on a pair of pants (or my wifes favorite purse), so far Ive had the best luck finding whatever I need to fix it at JoAnns. They have all sorts of zippers, buttons, elastic... the place is huge -- one can almost get lost inside. Whatever it is youre looking for, this is the first place Id start.

Masks required to shop here. Material, yarn almost all crafts are well stock. Unfortunately, only 2 workers on at late friday pm but when checked out kine became long, they both handle the register.Always friendly and informative staff.

I came on a Sunday and the place was pretty quiet This is a pretty good store. Have a great selection quilting Fabrics. But some types of fabrics are completely missing like woolens. I guess if you want that type of fabric you have to drive to La fabric Market. The people here were nice and helpful.

Great Lil store for your sewing, crafting needs. Fairly assortment of different types materials : cotton, linen, flannel, even outdoor and some upholstery. Yarn, foam padding, pillow forms - beading & jewelry making supplies. Not lot of paper crafting but some.Patterns for sewing, helpful knowledgeable staff.

Good selection of fabric with special section for quilting yardage. Nice selection of sewing notions, patterns and trims. Modest selection of yarn and craft/ decorating goods. Be careful, candy along waiting line for checkout.

We had a fabulous experience here! Charlotte was extremely helpful and spent the time toget us everything we needed! We are taking on a new adventure and havent used asewing machine in 30 yrs. She told us about coupons and material even elastic! Sheactually helped get us very excited about sewing!

Ive been to some Jo-Ann Fabrics that are decent, but this one and the other one in Huntington Beach leave a lot to be desired. The place is a mess and it feels overwhelming to find what youre looking for. And in the end, they often tell me they dont even have what Im looking for. One time I called in and the girl supposedly went to look for the fabric I requested which Id seen on the website. I dont know if she looked for it in the store or in the database, because she came back saying they didnt have any. But it said on the website that there were two yards of that fabric available at that particular store. I also dont think they get new fabric in very often.They always have sales, so it seems like Ill get a good deal, but the coupons are usually for the lowest priced items anyway. Sometimes Ive gone in and theyll tell me that the deal Im looking for hasnt started yet or its invalid for some other reason. I sew a lot and I wish they would be better organized at this store, because the location is really convenient for me.

This may possibly be the smallest Joann Fabrics and Craft store Ive ever been in, but every time Im there they have exacrly what I need. This store is always clean and every employee Ive encountered is extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to help find what I need.

Anytime I go in here I have to go over to the fabrics and touch them because they are soft. And then I spend the next ten minutes trying to find the one small item I need.

Have an employee give you the text coupon code or you can download the app for savings coupons. Dont forget your coupon mailer because it expires soon. Very knowledgeable independent sewing center inside the store that features the Husqvarna line of embroidering sewing machines and accessories. I got mine with the 0% interest special they offer once a year. Also take trade ins. Limited fabric selection. More home decor now and less crafting supplies.

They carry so many supplies I find something new every time I shop there. The new items give me ideas for creating something new

This is a very small joanns. They do not carry a lot of craft supplies. They have only the basics like some paint, glue, some wood crafts, etc. They have more focus on the fabrics and they have a wide variety. If youre coming here for fabric, you have a great selection and youll find a lot in stock. If you need crafting supplies, Id try a different joanns.

Most horrible place I’ve ever been to. When I tried to buy a planter, of course it was in the wrong spot and the 2 lady’s working in the store that day gave me a hard time about it. To add onto that, their WiFi “gave out” and I had to wait about 10 minutes until it was restored... Next, When my daughter went to use the restroom really quick, I got a call from her while I was waiting for the WiFi to restore. She said “ mom there is no toliet paper or hand towels, I need you to tell them to bring them to me because I can’t really leave now.” About 5 minutes later my daughter recived toliet paper. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m never going back to that store.

Always acting like coupons are coming out of their pay check. Coupon Said I could use a few together so I called Corp. After being told NO Is CaNT! Looks like my extra 25.00 off loss was due to a lazy worker. So Ill be returning everything and taking my buis to Michaels and Hobby Lobby. Too bad... I spend a fortune at.those stores and was willing to share with Joanns this addicted shoppers money with them as well... So long!

Small store but some good finds. Cutting counter service is incredibly slow but staff is friendly and helpful.

Very disorganized store. I prefer other locations as this one is always out of basic items. Very busy tonight because of Halloween but they only had one register for check out open.
