Pricing fine what u pay with other services. Been trying for over 6 months to get door cam fixed. Started while under warranty but told would be 125 service call for someone to come out. Amy spoke very condescendingly acting like if had issue with something that had a warranty & had an electrician out it would cost u. When under warranty shouldn’t cost a dime. When try to go through system to fix cam myself told don’t have permission for my own devise. Only reason went with them is because that is what the builder had already. Amy tried to act like our internet was the issue. We have 1G. Tried letting her know cam use to be accessible on panel but now gone. She said no never on panel. Can’t wait till contact over.
Amy came out and replaced panel battery with ease. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the system.
Had some window sensors installed and the installation process went very smooth. The girls who came out to install the window sensors explained how they worked very clearly and showed me how to use the app. Thank you!
Have been with Halo now for 1.5 years. When it works appropriately, the services seem to be worth the cost. The problem is for a security company, there are too many problems. I have been trying to get my front doorbell camera fixed now for 2 months. They are unable to fix it. We also do not receive cell adequate cell coverage, so in a power outage, our house may be at risk. They previously said they would replace my cellular unit, but have since declined to do so. I also tried to purchase additional sensors, and again my messages, emails, have gone unanswered.While the staff is polite, the company is woefully understaffed and unable to do basic tasks, such as answer phone calls quickly, provide around the clock services, or respond to emails in a timely manner, or show up to appointments on time (currently 1 hour late after the end of the 1 hour window), or even clear out their voice mailbox (if you call now, their voice mailbox is full).I do not feel protected by Halo.
I was not at my appointment because my wife handled everything but I called in later and a girl in the office walked me through everything. Can’t remember who I talked to but it was a few hours passed business hours and I didn’t think anyone would still be there. I couldn’t remember my Apple ID but she waited and helped me get the app setup just to make sure everything worked.
I left another company and started with Halo five years ago. They really focus on customer service and not just selling me something I didn’t need. They were nothing but patient with me during the whole process.
Really appreciate the way they communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very friendly and made me feel like a priority.
We had Halo wire our new build with network and HDMI (video) cables. Blaze and his team were very professional, polite, and courteous. Their prices were not astronomical and seemed within reason, in my opinion.When a friend of mine broke the end of an HDMI cable off, Blaze worked me in ASAP to run two brand new HDMI cables. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service in the future.
Very honest and really try hard to work with their customers. Extremely happy with my choice for security.

Very grateful of how accommodating Halo was during scheduling the appointment. Not many company’s will stay after hours just make sure everything is connected and running the way it should.

Paid $10k during new home construction for cameras, speakers, etc and the cameras are no longer accessible/ viewable, so I reached out asking for help with them over 6 months ago and still no response. They take your money and you never hear from them again when you need them.
Very quick and easy process. I did not think I would have gotten scheduled as soon as I did.
