Probably one of the best farm stores Ive been to. The staff is great and they have a wide variety of items. They are very reasonably priced, and regularly get in new items!

My wife had questions on horse medicine, they were able to answer them.

........I really like the store, and employees seem good . I have shopped at Orscheln for many years for my dogs food, treats, pet supplies,etc........I would have given Orscheln five stars, but I am very unhappy with seeing what I believe is obvious animal abuse and neglect, that is rabbits and mice, and other animals locked in very small crowded cages on display for money making profit, which is clearly inhumane and unethical.......I hope that the owners, employees and managers of Orsheln will have some empathy and intelligence, and stop selling these animals for profit, as I will never shop here again, and I surely hope no one who has respect for any animals will do the same, until this abuse is stopped.

Decent rural store in between a TSC and Rural king.

A good supply of feed for all animals and my go to place for all farm and livestock needs.

I come to this store often and have been impressed by the staffs willingness to help, and in particular a team member named Gabe who always is friendly to me and my wife when were in and has helped us many times in the store. Great place!

The store was fine, they had unique products I could not find elsewhere, albeit they were overpriced... However I was here during Covid and I am absolutely disgusted that *not a single* employee was wearing a mask... Some had one around their neck but were not wearing them. Really?! Thats completely unacceptable during Covid, shows you how much they care about keeping customers safe. I absolutely will not be going back because of employees not wearing masks!

Moved to Huntington a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised to find a good feed store to pick up some kibble for our pooches. I just went in for the dog food, but I browsed a round and know I will be going back for various items in the future.Glad I dont have to make a special trip to Fort Wayne!

The store is clean and organized. However, in my previous experiences the staff have not been as friendly or helpful as I had expected. They do have a good selection of products for taking care of animals.

Bought a caulking gun made 2 pumps and it stripped out and quiet working

Its a nice store...prices are a little high. But they do have some good sales and they also do layaway.

Dont get me wrong a great place for farming equipment and more, but the choices they make as individuals & people whom represent the store like to choose whom they want there & whom they dont want there & if they dont want you there they call the police & 🤔 dont tell you why or what just get out & dont come back youre not welcome here no more🤫

......Service has improved, I see they hired a new manager and new employees, that are very respectful to customers, and treat customers great, unlike the former manager and employees of this store.........My complaint is that everything in this store is very overpriced.........and the $5 discount they claim to give you if you purchase $25, or more in the store is basically dishonest, when they raise prices so high......Every time I go in the store the prices keep going up..........I could easily buy my dogs bones on Amazon or Chewy for half the price !......Orscheln Farm and home needs to lower their prices more, to attract more customers.

They have many useful things, shavings and shoes to dog toys and paint.

First farm store in Huntington co. We always had to go to other towns before Orscheln. Implement stores with bankers hrs. And hardware stores no roller chain parts or hydraulic supplies this was first place to get those on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

Im glad Orschelns is in Huntington, but I wish they had more reasonable prices and larger selection. They often run out of things I need. 18 ga 1 1/2 inch needles, for example.

Items are generally dusty or look used, especially the outdoor items. The yard carts, log splitters and outdoor equipment is sun faded and or used looking. I dont mind shopping there but would be sceptical buying that equipment in fear of something failing soon after buying it.

Convenient and affordable. I get all my regular vaccines for my animals here.

Worst customer service ever I went in to get deworming medicine for my dog and they got tags where the medicine is and you gotta ask for help to get the medicine and I asked for help twice and was ignored and the clerk was having a personal conversation with another clerk and finally after the 3rd time asking she said Ill be right with you and again was ignored finally left they wasnt busy at all and the part that sucks is they have the same medicine at Walmart cheaper and its not all locked up and you dont gotta deal with a rude clerk to get it

This rating is for today 7/1/20There was a box fan advertised in the flyerfor a sale that started today. I went in right after store opened & was told they were all sold out before the sale even started. I dont live in town & that was the reason I got around early this morning. Items that are sold out shouldnt be advertised in sale flyers.
