SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! They called and took advantage of a new employee. Telling her that they were calling to confirm the offices scheduled order. Now the company refuses to take the phone call or product back. When you call all you get is the collections company!!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible company with horrible employees. They lie, cheat, and steal. This is an outrage that they can continue screwing over businesses like this!!! Everyone should make people aware. SCAMMING company

This a scam company. They knew detailed information about my company an tricked me into receiving toner from them, and charged me $350 for a $100 toner. Please be weary of this company.

This was a scam, it falls perfectly inline with the toner-phoner scams. They represented themselves as cannon, knew what our copier was and my name and then indicated that they were doing us a favor by sending us toner at lower cost.Note to everyone: You do not have to pay them, and you DO NOT have to send back the merchandise, under federal terms any product sent under the pretensions that this company uses, is considered unsolicited merchandise and is therefor a gift.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company will call and ask about your copier and once you tell them the brand and model they automatically send you an over priced toner. They charged me $489.48 for a toner that cost me $71.23 from the copier manufacture. I didnt order it I didnt want it TOTALFRAUD!
