I recently ordered some ball casters from Apollo. Upon their arrival I found that they would not roll. I contacted Apollo and talked with Matt. He pulled another set from their inventory and found that they would not roll correctly either. He offered a different size to be sent out to me. They arrived and work perfect. Apollo Casters, and John specifically, went above-and-beyond to correct a sizing error on my part. I implore anyone who wants good QUALITY casters to use this reputable company. You will not find such service and quality elsewhere, I assure you. Chair casters may seem like such a minor replacement item, but what a significant difference these high quality Shepard casters have made. I also appreciated the guidance in selecting Twin Wheel Casters, opposed to Spherical (or Hooded Ball) Casters. As I joked with John, I dont believe he simply sold me five superior quality casters, but it seems like he sold me a new chair! My heavy high-backed leather executive chair never rolled this effortlessly, even when new.Plus, as an added bonus its a pleasure to support a company that supports the neighborhood, such as Apollo; very intriguing how they restored a beautiful mid 40s Art Deco design building, and are good stewards in their local community.It is nice for this reviewer in Massachusetts to know that he has a new friend in Indiana.Keep up the good work John.
