Never willing to help me with my faxing that needed to be done! So I said : hell with them I’ll Never come back here again!!!!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve received at any Fedex or company period. The young woman working there had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. She aggressively was saying rude comments to me after she was embarrassed that she did not know how to do her job. She then started throwing boxes around and stormed off into the break room leaving her manager to finish the transaction. I can not believe Fedex allows people like this to continue working there. It’s no wonder this location has such horrible reviews. I hope Fedex sees this and does some sort of internal audit of this location.

Every time I come in the staff is super helpful! They greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. I always accomplish what I am came to do in a timely manner! Thank you!!

Went to try and print out my taxes on my lunch and employee refused to print paperwork out for me without a code. Day before went in there and printed out 18 pgs with no problem. Employee did not want to listen and needs retraining. Not concerned with customer requests.

Be prepared to spend time looking for a parking spot. The front of the store is unpaved with dust and dirt and stones. Do not wear good shoes going there.

Ive had to print and do some work here alot as of the last couple of days. They are extremely helpful, I will definetly be coming here for any help in the future.

It took me 5 days of communicating back and forth with their staff about what we needed for our project and to approve it. I was very impress with the print-out and flier results. If you could try to do most of the task by yourself using their machines and staff for assistant. But if you need it to get completed correctly the first time, then go with their service.

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but in this case I would like to save you a headache. This is the worst place to choose for printing with the most unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff.I wanted to print out a booklet and give it as a gift to a friend. This is what happened:1. First the printed out only one side (meaning every second page) of the booklet2. After they printed it out again, they screwed up the order of the pages and they blamed it on my boyfriend with limited English, stating that he didnt tell them that it was the wrong order. The booklet had page numbers on the bottom of each page and it is THEIR job to put the pages is the right order!3. The put the spiral binding on the WRONG side of the booklet, so except from the cover, the pages were in reversed order4. When we showed them, they wanted to charge AGAIN to put the binding on the proper side - again, blaming THEIR fault on my boyfriend!5. It turned out that putting the binding on the proper side would cut out some letters, because the print was too close to the edge6. In order to fix that, they refused to do another printout by just repositioning the original booklet, so that they would have enough room for the binding, but they offered to scan each individual page and position it with the help of their software! Of course they would CHARGE for that too!Since my time was limited and I didnt have a second change to do the printing job at another place, now I am giving my friend a bunch of papers with holes on the right (wrong) side, instead of a nicely bound booklet with protective plastic covering (that they didnt have), as I originally planned.

I tried to ship a package to Russia they said it was no problem come to find out they dont ship to Russia but they charged me $739 I got a whole bunch of Miss information from the customer service they say it will take six to eight weeks to refund my money they should have just told me they dont ship to Russian and I would have went to UPS

Called to speak with a store team member to see if they had an office supply in stock that was not available at Goldenwest location. Man who answered phone first told me he could not tell me what they had in stock (alluding to maybe being too busy?), than when I pressed and told him I had all the stock information and could give him an item name and number, he continued to state there was no way for him to know if they had in stock what I was looking for and I would just have to come in myself. I asked a third time if someone couldnt simply take the information Id gathered from the other location and check the floor, he took the information, placed me on hold for approx 10 seconds, than came back on the the line and said they were out of stock. Sure. Either way, super poor customer service, especially when you consider how small their store front/inventory is.

Ive had great experiences at this location. Today was the worst experience in retail that I have ever had. If I made a training video to show what not to do, my experience would sum it up. The experience was so bad, that the details do not bear repeating. I hope their district manager contacts me so I can offer some constructive feedback.

They got great reputation, earned a lot of trust and then stopped to care about customers. Unfortunately, they know already that they can do whatever they want, and don’t care if you received your important letter a week later, than supposed to receive.

The staff here will help, but they dont seem particularly happy to do so. They also seem to only ever have new trainees behind the counter. Definitely not my top pick for copy services, but theyre open late and theyre nearby.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff made it seem like a hassle that I was coming in to ship out two packages. I had to remind myself that I was at a Shipping center.Not to mention, I also picked up a print order I sent in to be printed on 80lb card stock paper. I got my order that was printed on flimsy, shiny paper. This place cant get it right, Id recommend visiting any other print & shipping center over this location.Oh, and if you have the ability to pack and box your shipment at home, do so. They charged me $30 to pack 2 mugs into a box which took about 10 seconds. This did not include the shipping cost of an additional $30 for the package.

Sent a SIM card by Fedex Express on Aug.30, 2017. The SIM card was missing when the package was received. The guy at the counter definitely opened my package after I left, changed the envelope and took the SIM card. Never use this store again!

No acknowledgement when I stood waiting for over 10 minutes just to return a package

Stupid place. Charged me over $200 to ship 2 longboards. When I was a fedex employee it cost me $40. Theres no way it would cost that much. Poor place dont go.

Terrible customer service. They either dont care or dont know how to do the job. Their self service company policy also sucks, what happened to providing a service for a customer not just some complicated machine that overcharges you. The self serve large print machine does not allow you to adjust and preview your document so I basically paid for several pages I cant use. I asked for help 3 times and all I got was that I could help my self to another machine which I dont know how to use. The worst part was they quoted me $4.50 a page but when you blow it up it charges you for 4 pages for the same thing. What a rip off. $85.00 later all I got was 3 useful 24x36 pages printed the rest is barely legible. I will not be back to Kinkos ever again.

Such a bad experience. I needed to send a photograph to a customer of mine in a tube, but the only tubes they had were very long. They charged me for the gigantic tube and a dollar to chop the tube in half with a pair of scissors. I should use the word destroy instead of chop. There was just this one lazy guy working the counter. I had showed him the shipping label when I first came in and half an hour later, he said they didnt ship that type of label. I hate him.

Customer service needs a little work. Hard to get people who work there attention and the seem a little bored and uninterested. 2 not so great visits, well use the one on Goldenwest from now on.
