Friendly, knowledgeable staff, high quality products. I came in to pickup my first order (a bunch of end mills). John was great! I am new to these bigger machines and he answered all of my questions. The questions he didnt have an immediate answer for, he soon followed up with an email, which I was not expecting. I came in today to pickup my second order, and John has offered to get me set up with a coolant distributor who will come in and do the cleanout for us. A big headache taken care of just by visiting this place. I will try to buy whatever I need from them for now on.

I called and a live person answered the phone who heard my issue and sent replacements Friday afternoon which I received Monday morning. Service was alright they gave me afree wall chart is why i gave 3 stars i went in for a single point threading tool that they claimed was in stock online and had a refrence from a colleague whom purchased a micro 100 single point threading lathe tool . but the guy claimed they dont carry any single point tools what so ever. So i decided to buy a live center set and the advertised product comes with with a wooden case i was given a lesser quality set with plastic case at the same price . To add insult to injury i gave him my card to pay and he suspiciously over looks it and asks me to see my ID and check if it was actually my card . came off as judgemental .
