This place said they called me and told me my prescription was available for pickup on or before the date In which was prior to my prescription being void and they did not and I caught the woman up in a lie bc she said she left a message on a phone that was unable to leave a message so of course I had to get another prescription from my eye Dr and that cost me 200$ over this places mistake. Use 1800 Contacts they are way better.

Scheduled an appointment weeks to a month ago & just now get a call saying they need to reschedule & cannot fit me in for another month almost! I was really looking forward to this appointment, I havent been able to see an eye doc in years(have had to have laser surgery before)! You would think they would fit me in sooner considering this is their screw up!!! I will stick to the one reliable place I go to for all my other needs when it comes to doctors. Matter fact I thought about there after made this appt but just decided to keep 🤦🏽‍♀️. Wth 🤷‍♀️ is going on, people just dont care anymore about the people paying their bills?! I just had similar happen with dentist. Really, really unhappy!

Broke my frames and everybody was closed. Went to the Walmart at Barboursville Mall. They found a frame that worked at a good price. Most of all I received great and very friendly service. Thanks Walmart.
