Great staff and great selection of flavors to make for the best of milkshakes. They even let me combine flavors to come up with a unique milkshake. I loved how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were, never missing a beat between drive through and counter customers and still finding time to offer flavor samples with a smile. I used to come here when I was a teenager and its nice to see teenagers still have a place to go that provides good old fashioned fun.

Ive been going to Baskin Robbins since a teenager. 🙂 However, my last visit was disappointing I ordered a mango smoothie and it was the nastiest smoothie I have ever tasted. As soon as I drove off I tasted the $6 drink & quickly turned back around to see if I could at least exchange it for another product. The cashier said he couldnt do anything. I asked for manger who was absent he took my name and number for the manager and the manager never contacted me. So irritating. So in short I believe service is poor. And Dont buy the smoothies. (Also my brother purchased 1 and thought it was repulsive.)

Nice friendly staff. Scoops of ice cream were huge. Worth the money imo.

Need to educate your employees on customer service, absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at any retail location of any type. My wife is 9 months pregnant and these were the rudest people Ive ever met. Laughing around without face coverings, didnt wash their hands before scooping ice cream immediately after coughing. Beware

Walmart in Lavalett I think that they should exchange my phone for me the sims card in phone and the sims # does not match up this is so messed up because it hasnt been 30 days and they wont exchange it for me I dont understand that

1 of my favorite ice cream spots and milkshakes are excellent, price is a little high but it is worth it. can get crowded at times especially when its pretty out.

The changing flavors mean Im always finding anew favorite. Slightly higher in price, but this isnt your grandmas vanilla ice cream. Currently, loving Love Potion #31.The staff at this location are very nice, and happy to help.My only issue is thats its got a very tiny parking lot next to a pretty busy intersection.

The milkshake I had was a watermelon and it looked like cottage cheese and our cookie and brownie was both stale and the only thing that come out good was the strawberry cheesecake milkshake like come on from now on I will go to Dairy Queen or cold stone creamery

They have really good ice cream! Anything chocolate is good! Id like to try a milkshake here sometimes. Not my favorite ice cream, but it is good!

Pretty cramped inside. Difficult to even see all the flavors because a freezer is in front of one of the displays. The drive thru doesnt list the flavors either. However, it definitely tastes good!

Me and my wife got Cherry and Baseball Nuts yesterday, I woke up this morning with severe headaches, beady-aches, chills and fever.My doctor said it could be salmonella or Norovirus.I am laying in bed now, feeling miserable and hoping I dont end up in the ER. Totally dont recommend it.
