Dont expect to get help from the workers if you need a shoe size they are more busy playing with each other. They give HOW DARE YOU ASK FOR HELP vibes.

We went in looking for some red converse and they didnt have them but then the store associate called another store and found out if they had it somewhere else and she said yes! We are grateful for that since if she didnt bother to check we wouldnt of got them! Thank you so much!

They never answer the phone at this place and barely have anything new!!

I went to this location on 10/28/2020. My experience was horrible at this shoe palace location. I went with my child to purchase some shoes and as we walked in the three employees that were at the front desk just chatting did not greet us whatsoever. Instead what we got in returned was their long faces and negative attitude. I said hello to them, just to break the tension but I didnt receive a response back. The only reason why I purchased something this day was because my child had found some Jordans she really liked. Yet, their customer service is really negative and do not help customers at all. Every time I would asked them for help they looked bothered and gave me attitude. I would understand if they were busy, but in their occasion they were just busy talking among themselves and even staring at us. This is by far the worst shoe palace location.

As I walked in the store it was awkward. The workers did not welcome me and my partner properly. I came with a motive to purchase some new pair of shoes. I was looking around and none of the workers even bothered asking if I needed any help. There was a young man and 2 girls whom all looked ratchet. The guy was constantly checking his phone I had to go up to him to ask him a question. The 2 girls were busy chit chatting that I think they didnt even notice we where there. They didnt even notice us slightly that I just couldve taken a pair of shoes and they wouldve not even notice. We left and they still seemed unbothered. Not coming here again.

Worst customer service! They act like they’re friendly but give you an attitude. Some even act like they don’t know Spanish. Went twice this week in the morning and evening hoping I would get good service since my first experience wasn’t so good but it was the same. definitely won’t be shopping here, ever again.

Walked in no worker said anything they were having there own side conversations, never came up to me and asked if I needed assistance

I just left this location.. HORRIBLE customer service. The 3 employees there were all talking in the front with a full store and nobody being helped. When i went to ask a question it was a very short answer and the associate walked away. Would never return.

The 3 workers in the front on 06/13/2020 at 3:30 pm 1 guy 2 girls are very unprofessional, the poker card number system is not proper they reused the same cards to all customers every customer touches the same cards when i walked in the store and asked to get the card sanitized i get made fun of on my way out not very clean or professional. NEVER BUYING THEIR AGAIN

Shoe palace sucks. Its called Shoe Palace and they dont even carry that many or any good shoes.. dont waste your time and just go to a foot locker or nike store.

My experience at this location was the WORST EVER VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!! So first I went to the location at the orange block on 4/14/17 to get my sister a pair of shoes they didnt have her size so the girl ( Teresa) at the orange location told me the stores that had her sizes which was (Huntington Park) location but in order for them to hold the shoe at (Huntington Park) I wouldve to pay for the same shoe and (HUNTINGTON PARK) would exchange it for the right size. Im cool with that . (Huntington park)suppose to hold the shoes for three days, so me and my husband went the very next day to pick up the shoe at (Huntington park) location. Give the guy my Receipt Expecting to pick up my shoes due to the fact that once you pay at one location you guarantee that they supposed to be holding your shoe. The guy (Joshva) didnt have A clue what I was talking about so I ask for a manager (Daritiza) she was just a worst as him smh so after the manager did a little investigation she found out her co worker sold the shoes that was on hold for me 😡 Very unprofessional!!!!
