Tim and Katie have always treated me fair. They had parts In stock for a cub cadet and they arent even a dealer for them. Ive bought all echo products from them along with a simplicity zero turn. So far I am pleased.

I have never been here and got the part I needed. BUT I have always gotten information and recomadations on alternative part. Front desk and older service tech very helpful. Saturday hours are very convieniet.

Bought a Simplicity zero turn mower. They talked me into the double bagger and said it would arrive in a week. 9 months later, the bagger arrived with the wrong parts.

They had what I want and the price was great friendly help

Dont bother. Took push mower in for normal service and was told 1 1/2 -2 weeks. 3 weeks later and it wasnt even touched. This same thing happened in 2019 also. Was told both times they didnt have enough help and they were running behind.

Excellent to do business with. Very reasonable repair and service costs. Always negotiates on purchases by giving fair amounts on trade ins. They have fast turn arounds on repairs. A hometown business that I really like.

Great place to pickup a piece of equipment. Very helpful in making a selection. They even put fuel and oil in and started the equipment up to make sure everything worked. Great local shop to anyone whos looking for yard equipment.

They repaired my Trac vac in a very timely manner!

I took my mower in for a repair and left with two new issues. It wouldnt even start when i picked it up and they had to push it onto my trailer. They said it was because it was flooded. When i took it back in they didnt bother even looking at it until i called them over and over again and i eventually had to go in to talk to them before they looked at it. When they did they claimed what they repaired had nothing to do with one of the new issues I had and was absolutley rude in thier response. I will never go back, it will be easier to buy a new mower than work with them again.
