An unpleasant complaint in this store, I looked in the mirrors in an exemplary top and the store employee took the other girls things, as if I were an empty place very unpleasant and insulting me

I wanted to shout out cerelia (sp?) who was so awesome and helped me pick out the best outfits for my upcoming trip. Everyone at this spot was so helpful and patient with me, hard to find a great clothing shop with awesome customer service. GREAT experience.

This store is a hit or miss. Too PC for me. Prices are pretty high. Bedding is cute. They also have some cute dorm/room decorations. #LocalGuides

Cool place, love the vibes and everything is very neat. Some of the employees though act snobby or unhappy.

Friendly & helpful staff. I love the design & layout of this store, so architecturally beautiful with the exposed metal & stairs. There is always such a wide variety of all the latest fashions & trends, home decor, record players & vinyls...there really is something for everyone. It just has such a rich layering of different elements to create this great atmosphere.

Awesome clothing

Honestly only shop the clearance rack her but thank god for it cause Im moving to nyc and have been intermittently buying winter clothes super cheap. Pro tip shop for winter clothes on the west coast and summer clothes on the east coast. Always stop in UO when I pass one if not buying something its always been a cool shop to browse. I vividly Remember being a young teenager begging and yearning to exclusively shop there and now Im aware it its not all that but from time to time Ill splurge or find something cheap. But realistically Im not as much as a YUPPIE as Id like to think.

Righteous place dude in the front was my tour guide for the day. Respect and props.

A nice clothing store with trending clothing with all the modern hip hop and Indy style clothing, plenty of mens clothing as well as womens.

Employee Alyssa(? spelling) had the nerve to run out of the store after me to ask where an item I had been thinking about buying was. I told her that I left it on the table near doors I had exited. I am not sure what kind of loss prevention procedures are in place at this brand but being an Assistant General Manager for a HUGE company, I know better than to EVER accuse a guest of stealing without actually seeing the actual consealment. I will be filing a complaint with the DM of this location.
