This was my familys first visit there. It definitely wont be our last! Hannah waited on us and she was FANTASTIC! She was able to answer any and all questions, she was patient with our kids. It was very fun watching how quickly she rolled the ice cream. The finished products ALL turned our delicious!! I highly recommend a visit here.

I didnt even mind waiting. A lot of people came in around the same time I did, and I know its because they know this is good stuff. Their ice cream is delicious. I got the mixed berry, and it was like eating a creamy fruit salad. Absolutely wonderful stuff!

Abby and Allison were absolutely amazing workers tonight! We brought a huge group of 30 students and they powered through it with a smile!! Ice cream and customer service was excellent 😁 definitely will be back (but maybe with a smaller group this time haha!)

The ice cream is absolutely fantastic! Watching the employees make your ice cream is fascinating. Really cool (pun intended)! I highly recommend stopping in. Prices arent bad. 4 for a small, 5 for a regular. Its what youll pay at the Baskin Robbins, but much better!

AUTOMATIC & INSTANT 5 STAR. Visited Saturday 05/25/19. First time ever having rolled ice cream, seen they had free pup cups, they told us to bring our pup in, said they are welcomed! Thats a rarity nowadays and we travel everywhere, hats off to these awesome people, also, the ice cream is AMAZING! $4 for a small, which is a very nice serving! Would most definitely return!!

Its not just a gimmick, the rolled ice cream tastes really good! Fun & creative flavor offerings ensure there will be something for everyone. Since trying it out weve been back again & again! The kids, ok and the adults too, love to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. The staff is very friendly & the location is nice. My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a few more chairs. Go try it & youll see why we keep going back for more!

I had the best experience at here! The best ice cream I’ve ever tasted, there was one girl there, she had brown hair I think her name was Jillian, she was the sweetest, help me, my kids, and my husband decide on what ice cream and made wonderful suggestions, we got cotton candy, and fruity pebbles with marshmallow cream, and turtle brownie. So good, she really helped us decide. Greeted us when we came in with a smile, and was so sweet to us! definitely coming back after this experience. Great staff! 🍦

Ive been here twice and each time I experienced amazing service and a delicious product. My baby also approves. Ive tried the Reese cup, red velvet cake and strawberry shortcake.

Delicious and unique.

My girlfriend is a big fan of this place and has taken me a couple times. Personally, I feel its overpriced and the rolled ice cream is more of a gimmick than anything. That said, last time we went, around the second week of May, I tried their cookie dough and it was great. I just got plain cookie dough, without toppings, but they do allow you to put toppings on if you want them. My only suggestion would be to liven up the place with some more decorations to create a better atmosphere. Too many restaurants skimp on the atmosphere and it makes the place feel cheap.

It something you cant get anywhere else. The texture and flavor of the ice cream is delicious. Their menu has almost any flavors anyone can want. I really like their Smores and their hot cocoa (pictured)

I just got to experience Kustom Kreams for the first time, and I have to say BLESS THIS ICE CREAM SHOP! Thanks to Kustom Kreams, I was able to have ice cream, REAL ice cream, with my lactose intolerant friend. She hasnt been able to have the experience of eating actual gourmet ice cream flavors in a public setting for a decade, and today, that changed. Every item on the menu is made from scratch, so lactose intolerant people can enjoy each flavor without the fear of sickness. Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice staff. The prices are amazing and the portions are large. They care about the armed forces and 1st responders so they give a 10% discount to them as well as Marshall students. The ice cream is very well flavored and they have dozens of different food items you can mix into the frozen treat.

They are simply awesome!! We came in with a crowd just before closing (accidentally). And the staff took their time, didnt rush us at all and were super friendly. Every creation was fabulous!! Well be back!!

Came in today with my two kids, the young lady at the register spoke right away, she also helped my kids with choosing an ice cream, even interacted with them through the whole process. Ice cream was amazing! We will def be back.

We where told it was great, better then Austins, u have to try it & amazing!... all I can say is it lives up to the all of this. The staff are very nice & helpful. In side is very clean & u dont have to wait on two employees to finish there conversation before your order is taken. The portions are very acceptable for what u pay for & filling. I asked for a small & that was plenty for me. There is nice variety & its not exactly flavored icecream. They use almost a heavy whipping cream over a extremely cold plate & mix your toppings into it, it was interesting to watch. So if your out on the town with the family & or friends or just looking for a great place to get something sweet... stop in to Kustom Kreams & have a seat.

This place is fantastic! Such great ice cream for an amazing price and an amazing experience. My daycare class loves to take walks down to get “rolled ice cream”. Was in town at an archery competition at Marshall university when we searched ice cream Kustom Kreams popped up first so we gave it a try and boy was it amazing. We are wondering if or when this is gonna be franchised because we think this ice creamIs absolutely delicious!

I was walking to the car with my boyfriend after dinner at 8:57 and saw this ice cream roll place! We were going to go inside and noticed they were closing at 9.
