Great place for a good cup of coffee and great service highly recommend

Always ready when Im there most of the time and if not they usually have it ready for pick up with in 2 to 3 minutes. If I order I store I still only have to wait no longer then 5-10min. :) friendly staff even if they put up with a lot.Brent is one of the friendliest staff workers at pullman along with others! KEEP IT UP PULLMAN!!!😄

I go to this location pretty often. Staff are very friendly and take the coronavirus seriously. Drinks are almost always amazing.

My word talk about some over priced fast food🤣 and drinks. Especially since all I got was an over priced muffin that took her 10mins to put in a bag and hand to me

The service was great the workers we attentive and polite only problem which was a big one is that as you walk up to order there is a full page of what they dont have which was about everything seems like last time we visited it was the same thing which was months ago but what we did get was good so the guy working did a good job with what little they had

The omnipresent college town Starbucks. MacBooks, stacks of paper and FaceTiming with a latte. Pretty decent location, saw a fly inside the case of desserts which I did not like, but the service was friendly. Line definitely couldve moved faster, thought the baristas were dragging their feet a bit. Has outdoor seating on Pullman Square, great setting to sit and enjoy downtown!

Went though the drive thru and I asked the lady if I could ask a question about a drink and she became rude and sarcastic. Honestly I just wanted starbucks not a full attitude problem from a worker.

Not bad but it was better when Gabriel worked there. He always made my hot chocolate perfect temp and was very friendly and welcoming.The new staff is not as friendly unfortunately but the food wasnt bad. I liked the crossaint.

Unaccomodating to people who cannot wear masks due to medical conditions. Tried to order on the app since they made me leave the store but their app showed items unavailable that I saw available in the store that I was trying to purchase so I tried calling to ask for those items and their phone line kept saying busy. The length of the conversation held with them trying to make me leave I couldve ordered my drinks and waited outside. There was no one else in the entire store, the baristas have large plastic shields in front of them and masks on it did not make sense to make me leave to order. This happened today around 11:45am. For a company that claims they want to be the third place, a place of comfort, acceptance, and hospitality they uphold none of these values by making customers with medical conditions leave a store. They continue to make me feel less then important, less human, uncomfortable, unwelcome, and less likely to return to a starbucks ever again. Terrible job starbucks. 👎

Not pleased that order ahead using app feature is randomly disabled for no apparent reason. This feature allows customers to limit their time in stores to prevent the spread of transmitted illnesses, especially important during a pandemic.

My daughter is legally blind and was given a coffee that the lid was not put all the way on and to ask her if she wanted a new drink or just keep that one and that was all that was said to her was sad. She spent her evening out wet from the drink going all over herand she did not even receive an apology or a gift card She goes out a few times year because she can not drive I am very disappointed in this store

Rudeness of 2 out of 3 employees was incredible when no one else was in there but me. When I called to speak with a manager I was hung up on. So I called another Starbucks and got the info I needed. And NO I am not a Karen

Great customer service...quick to get orders out and have you on your way. Blueberry muffins heated are the BOMB! I recommend this Starbucks to anyone local or in the area traveling and staying in one of the hotels next to this location.

Mobile pick ups a joke supposed to be quick but nobody at the counter assists you so you have to wait in the line anyways which makes it pointless. Has happened multiple times. Better off just to order in store like you normally would.

I usually stop by this location at least once per week. The baristas are always friendly and very helpful and all the food / drinks Ive had have been really good. I dont think Ive ever had an issue here!

Absolutely love this Starbucks! My only wish is that they had more indoor seating that promoted studying. They are near a college campus so that is something I would expect yet its not there. That being said, a great Starbucks with great staff! They are always cheerful and happy, and even if they get the order wrong they will quickly and pleasantly remake your drink. Love this place!

This is the worst Starbucks, which is disappointing because its location is fairly convenient. I try to supporr local coffee shops, but occasionally will grab starbucks, and this location disappoints me every time. Long waits, poor service, drinks made wrong, out of items, you name it and it happens. You think I would have learned after multiple fails at this location. Today, I had another fail and I wont be back again. Save yourself the money and check out a local.spot, they are so much better. And there are 3 available

When visiting the Pottery Place it is a great way to get a refreshment.

Love the staff now! Super friendly! Oh, and very clean.The ordering from the app is great, and they always have my order there on time. Some places have a burned taste, I havent had that from here.

I only have one critique. Just because someone elses drink costs more, doesnt mean that it should be made ahead of mine, especially if I ordered mine before they did. Just sayn. Kinda rude. Fairly standard small Starbucks. Some seating inside and some seating outside (which is nice when there is live music in Pullman Square on summer Thursday evenings). Staff has always been friendly and efficient when Ive been there.

I love their variety. I dont drink coffee or tea but their lemonade is amazing and the variety of odd snacks never fails to satisfy me.

I loved this Starbucks! Its a bit busy compared to others, but it has this very neat charm and most the staff are very friendly and quick of service.Sadly when it does get slow, so does some of the staff, the females mostly in the day/evening times take a very very long time. If you can get past that slowness of some of the female staff, than this place is golden for Starbucks lovers and fans, because you have this amazing view of the fountain and the historic buildings all around you, while you watch every bustling on the sidewalks. Also is conveniently quiet when there are large events in the Pullman square area, but expect that line to be there. ^_^

Its usually great. But the two cashiers seemed not to want to serve me. Never greeted me. And I felt they just put up with me. Definitely not the normal level of service I recieve there.

I used to be a Starbucks barista so I have high standards for service, which is why this place only gets a 4 out of 5. The service itself was great, very friendly and fast. We ordered 4 drinks (2 drinks, 2 ice waters) and they automatically offered us a drink tray, which is a nice attention to detail that I appreciate. Where they lose a star is cleanliness. The store was very crowded and seemed busy so I’m sure it was just an oversight...but the bathroom I used had toilet paper on the floor and the toilet wasn’t very clean. Tables needed wiped off and the trash was very full. Like I said, former barista so I notice more than the average person. I also understand how difficult it can be to keep up with cleaning tasks when you are busy. Overall a great experience.

Almost always super duper busy but the employees are so friendly and efficient so I usually get my order relatively fast.

I am a big Starbucks fan and I have been for many years. I come here at least once a day and sometimes twice a day. Normally, I will ask for either light ice or no ice in my drink, and every time I asked for no ice they fill my cup up with coffee usually to the brim. A lot of times they do this without question. However, today I asked for a no ice, and they gave me just a little over a half a cup of coffee, leaving the whole top portion of the cup empty. This just shows me that theyre putting as much ice as they can into the drinks just to compensate for the little amount of coffee they actually give us. After this situation, I am going to take my business elsewhere and go to different coffee locations instead of Pullman Starbucks, or any Starbucks for that matter.

The slowest Starbucks I have been to. They have a huge line, with 4 people working. However they only assigned 1 person to make drinks.

Wick service and friendly attitude

Unfortunately Im lactose intolerant so the deliciousness battles with my stomach but... I do splurge & suffer the consequences when the mula is at a flow. Love how WiFi is available that alone is a bonus!! When I described a flavor I wanted to try, the staff was very informative as to description & taste potency. I have never tried their tea selections yet, due to it always has been a coffee guru.
